Abstract

一种综合性能优良的改性无机玻璃钢防火装饰门。本发明涉及一种防火门片的加工工艺及造型;涉及一种使用该门片加工而成的具备独特结构的性能优良,花式繁多的防火装饰门。门片由氧化镁、滑石粉、石灰粉、石膏粉、氯化镁、硅酸钠、磷酸三钠、脲醛树脂、草酸、硫酸、石性颜料、玻璃纤维组成。防火装饰门由上述门片、骨架及填料组成。骨架包括木质或非木质;填料包括聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,蜂窝状纸板等。

Description

改性无机玻璃钢防火装饰门
本发明是一种具有优良的防火性能、造型美观、花式繁多的防火装饰门，综合性能比纯木质门优越，还可节约大量天然木材，有利于保护自然环境。本发明涉及的门由门片及柜架组成。
1.门片的生产工艺：
①混合料的制备：
  将氧化镁60％；滑石粉5％；石灰粉0.6％；石膏粉0.6％；氯化镁12％；
  硅酸钠8.3％；磷酸三钠5.15％；脲醛树脂5％；草酸2.3％；硫酸1％；
  石性颜料0.05％，将以上物料按配比(重量比)投入搅拌机混合5分钟
  后，再加水至适当稠度，用泥浆泵，泵入制板机的料斗内。
②按三层浆料二层玻纤布或按四层浆料三层破纤布方式经制板机在特制的
  模具内成型。门片经固化，整片后成为半成品。
2.门扇组装：如图一
  将准备好的框架和门片半成品以及填料，按照所需的尺寸定位后，使用
  脲醛树脂作为粘合剂，经冷压固化定型后，再经修边、砂光、喷漆、包
  装后成为防火装饰门成品
3.本发明的特点：
  ①门皮的断面可以是图二中的任何一种。
  ②木框的结构可以是图三中的任何一种。
  ③木框的材料可以是木质、PVC、PH、ABS、铝合金型材、型钢材。
  ④门皮表面可以是油漆、PVC膜、木纹纸加油漆等。

      石膏粉                      0.6
      氯化镁                      12.0
      硅酸钠                      8.3
      磷酸三纳                    5.15
      脲醛树脂                    5.0
      草酸                        2.3
      硫酸                        1.0
      石性颜料                    0.05
      玻璃纤维布                  三层
  2. 2.防火装饰门的生产工艺
    ①骨架为迷宫形结构
    ②填料为聚苯乙稀泡沫塑料或蜂窝状纸板等。
