一体化防火保温板及其制备方法,所制备的一体化防火保温板包括由粘结剂粘接的饰面板和防火保温模板,所述防火保温模板为由三维纤维浸渍胶液后挤胶、并在180℃‑200℃,0.2‑0.8MPa固化压力下固化而成的三维纤维增强体。本发明的一体化防火保温板,采用高压常温粘结技术,使用优选的粘结剂,材料结合强度好,产品尺寸稳定性高,一致性好,制造成本低;同时降低了工地现场施工的时间成本、人工成本、和施工风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火保温板,特别是粘结有饰面层的防火保温板及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国建筑节能外墙防火保温材料的质量参差不齐,尤其缺少同时满足防火、保温要求的产品。现有A级防火保温材料的使用需要在现场进行多层材料、多工序的工作,即拉长了工期,又容易在施工过程中造成危害。如果客户需要在建筑外表面使用大理石、仿大理石或其他石材,由于石材比重高,在安装完防火保温层后再次进行表面材料施工作业,一方面,施工工人的人身安全有风险,另外一方面,石材安装过程中坠落带来更多的风险。
发明内容
本发明的技术解决问题是:克服现有技术不足,提供一种一体化防火保温板及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一体化防火保温板,包括:由粘结剂粘接的饰面板和防火保温模板,所述防火保温模板为由三维纤维浸渍胶液后挤胶、并在180℃-200℃,0.2-0.8MPa固化压力下固化而成的三维纤维增强体。
进一步的,所述粘结剂为1.4重量份的浓度为25%的氯化镁溶剂,0.2重量份的端羟基聚丁二烯,1重量份的硬质酸钠,0.1重量份的硅烷偶联剂,1重量份的乙二醇溶液的混合物。
进一步的,所述混合物中,浓度为25%的氯化镁溶剂为1.4重量份,端羟基聚丁二烯为0.2重量份,硬质酸钠为1重量份,硅烷偶联剂为0.1重量份,乙二醇溶液为1重量份。
进一步的,所述胶液的组成为:3-36重量份的水溶性酚醛树脂,1重量份的促进剂和63-96重量份的水;所述促进剂的组成为:0.27重量份的松香泡沫剂,0.23重量份的硫酸镁水溶液,0.06重量份的甲基硅氧烷,0.2重量份的草酸和0.24重量份的三聚磷酸钠。

一种一体化防火保温板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
A)、配制粘接剂:
A1)、将1.2-1.6重量份的浓度25%的氯化镁溶剂,0.1-0.3重量份的端羟基聚丁二烯,0.8-1.2重量份的硬质酸钠,0.05-0.15重量份的硅烷偶联剂,依次倒入0.8-1.2重量份的乙二醇溶液中;
A2)、将步骤A1)制得的混合物倒入120重量份的聚氨酯预聚体溶液后搅匀;
B)、将防火保温模板平放在操作台上,在所述防火保温模板表面均匀刷粘结剂;
C)、将饰面层铺在粘结剂上面;
D)、将粘结剂粘接的饰面板和防火保温模板在常温加压0.8-5MPa,保压5-28分钟后再常温放置4-5小时,制得一体化防火保温板。
进一步的,步骤A1)中,浓度为25%的氯化镁溶剂为1.4重量份,端羟基聚丁二烯为0.2重量份,硬质酸钠为1重量份,硅烷偶联剂为0.1重量份,乙二醇溶液为1重量份。
进一步的,所述饰面板为石材、仿石材或硅钙板。
进一步的,步骤D)中,在所述防火保温模板表面每平方米均匀刷粘结剂50-90g。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:
(1)本发明的一体化防火保温板,采用高压常温粘结技术,使用优选的粘结剂,在工厂里对防火、保温、饰面层一体化材料进行批量化生产,材料结合强度好,产品尺寸稳定性高,一致性好,制造成本低;
(2)本发明的一体化防火保温板,采用多层材料结合,不仅满足防火保温的性能需求,还为用户提供了外观、样式等个性化定制选择;用户可以考虑使用各种石材、仿石材,或者表面再做涂料处理;
(3)本发明的一体化防火保温板,由于已经在工厂对建筑材料进行了批量化的一体化组装,不再需要在施工过程中重复工作,降低了工地现场施工的时间成本、人工成本、和施工风险。

所述粘结剂2为1.2-1.6重量份的浓度为25%的氯化镁溶剂,0.1-0.3重量份的端羟基聚丁二烯,0.8-1.2重量份的硬质酸钠,0.05-0.15重量份的硅烷偶联剂,0.8-1.2重量份的乙二醇溶液的混合物。
所述胶液的组成为:3-36重量份的水溶性酚醛树脂,1重量份的促进剂和63-96重量份的水;所述促进剂的组成为:0.27重量份的松香泡沫剂,0.23重量份的硫酸镁水溶液,0.06重量份的甲基硅氧烷,0.2重量份的草酸和0.24重量份的三聚磷酸钠。

A2、将步骤A1制得的混合物倒入120重量份的聚氨酯预聚体溶液后搅匀;
B、将防火保温模板平放在操作台上,在所述防火保温模板表面均匀刷粘结剂;
C、将饰面层铺在粘结剂上面;
D、将粘结剂粘接的饰面板和防火保温模板在常温加压0.8-5MPa,保压5-28分钟后再常温放置4-5小时,制得一体化防火保温板。
优选的,步骤A1中,浓度为25%的氯化镁溶剂为1.4重量份,端羟基聚丁二烯为0.2重量份,硬质酸钠为1重量份,硅烷偶联剂为0.1重量份,乙二醇溶液为1重量份。

使用本发明所述的一体化保温板进行外墙外保温系统施工时,首先,将粘结水泥刷于一体化保温板板面,粘贴至墙体后用锚栓水泥钉和卡扣固定所述一体化保温板;再用防火保温板条填缝、用纸基胶带贴边、刷防火漆填缝;最后,撕掉胶带、清洁表面。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一体化防火保温板,其特征在于:所述粘结剂(2)为1.4重量份的浓度为25%的氯化镁溶剂,0.2重量份的端羟基聚丁二烯,1重量份的硬质酸钠,0.1重量份的硅烷偶联剂,1重量份的乙二醇溶液的混合物。

A)、配制粘结剂:
A1)、将1.2-1.6重量份的浓度25%的氯化镁溶剂,0.1-0.3重量份的端羟基聚丁二烯,0.8-1.2重量份的硬质酸钠,0.05-0.15重量份的硅烷偶联剂,依次倒入0.8-1.2重量份的乙二醇溶液中;
A2)、将步骤A1)制得的混合物倒入120重量份的聚氨酯预聚体溶液后搅匀;
B)、将防火保温模板平放在操作台上,在所述防火保温模板表面均匀刷粘结剂;
C)、将饰面层铺在粘结剂上面;
D)、将粘结剂粘接的饰面板和防火保温模板在常温加压0.8-5MPa,保压5-28分钟后再常温放置4-5小时,制得一体化防火保温板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤A1)中,浓度为25%的氯化镁溶剂为1.4重量份,端羟基聚丁二烯为0.2重量份,硬质酸钠为1重量份,硅烷偶联剂为0.1重量份,乙二醇溶液为1重量份。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述饰面板为石材、仿石材或硅钙板。
