Abstract
一种卷带自动切断机的带子切断装置,安装卷带并把带子拉出一定长度后自动进行切断,其特征在于包括:具有拉出带子的引出长孔(11)、在后面两侧具有可动刀刃导向通道(12)、且可装卸地组装在切断机外壳前面的构架(10);设置在上述构架(10)后面上部的固定刀刃(20);与固定刀刃(20)并列设置在上段构架的后面下部并可升降,且在下段部的一侧和另一侧上分别形成水平长孔(31)和倾斜长孔(32),而在中央形成传感器插入孔(33)的可动刀刃以及在上述固定刀刃(30)和可动刀刃(30)的一侧面或另一侧面上所设置的用于供给润滑油的润滑油供给装置(40)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及卷带自动切断机的带子切断装置,更详细地涉及从本体拉出适当长度带子后自动、准确地切断被拉出的带子的带子切断装置。
背景技术
通常,企业或者百货商店、大型折扣卖场等各种商店里适当地包装出售的商品时,作为粘接包装纸的装置,主要使用带状粘接带。
为了更加有效和迅速地进行包装这类商品的工作,出现并广泛使用内置滚子状的大型带子,包装时把带子拉出至适当的长度然后自动切断的所谓的卷带自动切断机。
如图1中所示,上述卷带自动切断机是由上下外壳1、2、设置在上述外壳1、2的内部,并通过由驱动装置连动的多个滚子引出带子的带子引出装置3、在拉出装置3,位于带子支撑部(未图示)和滚子3a之间,以便于拉出卷带时进行引导以不使带子弯曲的带子切断装置以及可开闭地设置在上部外壳1的前方,用于切断被拉出的带子的带子切断装置5构成。
另外,虽然未图示,带子切断装置和切断纸类或薄板等的普通的剪切装置一样,固定刀刃和可动刀刃相齿合的同时进行切断,为了将切断时的负荷降低至最低,同时容易地切断,所以把可动刀刃以适当的角度倾斜而置,以便于它相对固定刀刃升降,同时从带子的一侧连续地切断。
但是,以往的上述带子切断装置中,带子的粘接剂附着在刀刃上使固定刀刃和可动刀刃无法顺利地工作,所以需要用其它装置供给润滑油,其结果存在操作上的麻烦。
并且因为感应带子的存在并控制切断装置工作的传感器和刀刃的间距大,所以存在无法切断短带子的问题。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述问题而提出的,其目的在于提供一种在把带子切断成为一定长度的可动刀刃和固定刀刃的两侧或任意一侧上形成能够供应润滑油的润滑油供给部,以便于带子的粘接剂不粘在带子上,从而使可动刀刃和固定刀刃能够顺利进行工作的卷带自动切断机的带子切断装置。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种向内侧突出地形成可动刀刃和固定刀刃的切断面,从而能够进行确切的切断操作,并且能够使被切断的带子不粘附的卷带自动切断机的带子切断装置。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种在可动刀刃的中央部形成用于接收感应带子的传感器的接收槽,从而能够实现自动切断机的大小最小化,同时能够切断长度短的带子的卷带自动切断机的带子切断装置。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种可动刀刃和固定刀刃之间的空间狭窄以至于指头不能进入从而可安全操作的卷带自动切断机的带子切断装置。
为了完成上述目的,本发明的结构特性如下。
本发明是安装卷带,并把带子拉出一定长度后自动进行切断的卷带自动切断机,其特征在于包括:具有拉出带子的长孔、在后面两侧具有可动刀刃导向通道、且可装卸地组装在切断机外壳前面的构架;设置在上述构架后面上部的固定刀刃;与固定刀刃并列设置在上段构架的后面下部可升降,并且在下段部的一侧和另一侧上分别形成水平长孔和倾斜长孔,而在中央形成传感器插入孔的可动刀刃以及在上述固定刀刃和在可动刀刃的一侧面或另一侧面所设置的用于供给润滑油的润滑油供给装置。
另外,本发明中可动刀刃和固定刀刃的切断面向内侧突出地形成,以便于不粘着带子并准确地切断。
另外,本发明中,上述润滑油供给装置具有与固定刀刃的一面接触、在下部内置有被润滑油所浸渍的海棉的润滑油储存部件,并且为了向上述海棉供给润滑油,而在润滑油储存部件上形成润滑油供给孔。
另外,本发明的润滑油供给装置是在固定刀刃或可动刀刃上形成能够装入海绵的凹入槽和向上述海棉供应润滑油的注油孔。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图详细说明本发明。图2是表示本发明的带子切断装置的分解立体图,图3是表示本发明的带子切断装置的截面图。
如图所示,本发明是在安装卷带并把带子拉出一定长度后自动进行切断的卷带自动切断机的外壳前面组装有可装卸的构架10、在上述构架10上形成有引出带子的引出槽11,在后面两侧上形成有用来引导切断带子的可动刀刃的导向槽12。
在上述构架10的后面上部设置切断带子的固定刀刃20;在后面下部设置与固定刀刃20并列设置的状态下,沿导向槽12移动,同时切断带子的可动刀刃30;在上述可动刀刃30的下段部的一侧形成水平长孔31,而在另一侧形成倾斜长孔32,在中央形成传感器插入孔33,它用于插入为了感应带子而突出于外壳外部的带子引出传感器8。
另外,在上述固定刀刃20和可动刀刃30相接触的切断面分别向内侧突出,以便于使刀刃的摩擦部分少,从而能够准确地切断带子。
并且在上述固定刀刃20的一侧面上设置用于供给润滑油的润滑油供给装置40,在上述润滑油供给装置40,与固定刀刃20的一面相接触地设有润滑油贮存部件41,在上述润滑油贮存部件41的下部内置浸渍润滑油的海绵43,另外,为了向上述海绵43供应润滑油而在润滑油贮存部件41形成多个润滑油供给孔42。
如图4和图5所示,上述润滑油供给装置40是在固定刀刃20的中央部形成凹入槽41a,并在上述凹入槽41a的内部装入浸渍润滑油的海绵43,同时可以在上述凹入槽41a上形成注油孔42a,虽然未图示,也可以在可动刀刃30设置上述装置。
下面参照附图详细说明具有上述结构的本发明的使用状态。
首先,本发明的带子切断装置容易以刀夹形态装卸,所以交换或修理方便,而且如果把上述切断装置设置在带子切断机的前面,则在上述带子切断装置前面突出形成的感应带子引出的传感器8将插入到在可动刀刃30形成的传感器插入孔33中。
随带子切断机在上述状态下工作,带子被引出,并被上述感应带子引出的传感器8所感应,并使另一驱动机构6开始工作起来,而在上述驱动机构6上形成一对固定突起6a,它是在被水平长孔31和倾斜长孔32所夹住的状态下进行工作,同时使可动刀刃30上升。
即,如果驱动机构6上升,则固定突起6a带着水平长孔31和倾斜长孔32上升,其中形成水平长孔31的部分先上升,而形成倾斜长孔32的部分接着上升,可动刀刃30是在倾斜的状态下与固定刀刃20接触。
通过水平长孔31和倾斜长孔32的倾斜角,可动刀刃30和固定刀刃20接触时各刀刃的中心一致,从而能够正确地切断带子。
因为如上述上升的可动刀刃30是,边受导向槽12的引导边向上部移动,所以能够圆滑地进行移动,并且因为维持一定倾斜角的状态下上升,所以即使在上述刀刃的间隔狭窄的情况下,也能够准确地切断带子,从而能够事先防止安全事故。
这时,因为上述可动刀刃30和固定刀刃20的切断面,分别向内突出,所以带子不会粘在各刀刃上,同时能够更确切地切断,并且因为上述可动刀刃30和固定刀刃20是通过构架10而被设置的,所以切断面不会向外部露出,从而能够防止安全事故,并且因为由润滑油贮存部件41遮挡刀刃,所以能够解除视觉上对刀刃的畏惧感。
在上述可动刀刃30或固定刀刃20的一面上涂布用海绵43浸渍的润滑油,从而不仅能够圆滑地工作,而且能够防止带子上的粘接剂附着在刀刃上的现象,如果由于长时间的使用而导致海绵43中的润滑油被消耗掉,则能够通过润滑油供给孔42或注油孔42a供给润滑油。
由此,能够维持刀刃的明确且稳定的动作,最大限度地延长刀刃的寿命。
上述的本发明,因为在可动刀刃的中央部中插入感应带子引出的传感器,所以具有能够实现切断机的小型化,并且因为上述感应带子引出的传感器邻接刀刃的切断面,所以能够切断非常短的长度,能够把带子切断成正确的长度的特殊效果。
另外,因为本发明中固定刀刃和可动刀刃的切断面向内侧突出,所以具有能够圆滑地分离被切断的带子的特殊效果。
另外,本发明因为能够向固定刀刃和可动刀刃的一侧面供给润滑油,所以具有各刀刃能够圆滑地切断带子的特殊效果。
Claims (4)
1、一种卷带自动切断机的带子切断装置,安装卷带并把带子拉出后自动进行切断,其特征在于包括:具有拉出带子的引出长孔,并在背面两侧具有可动刀刃导向通道,且可装卸地组装在切断机外壳前面的构架;设置在上述构架后面上部的固定刀刃;与固定刀刃并列设置在上段构架的后面下部并可升降,且在下段部的一侧和另一侧上分别形成水平长孔和倾斜长孔,而在中央形成传感器插入孔的可动刀刃;以及在上述固定刀刃和可动刀刃的一侧面或另一侧面所设置的用于供给润滑油的润滑油供给装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的卷带自动切断机的带子切断装置,其特征在于上述可动刀刃和固定刀刃的切断面向内侧突出地形成,以便于减少摩擦部分并确切地切断带子。
3、根据权利要求1所述的卷带自动切断机的带子切断装置,其特征在于上述润滑油供给装置具有与固定刀刃的一面接触并在下部内置有被润滑油所浸渍的海棉的润滑油储存部件,并且为了向上述海棉供给润滑油,而在润滑油储存部件上形成润滑油供给孔。
4、根据权利要求1所述的卷带自动切断机的带子切断装置,其特征在于上述润滑油供给装置在固定刀刃或可动刀刃上形成装入海绵的凹入槽和向上述海棉供应润滑油的注油孔。
