Abstract

Description

含具有特定特性的聚合物和非离子聚合物的定型组合物
本发明的主题是一种定型组合物，其在化妆品可接受的介质中含有至少一种具有特定特性的聚合物(A)和至少一种非离子成膜聚合物(B)。本发明还涉及采用该组合物令头发造型成定型的方法，以及该组合物在头发定型或造型用定型产品如发浆(lacquer)、喷发胶或摩丝配制中的用途。
化妆品市场中最普及的发用定型产品是气溶胶式喷雾组合物或泵送式喷发胶组合物，如发浆、喷发胶或摩丝，主要由溶液，一般是醇溶液或水溶液/醇溶液，和水溶性或醇溶性成膜聚合物作为与多种美容辅剂混合物构成。
但这些用于保持发型的发用制剂如摩丝、凝胶、特别是气溶胶喷雾剂和发浆仍然不能在日常的各种自然运动如步行、头部运动或阵风中保持满意的发型。
适用于配制这类发用产品的聚合物是阴离子、两性或非离子成膜聚合物，其会令所形成的膜或多或少地较硬和易脆。
当聚合物太脆时，对膜测定的断裂伸长百分率低，即一般低于2％，也不能保证发型的保持性。
为克服该问题，业已将这类聚合物和增塑剂混合，达到更具韧性和不剥落的涂层。但这类成膜可变形和为塑性的，即形变后仅恢复至其初始形状至很小程度。尽管发型的保持得到了改进，但由于发型会随时间改变，因此仍不尽人意。
采用含成膜聚合物混合物例如纤维素聚合物和丙烯酸类聚合物的混合物的组合物可达到更令人满意的定型效果。但由于采用这类组合物时，头发会丧失一定的自然美观特性，因此也不尽人意。
因此，对保持和/或固定发型的美发组合物进行了研究，除定型长效性外，以令头发具有良好的美观特性，特别是良好的解缠结性、柔软性和宜人的外观。
本申请人惊奇地意外地发现采用某些特定的聚合物混合物可以克服上述技术问题。
本发明的主题是一种定型组合物，其在化妆品可接受的介质中含有：
(1)至少一种选定的聚合物(A)，使得由该聚合物(A)与乙醇或水的混合物在室温、相对湿度为50％条件下干燥得到的膜显示由至少下面(i)、(ii)和(iii)定义的机械性能：
(i)断裂伸长率(εr)大于或等于300％；
(ii)300秒时的复原率(R300)大于或等于45％；以及
(iii)300秒时的复原率为45-60％时，伸长率低于1300％；
(2)除聚合物(A)之外的至少一种非离子成膜聚合物(B)，选自：
-聚烷基噁唑啉；
-乙酸乙烯酯均聚物；
-乙酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸酯的共聚物；
-乙酸乙烯酯和乙烯的共聚物；
-乙酸乙烯酯和马来酸酯的共聚物；
-聚乙烯和马来酸酐的共聚物；
-丙烯酸烷基酯均聚物和甲基丙烯酸烷基酯均聚物；
-丙烯酸酯共聚物，例如丙烯酸烷基酯和甲基丙烯酸烷基酯的共聚物；
-丙烯腈和非离子单体的共聚物，非离子单体选自丁二烯和(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯，
-丙烯酸烷基酯和尿烷的共聚物，
-瓜尔胶，
-衍生自羟基苯乙烯的聚合物，
-乙烯基内酰胺均聚物或共聚物。
本发明的另一主题涉及采用该组合物使发型式样成形或保持的方法。
本发明的另一主题涉及该组合物在使发型式样保持或成型用发用化妆品组合物制备中的用途。
本发明具体涉及的聚合物(A)是由Goodrich公司以商品名Avalure AC 315和V29分销的产品。
本发明中，术语“在室温(22±2℃)和相对湿度为50％±5％条件下干燥得到的膜”是指：在这些条件下，由含6％活性物质(a.m.)的聚合物A与乙醇或水的混合物开始而得到的膜，调节混合物的用量，使混合物在聚四氟乙烯基质上的成膜厚度为500±50μm。持续干燥，直至膜重量不再变化，约需12天。在乙醇中对该可溶或部分可溶于乙醇的聚合物A进行测定。其他聚合物则以溶解或分散形式在水中测定。
本发明中，断裂伸长率和复原率采用下述试验方法进行评价。
为进行拉伸试验，将膜切割成长80mm宽15mm的矩形试样。
在与干化时相同的温度和湿度条件下，即温度为22±2℃，相对湿度为50％±5％)采用以商品名Lloyd或Zwick出售的设备进行试验。
对试样的拉伸速率为20mm/min，夹头间距为50±1mm。
采用以下方法测定瞬时复原性(Ri)：
-将被测试样拉伸150％(εmax)，即初始长度(l0)的1.5倍
-释放应力，回复速率与拉伸速率相等，即20mm/min，回复至零位负荷后测定试样的伸长百分率(εi)。
瞬时复原性a％(Ri)由下式得出：
Ri＝((εmax-εi)/εmax)×100
为测定300秒时的复原情况，将经上述操作的试样在零应力条件下再保持300秒，测定其伸长百分率(ε300)。

-经化学改性或未经改性的非离子瓜尔胶。
未经改性的非离子瓜尔胶例如是由Unipectine公司以商品名Vidogum GH 175销售的产品，和由Meyhall公司以商品名Jaguar销售的产品。
可用于本发明的经改性的非离子瓜尔胶优选经C1-C6羟烷基改性。其中值得一提的例如有羟甲基、羟乙基、羟丙基和羟丁基。
这些瓜尔胶均为本领域中已知的，例如可通过相应的氧化烯例如氧化丙烯与瓜尔胶反应得到经羟丙基改性的瓜尔胶而制备。
这类任选经羟烷基改性的非离子瓜尔胶例如由Meyhall公司以商品名Jaguar HP8、Jaguar HP60、Jaguar HP120、Jaguar DC293和Jaguar HP105销售的产品，或由Aqualon公司以商品名Galactasol4H4FD2销售的产品。
除非另外指出，非离子聚合物的烷基含有1-6个碳原子。
本发明中还可采用衍生自羟基苯乙烯的非离子成膜聚合物，特别是那些能够由以下单体共聚得到的非离子成膜聚合物：
(i)至少一种羟基苯乙烯单体，其一种前体或其一种盐，该单体的苯基含有至少一个羟基单元，其任选地被一个或多个基团取代，取代基团选自：C1-C12烷基、C1-C12烷氧基烷基、卤素、SO3H、(C2-C12)酰氨基、羧基和C1-C12羧烷基，以及

实施例
制备本发明定型组合物和现有技术的定型组合物，本发明组合物中含有用作聚合物(A)的Avalure AC 315和用作聚合物(B)的聚乙烯己内酰胺，现有技术的组合物中含有用作聚合物(A)的Avalure AC 315和用作聚合物(B)的乙基纤维素。所制备的制剂概括于下表1中。

Claims (11)

1.一种定型组合物，其在化妆品可接受的介质中含有：
(1)至少一种选定的聚合物(A)，使得由该聚合物(A)与乙醇或水的混合物在室温、相对湿度为50％条件下干燥得到的膜显示由至少下面(i)、(ii)和(iii)定义的机械性能：
(i)断裂伸长率εr大于或等于300％；
(ii)300秒时的复原率R300大于或等于45％；以及
(iii)300秒时的复原率为45-60％时，伸长率低于1300％；所述聚合物(A)是以商品名Avalure AC 315的产品；
(2)除聚合物(A)之外的至少一种非离子成膜聚合物(B)，选自：
-乙烯基内酰胺均聚物或共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于成膜聚合物(A)的浓度为组合物总量的0.05-20％重量。
3.根据权利要求2的组合物，其特征在于成膜聚合物(A)的浓度为组合物总量的0.1-15％重量。
4.根据权利要求3的组合物，其特征在于成膜聚合物(A)的浓度为组合物总量的0.25-10％重量。
5.根据权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于成膜聚合物(B)的浓度为组合物总量的0.05-20％重量。
6.根据权利要求5的组合物，其特征在于成膜聚合物(B)的浓度为组合物总量的0.1-15％重量。
7.根据权利要求6的组合物，其特征在于成膜聚合物(B)的浓度为组合物总量的0.25-10％重量。
8.根据权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于聚合物(A)与聚合物(B)的浓度之比为4000-0.002。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项的组合物，其特征在于其还含有常规的化妆品添加剂，选自：脂肪物质、增稠剂、软化剂、消泡剂、增湿剂、止汗剂、碱化剂、染料、颜料、香料、防腐剂、表面活性剂、蛋白质和维生素。
10.使发型式样保持或成形的方法，其特征在于该方法包括采用权利要求1所述的组合物。
11.权利要求1所述的组合物在制备保持发型和/或头发定型用美发产品中的用途。
