Abstract

聚硅氧烷防晒剂作为头发定型组合物中香气固定剂的用途。

Description

聚硅氧烷防晒剂对增强头发上留香性的用途
本发明涉及用头发定型组合物(hairspray compositions)处理的头发上留香性(fragrance retention)的改进。
香料是头发定型剂(hairspray)的传统组分。根据本发明，已经发现聚硅氧烷防晒剂促进了包含在头发定型剂中的香气在头发上的保持。
因此，本发明涉及聚硅氧烷防晒剂，在头发定型组合物中作为香气固定剂(fragrance fixating agent)的用途。聚硅氧烷防晒剂可以是任何传统的聚硅氧烷防晒剂，例如EP392882、EP358584、EP538431和EP709080中所公开的。此种聚硅氧烷防晒剂的例子为通式Ia或Ib的那些：
其中R和R``为C1-10烷基或苯基；
X和X`为C1-10烷基、苯基或Y基团；
r为0～150的平均数；
s为0～30的平均数；其中，当s＝0时，X和X`至少之一为Y；
(r+m)≥3；
t为0～10的平均数；
v为1～10的平均数；
(v+t)≥3；
Y为式(a)或(b)的基团

R1和R2为C1-6烷基；
R5为氢或C1-6烷基；
Z`和Z``独立地为氢、羟基、C1-6烷基或C1-6烷氧基；
p为1～6的整数；

其中R3和R4为氢或C1-6烷基。
式Ia和Ib的化合物，其中Y为(a)或(b)基团，并且其制备方法，公开于例如EP538431和EP679645中。式Ia或Ib的化合物，其中Y为(c)基团，并且其制备方法，公开于例如EP354145、EP388218、EP392883和WO94/06404中。
优选式Ia的聚硅氧烷防晒剂，其中s为3～10的平均数，而r为20～80的平均数。最优选式Ia的聚硅氧烷防晒剂，其中s约为4，而r约为60，并且其中约80％的基团Y为烷叉(alkylidene)结构(a)，而约20％的基团Y为烷撑(alkylene)结构(b)，例如公开于EP709080并且在那里称作“聚硅氧烷A”。
为了本发明的目的，特别优选下式的聚硅氧烷防晒剂：
其中，s约为4，而r约为60，并且其含有约20％的烷撑异构体(参照上面的通式(b))，并在以后称其为PARSOLSLX。聚硅氧烷防晒剂PARSOLSLX的制备更详细地公开于EP709080中，其中被称其为“聚硅氧烷A”。
根据本发明，聚硅氧烷防晒剂在头发定型剂中的用量为约0.01～10wt.％，优选约0.1～5wt.％。
香料可以是任何来自于天然或合成来源的香料或混合物，包括香精油，特别是传统的，在头发定型组合物中有效用的那些，并且在头发定型组合物中的存在量可以为例如0.001～50wt.％，特别地约0.01～10wt.％，优选约0.1～5wt.％。
头发定型组合物可以是机械喷雾的非气溶胶喷洒剂洗液或使用喷射剂喷雾的气溶胶。而且，除了香料和聚硅氧烷防晒剂香气固定剂，头发定型组合物含有其它传统地用于头发定型组合物的组分，例如维生素如维生素H，维生素E或植烷三醇(phytantriol)；喷射剂例如DME、F152、丙烷、丁烷或戊烷；传统的化妆品溶剂例如乙醇和水；定型(styling)聚合物；用于护发的聚硅氧烷例如聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚苯基三甲基硅氧烷或乳化硅油；中和剂例如AMP；防腐剂；以及进一步地UV-A和UV-B吸收剂，例如二苯甲酰甲烷、肉桂酸酯、樟脑或苯基苯并咪唑衍生物，如在EP979645中详细说明的许多名称。
下面的实施例进一步解释了本发明。

实施例5：通过PARSOLSLX感觉小组评价香气固定
使用10cm长的，市售漂白金发平面样品。在使用前将发辫用商用洗发剂预洗。
在50ml玻璃圆桶中，将每个发辫浸在20.0g喷洒剂里。将圆桶振动1分钟。将发辫取出，悬挂2分钟，用向下的动作，从根部到端部梳10次，从而除去过量溶液，并且使其在环境条件下干燥15分钟。然后提交发辫用于香气评价。
测试了下面的喷洒剂配方

香气A：“Lemarome”(只包含一种香气)
香气B：“Canangan”(香气的复合混合物)
两种香气都由Givaudan Roure提供
要求由10人组成的小组比较2种发辫各自(空白对照剂和实验品)的香气强度。在10cm水平线上，通过在线上做定位记号将可察觉到的强度绘图，线的开始(0cm)代表没有可察觉的气味，而线的末端(10cm)代表强烈的气味。然后将记号的位置诠释成0～10之间的数值。下表1和表2给出了个人的评价和可察觉的强度的平均，而不确定度在P＝95％的水平。

从表1可以看出，在可察觉的香气强度方面，用1％PARSOLSLX处理的头发(配方2发辫)的评价显著地高于空白对照剂(配方1)的头发。而且，10人中的7人报告用PARSOLSLX处理的头发有更强的香气。平均起来，PARSOLSLX处理的头发的香气强度评价比空白对照剂的评价高2.4倍。

从表2可以看出，在可察觉的香气强度方面，用1％PARSOLSLX处理的头发(配方2发辫)的评价显著地高于空白对照剂(配方1)的头发。而且，10人中的9人报告用PARSOLSLX处理的头发有更强的香气。平均起来，PARSOLSLX处理的头发的香气强度评价比空白对照剂的评价高1.3倍。

Claims (6)

1.聚硅氧烷防晒剂作为头发定型组合物中香气固定剂的用途。
2.根据权利要求1的用途，其中所述聚硅氧烷防晒剂为式Ia或Ib
其中R和R``为C1-10烷基或苯基；
X和X`为C1-10烷基、苯基或Y基团；
r为0～150的平均数；
s为0～30的平均数；其中，当s＝0时，X和X`至少之一为Y；
(r+m)≥3；
t为0～10的平均数；
v为1～10的平均数；
(v+t)≥3；
Y为式(a)或(b)的基团
其中
R1和R2为C1-6烷基；
R5为氢或C1-6烷基；
Z`和Z``独立地为氢、羟基、C1-6烷基或C1-6烷氧基；而且
p为1～6的整数；
或式(c)基团
其中R3和R4为氢或C1-6烷基。
3.根据权利要求1或2的用途，其中所述聚硅氧烷防晒剂为下式

4.吸收UV-A和/或UV-B和/或宽带的聚硅氧烷防晒剂及其混合物作为头发定型组合物中香气固定剂的用途。
5.权利要求1～4中任意一项的用途，其中所述聚硅氧烷防晒剂的用量为约0.01～10wt.％。
