Abstract

Description

容许烟道气体进入旋风分离器的进气管
本发明涉及一种容许烟道气体(flue gases)进入旋风分离器的进气管。
本发明特别应用于,但并非局限于例如250MW至600MW的大型设备,这些设备包括在炉子的排气口处并排设置的多个旋风分离器。在这样的设备中,缺少用于将进气管适当地定位到分离器上的场所,因为被占据的空间要通过各种梁架。因而,按照常规,进气管对于在炉子排气口处旋风分离器的配置如图1中所示,图1为在炉子的排气口3处旋风分离器1连同其进气管2的平面示意图。该进气管有两个侧面4与5,连同底面与顶面,而在该视图中底面与顶面是看不见的。
侧面4被称为“拱内弧”面,并且端接在旋风器的末端D上,而侧面5被称为“拱外弧”面。
具有以这种方法定位的进气管,由于如上所述空间的缺少,对于获得以高效率工作的分离器是不利的。
假定该进气管非常短,则呈现在其顶部的固态颗粒来不及在该进气管中沉积下来。结果,这些固态颗粒的大部分通过该进气管的顶部到达旋风器的进气口,由此它们中的一个不可忽略的部分被送入了该旋风器的排气口。
本发明的目的在于减轻这些不利因素并改善这种旋风分离器的效率。
因此,本发明提供一种进入旋风分离器的烟道气体进气管,所述进气管具有两个侧表面,其中之一被称作“拱外弧”面,而另一个被称作“拱内弧”面,该拱内弧面端接在旋风器的末端处,该进气管还具有顶面和底面,该进气管的特征在于,拱内弧面与拱外弧面中的至少一个具有从炉子的排气口向下朝旋风分离器延伸的一些倾斜的凹槽。

参见图2,此处可看到以垂直剖面示出的旋风分离器1及其进气口2的示意图。依照本发明,拱外弧面5上有一些凹槽9。这样的凹槽也可以设置在拱内弧面4上。
图3仅为一个简化的示意图,其表示当沿图2中箭头F的方向进行移动时烟道气体在气管2中的进气口截面,并用来区别气管2的四个面:拱内弧面4,拱外弧面5,顶面10和底面11。
凹槽9以处于5°至25°范围内的角度相对于水平方向倾斜。
图4为表示凹槽截面的图形。比较有利地是使每个凹槽的高度h在200mm至400mm范围内,且其深度不超过50mm,而且相邻的凹槽被处于100mm至300mm范围内的高度h1的实心部分12分隔开。
这种配置的目的在于有助于旋风器进气口处的重力分离。
自然,尽管该凹槽以矩形截面示出,然而对于该凹槽具有某个另外的截面,例如避免任何锐角的截面都是可能的。
