背景技术
[0002] 煤是我国目前及今后相当长时期内电站燃料的主体,煤粉燃烧在提供必需热源和 电力资源的同时,也会带来严重的二氧化硫SO2S染,给生态环境和工农业生产造成巨大的 损失。从根本上控制燃煤电站烟气中二氧化硫SO2的排放势在必行。
[0003] 常见的燃煤电站锅炉烟气脱硫技术包括湿法、半干法和干法脱硫等。循环流化床 烟气脱硫是20世纪80年代发展起来的一种半干法脱硫技术,由于该方法具有投资少、占地 面积小、设备简单、耗水量小、脱硫效率高等特点,特别适合我国水资源短缺的国情,故成为 电力环保行业中研发、推广的重点。
[0004] 物料循环装置是循环流化床烟气脱硫系统的关键装置之一,它通过后置的烟气除 尘装置将所收集的脱硫剂物料又输送至烟气脱硫塔中循环使用,以提高脱硫剂的利用率。 目前,在我国普遍使用的循环流化床烟气脱硫系统中,其物料循环装置通常由物料输送斜 槽、截止阀、流量调节阀、流化风管和流化风机等组成。不同的循环流化床脱硫工艺中,脱硫 剂物料返回烟气脱硫塔的位置有所不同,例如德国Wulff公司的物料回塔位置设置在文丘 里管流化段出口的渐扩段上,而德国Bischoff公司的物料回塔位置则设在文丘里管流化 段的入口处。上述循环流化床烟气脱硫系统运行时,主要存在如下问题:其一,由于循环物 料沿着物料输送斜槽直接快速地向烟气脱硫塔下方倾泻,在塔内容易形成气流死角,导致 其流化性能变差,且扰乱塔内烟气流场的稳定,甚至落入文丘里管流化段造成堵塞事故,从 而降低了系统运行的可靠性和稳定性。其二,从流化风管冲出的流化风直接冲刷流化布层, 造成局部气流过大、流化风在物料输送斜槽底部的分布均勻变差,进一步加剧了循环物料 输送的不均勻性,也相应缩短了流化布层的使用寿命,增加了循环流化床烟气脱硫系统的 运行成本。
[0005] 为了解决上述问题,授权公告号为CN2686710Y的中国实用新型专利说明书提出 了一种用于循环流化床脱硫的循环装置,该装置的主要特点是通过设置可使循环物料在小 料仓底部保持相对水平并且能够自由流动的流态化结构,使循环物料在各个料仓内分布均 勻。但该装置并没有解决循环物料进入烟气脱硫塔内的有效流化问题和流化布层的寿命问 题。同时该装置中的循环物料入塔位置设置在文丘里管流化段的底部,高浓度的气固两相 流容易造成文丘里管流化段堵塞。可见,在循环流化床烟气脱硫系统运行时,循环物料进入 烟气脱硫塔后能否有效流化、以及流化布层的使用寿命是物料循环装置的关键技术问题。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的目的就是要提供一种循环流化床烟气脱硫系统的物料循环装置,采用该 装置可以使循环物料进入烟气脱硫塔后能够有效流化,而且可以延长流化布层等易损部件的使用寿命,提高系统的运行可靠性和稳定性,降低系统的运行成本。
[0007] 为实现上述目的,本发明所设计的循环流化床烟气脱硫系统的物料循环装置,包 括由低向高倾斜设置在烟气脱硫塔和烟气除尘装置之间的筒形物料输送斜槽,筒形物料输 送斜槽的内腔底部铺设有与其平行的流化布层,筒形物料输送斜槽的底部槽壁上设置有若 干进风接口,所述进风接口的输入端通过流化风管与流化风机相连。其特殊之处在于:所述 筒形物料输送斜槽低端部位的一段流化布层上设置有格栅结构。所述进风接口的输出端和 流化布层之间设置有气流挡板,所述气流挡板固定在筒形物料输送斜槽的槽壁上。
[0008] 进一步地,所述筒形物料输送斜槽低端部位的上边缘槽壁与烟气脱硫塔的渐扩段 平滑相连、下边缘槽壁伸入烟气脱硫塔的渐扩段之中,所述流化布层和格栅结构也相应延 伸与下边缘槽壁的伸入端齐平,所述下边缘槽壁的下部连接有导流结构,所述导流结构固 定在烟气脱硫塔的渐扩段上。筒形物料输送斜槽的低端连同流化布层和格栅结构伸入到烟 气脱硫塔的渐扩段内一定深度,更有利于循环物料的有效流化,以形成均勻稳定的流场。
[0009] 本发明的思路是改进循环物料在物料循环装置中的流场,使循环物料在进入烟气 脱硫塔后能有效流化,并延长流化布层的工作寿命,其优点主要体现在如下三个方面:
[0010] 其一,通过在筒形物料输送斜槽低端的流化布层上设置格栅结构,可以减小循环 物料沿斜槽方向的分速度、增大垂直于斜槽方向的分速度,使沿斜槽向下运动的循环物料 进入烟气脱硫塔后有一个倾斜向上的速度,便于循环物料与塔内向上运动的烟气流和脱硫 剂颗粒融合为一体,使循环物料进入塔内后仍能有效流化,避免了循环物料直接快速向塔 内倾泻所造成的流化性差、流场不稳定、文丘里管段堵塞等事故的发生。
[0011] 其二,通过筒形物料输送斜槽低端的下边缘槽壁伸入塔内一定距离,可以使经过 格栅结构后倾斜向上运动的循环物料更方便地落入烟气脱硫塔的轴心线位置,从而使循环 物料更容易流态化;通过设置在该下边缘槽壁下部的导流结构,可以避免在筒形物料输送 斜槽的伸入端下方形成死角,同时为该伸入端提供可靠的支撑。
[0012] 其三,通过在筒形物料输送斜槽底部的进风接口处设置气流挡板,可以避免流化 风直接强力冲刷流化布层,有效解决流化布层局部气流过大的问题,使得流化风在流化布 层下方均勻分布,从而大幅延长流化布层的使用寿命。
[0013] 综上所述,本发明所设计优化的物料循环装置,可以保证循环物料进入烟气脱硫 塔后能够均勻地、有效地流态化,并在塔内不会形成气流死角,从而确保塔内流场稳定、提 高系统运行的可靠性和稳定性,使系统正常的运行保证率达到98%以上。而且,可以显著延 长流化布层等易损部件的使用寿命,从而节约循环流化床烟气脱硫系统的运行成本。

[0018] 图中所示循环流化床烟气脱硫系统的物料循环装置,主要由倾斜布置在烟气脱硫塔1和烟气除尘装置5之间的筒形物料输送斜槽7、以及与筒形物料输送斜槽7相连的流 化风管8和流化风机9组成。烟气脱硫塔1的底部设有双侧对冲进气的烟气入口 4,烟气 入口 4的上方依次为文丘里管流化段3和渐扩段2,筒形物料输送斜槽7的低端与渐扩段2 相连。烟气除尘装置5的底部设有多个小料仓6,筒形物料输送斜槽7的高端与小料仓6相 连。在筒形物料输送斜槽7上分别安装有截止阀10和物料调节阀11,用于循环物料输送的 开闭和流量的调节。筒形物料输送斜槽7与水平面的优选倾斜夹角设计为8〜15°,本实 施例中选用12°,以满足循环物料均衡、平缓输送的要求。
[0019] 在筒形物料输送斜槽7的内腔底部,铺设有与其平行布置的流化布层12。在筒形 物料输送斜槽7的底部槽壁上设置有一系列的进风接口 16,这些进风接口 16的输入端通过 流化风管8与流化风机9相连,通过流化风迫使流化布层12抖动,使循环物料流态化。在 筒形物料输送斜槽7低端部位的一段流化布层12上,放置有纵横交错的格栅结构13,用以 改变循环物料的流动方向和流动速度。在进风接口 16的输出端和流化布层12之间,安装 有气流挡板15,气流挡板15固定在筒形物料输送斜槽7的槽壁上,用以减缓流化风对流化 布层12的直接冲刷。
[0020] 上述部件的具体连接结构如下:筒形物料输送斜槽7低端部位的上边缘槽壁7a与 烟气脱硫塔1的渐扩段2平滑相连,筒形物料输送斜槽7低端部位的下边缘槽壁7b则伸入 烟气脱硫塔1的渐扩段2之中,其伸入端的倾斜长度优选为0. 3〜0. 8m,本实施例中选用 0. 5m。上述流化布层12和格栅结构13也相应延伸与下边缘槽壁7b的伸入端齐平,其中格 栅结构13的整体倾斜长度优选为1〜2m,本实施例中选用1. 5m。在下边缘槽壁7b的下部 设计导流结构14,导流结构14的一端固定在下边缘槽壁7b上,另一端固定在烟气脱硫塔 1的渐扩段2上。优选的导流结构14是向烟气脱硫塔1中心方向凸起的曲面板,这样既可 以有效消除筒形物料输送斜槽7伸入端下方的死角,又可以使伸入端的结构稳定可靠。优 选的气流挡板15呈凹槽型结构,其凹槽口对准相应的进风接口 16的输出端,这样从流化风 管8中喷出的流化风首先吹向气流挡板15的凹槽底部,然后再向气流挡板15的凹槽口两 边折返,可以有效提高流化风分布的均勻性,大幅减轻流化风对流化布层12的局部直接冲 刷,延长流化布层12的使用寿命。
[0021] 为了克服格栅结构13带来的额外阻力,使格栅结构13下方的流化风的风压和流 量符合设计的要求,可以将格栅结构13下方的进风接口 16的输入端与一套独立的流化风 管8和流化风机9相连,其他部位则采用共用的流化风管8和流化风机9。
[0022] 本发明循环流化床烟气脱硫系统的物料循环装置的工作过程是这样的:
[0023] 烟气通过烟气入口 4分两路对冲进入到烟气脱硫塔1中,经文丘里管流化段3加 速后,进入到渐扩段2中,烟气中的酸性气体SO2等与脱硫剂颗粒Ca(OH)2发生反应,SO2等 污染物被脱除,反应后的烟气和脱硫剂颗粒混合物进入到后置的烟气除尘装置5中进行气 固分离,洁净烟气从烟气除尘装置的出口烟道排出,脱硫剂颗粒混合物则落入小料仓6中, 进入筒形物料输送斜槽7。
[0024] 与此同时,流化风机9产生的流化风经流化风管8从筒形物料输送斜槽7的底部 槽壁进入流化布层12的下方,将流化布层12上面的循环物料吹起呈流化状态,减少循环物 料与流化布层12之间的摩擦力,保证循环物料从筒形物料输送斜槽7的高端向低端顺利传 输。循环物料输送至筒形物料输送斜槽7的低端时,在格栅结构13的作用下,其沿斜槽方向的速度相应递减,而垂直于斜槽方向的速度相应增大,循环物料以抛物线的运动轨迹进 入烟气脱硫塔1的轴心线附近,与塔内向上运动的烟气流和脱硫剂颗粒融合为一体,使其 在塔内实现充分的流态化,从而可以提高整个循环流化床烟气脱硫系统运行的可靠性、稳 定性和脱硫效率。
