Description
- La présente invention concerne une gaine d'entrée de fumées dans un séparateur cyclone. Un tel sépatateur est décrite dans le document
EP0763384 A1 . - L'invention s'applique en particulier, bien que non limitativement, aux grosses installations, par exemple de 250 à 600 MW, qui comportent plusieurs séparateurs cyclones placés côte à côte à la sortie du foyer. Dans de telles installations, la place manque pour placer correctement la gaine d'entrée des séparateurs à cause de l'encombrement dû au passage de diverses poutres. Ainsi, classiquement, la disposition de la gaine d'entrée d'un séparateur cyclone à la sortie d'un foyer est celle représentée
fig. 1 où l'on voit schématiquement en vue de dessus le séparateur cyclone 1 avec sa gaine d'entrée 2 à la sortie du foyer 3. Cette gaine d'entrée comporte deux faces latérales 4 et 5, une face de plancher et une face de plafond non visibles sur cette vue. - La face 4 est appelée face intrados et aboutit au nez de cyclone D, et la face 5 est appelée face extrados.
- Cette disposition de gaine qui résulte, comme il a été dit de l'encombrement, n'est pas favorable à une bonne efficacité du séparateur.
- En effet, compte tenu que la gaine est très courte, les solides présents en partie supérieure n'ont pas le temps de se décanter dans la gaine. Une grande partie de ces solides arrivent donc à l'entrée du cyclone par la partie supérieure de la gaine, d'où une proportion non négligeable est entraînée vers la sortie gaz du cyclone.
- La présente invention a pour but de pallier cet inconvénient et d'améliorer l'efficacité de tels séparateurs cyclones.
- L'invention a ainsi pour objet une gaine d'entrée de fumées dans un séparateur cyclone, ladite gaine comportant deux faces latérales dont l'une est appelée face extrados et l'autre face intrados, cette dernière aboutissant au nez du cyclone D, une face de plafond et une face de plancher, caractérisée en ce que l'une au moins des faces intrados et extrados comporte des rainures inclinées vers le bas depuis la sortie du foyer vers le séparateur cyclone.
- L'invention va maintenant être décrite en se reportant au dessin annexé dans lequel :

fig. 1 , déjà commentée, représente schématiquement la disposition de l'art antérieur. - Les
fig. 2 ,3 et 4 sont trois vues schématiques permettant de voir la disposition selon l'invention. - En se référant à la
fig. 2 , on voit représenté schématiquement un séparateur cyclone 1 avec sa gaine d'entrée 2 en élévation. Conformément à l'invention, la face extrados 5 comporte des rainures 9. De telles rainures peuvent également être prévues sur la face intrados 4. - La
fig. 3 est simplement un croquis simplifié montrant la section d'entrée des fumées dans la gaine 2 dans le sens de la flèche F de lafig. 2 et permettant dé repérer les quatre faces de la gaine 2 : face intrados 4, face extrados 5, face de plafond 10 et face de plancher 11. - Ces rainures 9 sont inclinées d'un angle compris entre 5 et 25° par rapport à l'horizontale.
- La
fig. 4 est un schéma montrant la section des rainures. Elles ont avantageusement une hauteur h comprise entre 200 et 400 mm et une profondeur inférieure à 50 mm, et elles sont séparées par des parties pleines 12 d'une hauteur h1 comprise entre 100 et 300 mm. - Cette disposition a pour but de favoriser la séparation gravitaire à l'entrée du cyclone.
- Bien entendu, les rainures figurées sont représentées sous forme de créneaux à angles droits, mais ces rainures pourraient avoir une section différente, sans angles vifs par exemple.
Claims (1)
- Gaine d'entrée (2) de fumées dans un séparateur cyclone (1), ladite gaine comportant deux faces latérales (4 - 5) dont l'une est appelée face extrados (5) et l'autre face intrados (4), cette dernière aboutissant au nez du cyclone D, une face de plafond (10) et une face de plancher (11), caractérisée en ce que l'une au moins des faces intrados (4) et extrados (5) comporte des rainures (9) inclinées vers le bas depuis la sortie du foyer vers le séparateur cyclone (1).
