Abstract

本发明关于转动的灯光开关,它具有罩和可转动地安装在罩上的作动件。这种转动的灯光开关通常用在汽车上。
背景技术
用于汽车的转动的灯光开关通常具有“关”、“停车灯光”和“运行灯光”的开关位置,这些位置通过转动作动件来进行切换;还具有“雾灯”或“前雾灯”和“后雾灯”的附加开关位置,它们是由作动件的轴向移动来切换的。当雾灯仅在与运行灯光或至少是停车灯光结合时才允许打开时,采用了一些手段来防止作动件的转动位置/轴向位置的特殊结合。
从DE 3834390C1可以知道一种转动的灯光开关,它的作动件具有两根控制销,该控制销由弹力径向向外推动。这些销的外端包在一个球形体内并在罩的内表面上的导槽内运行。导槽设有仿形轨迹,这些仿形轨迹一方面形成各种确定开关位置的擒纵区,另一方面具有轴向上升区,该轴向上升区在作动件在仿形轨迹的特殊周向区上方转动时迫使作动件产生轴向移动分量。该导向槽具有复杂的几何形状,因此难于加工。由于控制销贴靠仿形轨迹径向向外受压,作动件的移动受到很大的阻力,从而必须具有较大的作动力。
发明内容
本发明提供一种转动的灯光开关,生产这种开关特别简单,而且可减少作动力。在本发明的转动的灯光开关中,在罩上提供一凸轮表面,该凸轮表面在轴向上升的周向和轴向离开作动件运行。在该作动件上,提供一个径向突起的凸轮随动件,在作动件转动时,该随动件在凸轮表面上向上运行,仅轴向地座落在该凸轮表面上。该凸轮随动件理想地压在凸轮表面上,没有任何径向分力。因此,当该凸轮随动件在轴向上升的凸轮表面上向上运行时,仅产生使作动件作轴向移动所要求的轴向力。该凸轮表面具有很简单的几何构形。它最好包括一个部分、例如轴向地线性地上升的一个部分和与该部分邻接的轴向不上升的部分。
在该优选实施例中,凸轮表面是由周向壁中的凹槽形成,该凹槽形成在包围作动件的环形开关护套内的内表面上。

具体实施方式
图1所示的转动的灯光开关具有通常为圆筒形的罩10,在罩10的端面上具有一个环形开关护套12,该护套同轴地包围转动旋钮形式的作动件14。开关护套上设有指示作动件14的转动位置的标记16,开关护套12上的另一个标记18与转动的灯光开关的轴向位置有关。该开关护套装在罩10的前端上。
正如可从图2看出的,作动件14具有轴向驱动衬套20,开关机构(未示出)的开关轴与该衬套相连,从而连接成一起转动和轴向固定。另外,该作动件14具有销钉形式的凸轮随动件22,它形成在一个径向横臂的外端,径向向外突出。一具与作动件14同轴的圆筒形周向壁24形成在罩10上。在该周向壁24上,形成了凹入的凸轮表面26,该凸轮表面26包括相互相邻的两部分26a、26b,凸轮表面26的一部分26a具有远离作动件14轴向上升的表面,同样,凸轮表面26的一部分26b具有背向作动件14的表面,但该表面并不轴向上升。在作动件14转动时,凸轮随动件22在凸轮表面26的部分26b上运行;随着作动件14的进一步的转动,在凸轮表面26的部分26a的轴向上升的方向上就产生了轴向移动。
在图3中指出了作动件14的可能出现的轴向开关位置。该凸轮随动件22位于凸轮表面26的部分26a、26b的转换点,该点与拉动作动件14来调节的一个轴向开关位置相对应。在该轴向开关位置,雾灯打开。同时,由于作动件14的转动位置,如停车灯的车灯也打开。在同样的轴向开关位置,作动件14可顺时针方向转动,从而调节到下一个转动位置,在该位置上打开运行灯。另一方面,如果作动件14从图3所示的转动位置逆时针方向转动到“关”的开关位置,弧形的随动件22在凸轮表面26的轴向上升部分26a上向上运行,从而迫使作动件14运行到轴向开关位置,在该位置上雾灯关闭。
该凸轮表面26可按设计需要很容易地生产出任何形状。在图示的实施例中,轴向上升部分26a是线性地上升的;按照所需要的开关感觉,该运行线路可以是逐步递增的或递减的。由于该凸轮随动件22仅在轴向贴靠在很窄的凸轮表面26上、故仅出现很小的摩擦力,从而可用很小的作动力来操作该转动的灯光开关。
Claims (8)
1.一种转动的灯光开关,包括:
-一个具有周向壁(24)的罩(10);
-一个可绕一根轴转动地安装在罩(10)中且可轴向移动的作动件(14),该作动件(14)具有一径向突出的凸轮随动件(22);以及
-一个沿周向延伸且沿轴向上升的凸轮表面(26),由此所述凸轮随动件(22)在作动件转动时向上运行并轴向地贴靠在凸轮表面(26)上,
其特征在于:
在罩的周向壁(24)上在轴向远离作动件(14)的一侧形成所述凸轮表面(26),并且在作动件(14)转动时迫使作动件(14)作轴向移动。
2.按照权利要求1的转动的灯光开关,其中所述凸轮随动件贴靠在凸轮表面上,没有径向分力。
3.按照权利要求1的转动的灯光开关,其中凸轮表面形成在与作动件同轴的圆筒形周向壁上。
4.按照权利要求3的转动的灯光开关,其中凸轮表面由周向壁上的凹槽形成。
5.按照权利要求3的转动的灯光开关,其中,罩包括包围作动件的环形开关护套,周向壁连到该开关护套上。
6.按照权利要求1的转动的灯光开关,凸轮表面轴向线性地上升。
7.按照权利要求1的转动的灯光开关,其中凸轮表面具有在周向连接在一起的轴向上升部分和轴向不上升部分。
8.按照权利要求1的转动的灯光开关,其中轴向上升的凸轮表面在周向壁上与作动件在两个相邻的开关位置之间转动的相对应的转动角上延伸。
