Description
技术领域

背景技术
在用于盛放油漆、蜡或类似物的广口容器中,一个口部包含一个外壁和一个内壁,内壁成形得低于外壁并位于外壁内部,二者之间间隔着一个环形槽。一个盖子装配在一个由内壁构成的口部内表面上,而盖子的一个外缘则装配在外壁中,从而将容器保持密封。通过在外壁与盖子外缘之间插入一个螺丝刀或类似物的刀头,再将螺丝刀的手柄支撑在外壁上并下压,可以容易地打开盖子。
通常,大部分这样的带双壁口部的广口容器是由金属制成的,但最近已开始通过注射模塑法、注射吹塑法或类似方法制造合成树脂广口容器。然而,这种模塑制品不能在体部成形为薄壁件,并且同金属广口容器相比强度较差。这带来的问题是在摔落时容易破裂。
在制造油漆容器和类似物时,解决这个问题的方法是采用注射拉伸吹塑法,该方法可以使树脂通过双轴拉伸而加强。WO97/19801中公开的一个油漆容器由下面的步骤制成:注射模塑成形一个塑坯,该塑坯由一个大直径口部和一个体部组成,该口部包含一个带状外壁和一个内壁,内壁成形得低于外壁且位于外壁之内,并通过接合部分跨过一个环形槽,该体部带有一个底部,该底部从内壁底侧伸出;将塑坯传送到一个用于模塑成形油漆容器的拉伸吹塑模具中;以及,从内壁底侧开始在体部下方拉伸吹塑塑坯。在该公开的注射拉伸吹塑过程中,已被冷却和固化的口部外壁和内壁被保持在一个口部成形模与一个芯模之间,而位于体部下方的加热部分则被轴向拉伸。几乎同时,体部还被空气吹向一个侧缘部分,该侧缘部分凸出成形于外壁底侧,从而使未拉伸的接合部分与被吹塑和拉伸成肩部形状的体部上侧成形为一个整体。
通过上面描述的方法制造出的油漆容器的体部极其底部通过拉伸吹塑而较薄并具有双轴方位。因此,与注射模塑成形或注射吹塑成形制造的容器相比,这种容器重量较小而抗塌陷强度得到提高,并且根据材料树脂而提高其气体隔离性能。
然而,在上述现有技术中的拉伸吹塑法中,在侧缘部分与内壁之间没有用于上述接合部分的支撑部件;这样,在拉伸吹塑时,轴向拉伸应力会集中到接合部分上,接合部分被从侧缘部分的一个角部开始向下拉并出现变形,而且内壁中出现应变。这就产生了一个问题,即口部边沿以及内壁的一个内表面的模塑精度会降低,而这二者将分别作为一个装配边沿和口部的一个内侧表面,因此与盖子的装配将受到损坏并失去密封能力。
随着接合部分跨度的加长,轴向拉伸将引起内壁中的应变。这种现象可以通过减小跨度而得到改进,然而,这又会限制体部的径向扩展。这样,体部会在上部成形得较厚而在下部成形得较薄,将导致壁的厚度不均,这会降低体部个抗弯强度。在这种情况下,当一组容器堆积在一起时,容器底部会在负载的作用下变形。
如日本公开特许公报No.Sho 57-77439中公开的注射吹塑成形的油漆容器那样,可以提供加强肋以支撑接合部分。然而,该专利中描述的这种肋要横跨外壁和内壁,这样,在拉伸过程中会在有肋部分和无肋部分之间产生差异。其结果是,会在内壁上的将要装配盖子的内表面上出现不规则趋向。
由于连接着外壁和内壁并位于外壁和内壁之间,所述肋需要占用时间以冷却和固化到足以抵抗拉伸应力的地步。另一方面,在体部下方的部分仍保持着拉伸吹塑所需的热量时,就要将塑坯从模具中取出。因此,由肋支撑的方法对于注射拉伸吹塑来说并不总是一个有效的途径。
通过本发明的发明人对防止因轴向拉伸引起的上述拉伸变形的长期研究,现已发现,即便是采用肋支撑接合部分,也可以通过肋的成形方式避免传统缺陷。也就是说,本发明人现已发现,即使是在诸如注射拉伸吹塑成形的油漆容器这类广口容器中,也可以防止因拉伸引起的接合部分变形,并避免因传统肋引起的口部内表面的凸凹变形,以及在短时间内冷却和固化肋。
因此本发明的一个目标是提供一种用作油漆容器和类似物的注射拉伸吹塑成形的大直径广口容器,其中,通过加入由小型肋构成的加强装置而解决了因上述接合部分拉伸变形引起的内壁应变问题,并且虽然是由合成树脂制成的,也由于具有双向方位,而将体部成形得较薄并改进抗塌陷强度。
此外,本发明将提供用作油漆容器和类似物的注射拉伸吹塑成形的大径广口容器,其中,体部和口部的外壁被成形为在侧面上具有相同的直径,类似于传统的油漆罐和类似物。通过这种方式,即使体部的径向扩展受到限制,所采用的在横截面上具有特定形状的塑坯也可确保体部在模塑成形后不会出现壁厚不规则,从而能够将一组广口容器堆积在一起。
此外,本发明将提供用作油漆容器和类似物的注射拉伸吹塑成形的大径广口容器,其中,通过采用外壁,可以将一个提手以可旋转的方式横跨安装在口部两侧,而且可以防止在卸下盖子时因反作用力的作用、容器内压升高或类似情况下盖子被弹出。
本发明概述
根据上述目标,本发明提供了一种广口容器,其中,一个大直径口部包含一个内壁,其与一个带有底部的体部成形为一个整体,一个带状外壁,其通过一个具有所需宽度的接合部分而以H形整体成形于内壁外侧,以及一个上部环形槽和一个下部环形槽,它们位于内外壁之间并被上述接合部分隔开;以及,上述体部从内壁底侧开始拉伸吹塑变薄至一个位置,在该位置外壁的下沿接触到体部,以使体部侧表面成形在与上述外壁相同的直径上,并使下部环形槽成形为一个位于口部下部的空腔,广口容器中包含一个用于防止接合部分在体部拉伸时出现变形的肋,该肋整体倾斜成形于一个角部上,该角部位于上述接合部分的外壁侧底表面与外壁的内表面之间,所需数量的肋以规则间距提供于下环形槽中。

此外,在本发明中,容器以这样的方式模塑成形,即一个注射模塑出的塑坯带有一个大直径口部,该口部包含一个内壁,其与一个带有底部的体部成形为一个整体,一个带状外壁,其通过一个具有所需宽度的接合部分而以H形整体成形于内壁外侧,以及一个上部环形槽和一个下部环形槽,它们位于内外壁之间并被上述接合部分隔开,该塑坯在冷却和固化后的上述口部处被保持着,而且在一个从上述内壁底侧至体部的部分处于高温时,上述体部被拉伸吹塑到与上述外壁相同的直径上。

此外,在本发明中,有安装孔在上述塑坯的模塑成形过程中被成形在外壁上的对称位置上,还有装配突起物以伸出的方式提供于一个带棱纹弹性提手两末端的内侧,并分别以可旋转的方式装配和锁紧在安装孔中,以将上述提手横跨安装在一个开口部分的两侧。在此,上述装配突起物是药片形状并在其末端上侧带有一个半圆形锁块,而提手端部以及装配突起物上带有一个从从它们的下端伸向中心的狭缝。所述狭缝使得提手端部以及装配突起物能够减小尺寸以将装配突起物以及锁块以可旋转的方式插入上述安装孔中,从而将上述锁块钩住并安置在外壁中。
此外,在本发明中,一个用于锁扣的凸缘以伸出的方式提供于一个盖子的外缘上,并插入一个提供于外壁的一个侧表面上的装配孔中以锁住盖子,从而防止盖子在打开时因反作用力的作用而弹出。

本发明优选实施例的详细描述
图1中所示的广口容器是一个由对苯二甲酸乙二醇聚酯(PET)模塑制成的油漆容器。一个大直径口部1包含:一个内壁3,其与一个带有一个底部的体部2成形为整体;一个带状外壁4,其通过一个具有所需宽度的接合部分5而整体式成形在内壁3的外侧,从而构成H形;以及一个上部环形槽7和一个下部环形槽8成形于壁3和4之间并被接合部分5隔开。外壁4成形得高于内壁3。一个凸缘6整体式模塑成形在外壁4的一个边沿外侧上。
上述体部2被拉伸吹塑为薄壁(大约0.5mm)并从内壁3的底侧竖直伸展到一个部分,在该部分处,体部2的侧表面到达并具有与外壁4相同的直径。通过这个途径,下部环形槽8被成形为一个位于口部1底侧中的空腔,一个直径比外壁4小一些的支座11凸出模塑于一个从体部2伸出的底部10上,这样,广口油漆容器就成形好了。
以9、9表示的是用于支撑接合部分5的肋,在本实施例中,有八个肋以规则的间距安置于上述下部环形槽8中。这些肋9呈斜坡状整体成形于接合部分5在外壁侧的底面与外壁4的内表面之间的角部上,并且于内壁3分开,从而在拉伸体部时防止接合部分5变形。
在这种结构的油漆容器中,如图2所示,有一个盖子30被装配到内壁3的内部,这类似于众所周知的油漆罐,盖子30上的一个外缘30a容纳于内壁3的一个口部边沿3a中,从而使盖子30安置在外壁4内。
图3显示了上述油漆容器的一个塑坯12。油漆容器的口部1预先被注射模塑成形为塑坯12的一个相同结构的口部13,其从内壁3沿着塑坯12的带有底部的体部伸展。塑坯的体部包括一个由厚壁平面拉伸扩展出的玉米状部分14以及一个具有所需内径并成形于塑坯中央的凹陷部16,凹陷部16是通过向外凸出拉伸扩展部分14上的一个顶部15而形成的。凹陷部16在其底表面17处成形为薄壁并接近于平面,并且在凹陷部16周边上的拉伸扩展部分14a处(见图4和5)向内弯曲。
当内部3至拉伸扩展部分14的各部分仍然处于加热状态时,塑坯12从注射模具中脱模。在此之前,口部13已经被冷却和固化。这样,如图5所示,口部13在其外侧被注射模塑成形中采用的一个口部成形模18保持着,塑坯被传送到一个吹塑模19中,之后,一个吹气芯20被装配到内壁3中。在此,预先固化的口部13被保持在吹气芯20和口部成形模18之间,而塑坯被拉伸吹塑成形为一个广口容器。
拉伸吹塑成形过程是通过下面的方式完成的:装配在吹气芯20中的一个拉伸杆21的顶部22安置到凹陷部16中;塑坯的中央部分被拉伸杆21向下压,从而使塑坯的体部从内壁3的底侧开始沿轴向拉伸;以及,几乎同时,拉伸扩展部分14通过吹气而沿径向扩展。
在塑坯12中,拉伸扩展部分14的一个上面段被上述拉伸杆21拉伸的稍微薄些。壁的变薄会导致该段温度下降,从而使拉伸转换到下方的一个未拉伸部分上。在这个过程之后,内弯的凹陷部16周边上的拉伸扩展部分14a开始被拉伸,而塑坯的体部变成一个细长的截头玉米状。在此,随着接近底部,塑坯体部与吹塑模19的一个空腔表面间的距离在增加,这样将导致上下段间的径向拉伸率出现差别。然而,这种差别可以被壁厚的不同抵消一些,从而防止油漆容器的体部2的壁厚出现不均匀。
因此,即使一个油漆容器在径向的拉伸扩展受到严格限制并在上面段成形得较厚,体部2也可以在内壁3至与外壁4底沿相交段被扩展并成形为薄壁,从而使壁厚分布均匀并提高抗弯强度。
拉伸吹塑优选在加热状态中的拉伸扩展部分14在内热的作用下其表面温度到达峰值温度之前完成。
此外,在被拉伸杆21轴向拉伸时,塑坯的口部13被预先固化并保持在口部成形模18和吹气芯20之间。另一方面,内壁3只在一侧仅仅通过面接触顶靠着吹气芯20保持着,这样外壁4不同,外壁4是通过与一个凸缘6的配合而保持着。这样,向下的拉力将导致内壁3的滑移,从而使应力集中在上述接合部分5上。
然而,拉伸应力将通过成形于接合部分5与外壁4之间的角部上的肋9、9而分散到外壁4上。肋9、9还使接合部分5能够抵抗拉力。其结果是,内壁3中由接合部分5引起的应变会被阻止,成形在内壁3的口部内表面和拉伸吹塑成形出的油漆容器上的口部边沿3a上的变形将被防止,而该处的形状和水平方向的精度可以确保与预先注射成形时一致。
此外,与众所周知的横跨内壁3和外壁4成形的肋相比,在下部环形槽8中成形出的肋9、9防变形方式的不同之处在于,它们与内壁3隔开,因而容易与外壁4一起冷却。另外,由于这些肋不与内壁3相接触,因而不会引起内表面的不规则变形。
此外,接合部分5上的下部环形槽8被吹塑成形出的体部2封闭,从而在模塑成形后形成一个空腔。然而,空腔中的上述肋9、9可以增强外壁4抵抗外力的能力,因此由外力引起的外壁4中的应变会被阻止,而口部1也可以防止在外力的作用下而变形。
因此,即使广口容器是由合成树脂拉伸吹塑制成的,也不会使注射成形的口部出现模塑精度失调。另外,体部的双轴方位也提高了抗冲击强度和气体隔离性能,从而增强了体部在盛放油漆或类似物的广口容器中的应用效果,即体部中的容纳物的颜色可以从外部识别。此外,具有相同结构的广口容器可以由各种合成树脂制成,只要这种树脂能够通过拉伸吹塑成形即可,因此可以广泛应用于盛放挥发性容纳物的广口容器中。
图7至10显示的一个提手23通过采用上述外壁4安装在油漆容器上时的情景。在模塑成形上述塑坯12时,通过采用拼合式模具的成形模18的口部中所提供的伸出部分(未画出),可以在外壁4的对称位置上成形出安装孔24、24。从带棱纹的弹性合成树脂(如聚丙烯)提手23的两个末端部伸出的装配突起物25、25分别以可旋转的方式装配并锁紧在安装孔24、24中。
上述装配突起物25、25具有药片形状并分别在它们的末端上侧带有半圆形锁块26。提手每侧的末端部和装配突起物25上均有一个狭缝27从它们的下端伸向中心。所述狭缝27用于使装配突起物25沿着提手末端部能够被压缩并减小尺寸,从而可将锁块26向上倾斜着插入安装孔24中。通过这种方式,锁块26被安置在上述形成空腔的下部环形槽8中并被限制在外壁4内。在外壁4的周边表面上带有一个内凹的限位槽28,用于在拉伸吹塑时限位。
油漆容器的底部可以在其周边成形出一个台阶部分2a,如图7所示,以取代前面所述的支座11。在此,台阶部分2a的外径要比外壁4小一些,从而可以安置在外壁4内,一个底部周边2b具有适宜的高度,从而可以搭放在外壁4的口部边沿上。通过这种方式,当一组油漆容器如图7所示堆放时,它们的负载将分别压住下面油漆容器的盖子30。此外,即使负载导致体部变形,外壁4也能够提供支撑以防止塌陷。
在图10中,一个用于锁紧的凸缘30b从上述合成树脂制盖子30的外缘30a上伸出,一个用于装配凸缘30b的装配孔29提供于外壁4的侧表面上。当凸缘30b插入装配孔29中时,盖子30即被封闭,并且可以在凸缘30b的对面侧撬开盖子30。这可以防止盖子30被打开时在反作用力的作用下弹出。
在这种结构中,外壁4模塑成形得高于内壁3,高度差为装配孔29的宽度,这样就不能以外壁4的口部边沿为支点用螺丝刀或类似物打开盖子。为此,一个用于打开盖子的凹口31成形于装配孔29对面边沿上,如图9所示。凹口31不必局限于上述位置,还可以采用一组凹口。
在图11中,合成树脂制盖子30的外缘30a在直径方向成形得较大,从而伸展覆盖过外壁4的一个口部边沿,并且具有装配槽30c的形状,从而使盖子30既能够装配在内壁3的内表面中,也能够装配在外壁4的口部边沿上。一个咬合边32成形于外壁4的口部边沿外侧。如果由热气和类似物产生的溶液挥发引起油漆容器的内压升高并导致盖子与口部内表面的配合松懈,那么盖子30会自己打开。然而,外缘30a与外壁4的口部边沿之间采用了二级装配,即在上述咬合边32与一个成形于上述装配槽30c内侧的环形槽30d之间的配合,从而可以防止盖子30自己打开和弹出。
此外,一个通气孔33提供于外壁4上,从而使得,当内压的升高导致口部内表面的配合松懈并引起挥发气体泄漏时,通气孔33可以排出气体并降低内压,以恢复口部内表面的配合所形成的密封能力。
工业应用
如上所述,在根据本发明的注射拉伸吹塑成形出的用作油漆容器或类似物的大径广口容器中,通过加入由小型肋构成的加强装置,解决了因上述接合部分变形引起的内壁中的应变和类似问题。此外,由于具有双轴方位,体部可以成形得较薄并提高了抗塌陷强度。
另外,在根据本发明的广口容器中,采用了在横截面上具有一定形状的塑坯,可确保模塑出的体部在壁厚上不会出现不规则,从而确保能够将一组广口容器堆放起来。
此外,在根据本发明的广口容器中,通过采用外壁,可以将一个提手以可旋转的方式横跨安装在口部两侧。另外,盖子可以防止因卸下盖子时的反作用力、容器内压的升高或类似情况导致的盖子弹出现象。
Claims (8)
1.一种用作油漆容器和类似物的注射拉伸吹塑成形的广口容器,其中,
一个大直径口部包含一个内壁,其与一个带有底部的体部成形为一个整体,一个带状外壁,其通过一个具有所需宽度的接合部分而以H形整体成形于内壁外侧,以及一个上部环形槽和一个下部环形槽,它们位于内外壁之间并被上述接合部分隔开;以及
上述体部从内壁底侧开始拉伸吹塑变薄至一个位置,在该位置外壁的下沿接触到体部,以使体部侧表面成形在与上述外壁相同的直径上,并使下部环形槽成形为一个位于口部下部的空腔,上述广口容器中包含:
一个肋,其用于防止接合部分在体部拉伸时出现变形,该肋整体式倾斜成形于一个位于上述接合部分的外壁侧底表面与外壁的内表面之间的角部上,具有所需数量的肋以规则间距提供于下环形槽中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用作油漆容器和类似物的注射拉伸吹塑成形的广口容器,其特征在于,其中,上述容器以这样的方式模塑成形,即一个注射模塑出的塑坯带有一个直大径口部,该口部包含一个内壁,其与一个带有底部的体部成形为一个整体,一个带状外壁,其通过一个具有所需宽度的接合部分而以H形整体成形于内壁外侧,以及一个上部环形槽和一个下部环形槽,它们位于内外壁之间并被上述接合部分隔开,该塑坯在冷却和固化后的上述口部处被保持着,而且在一个从上述内壁底侧至体部的部分处于高温时,上述体部被拉伸吹塑到与上述外壁相同的直径上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用作油漆容器和类似物的注射拉伸吹塑成形的广口容器,其特征在于,其中,上述塑坯包含从上述内壁开始伸出的体部,该体部包含一个玉米形的厚壁平面拉伸扩展部分以及一个具有所需内径并通过拉伸扩展部分的一个顶部向外伸出而成形在上述塑坯中央的凹陷部;凹陷部的底表面成形为近乎平面并且较薄;以及,位于凹陷部周边的拉伸扩展部分则成形为向内弯曲的形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用作油漆容器和类似物的注射拉伸吹塑成形的广口容器,其特征在于,其中,有安装孔在上述塑坯的模塑成形过程中被成形在外壁上的对称位置上;以及,在一个弹性带棱纹提手两末端内侧的伸出的装配突起物分别以可旋转的方式装配和锁紧在安装孔中,以将上述提手横跨安装在一个开口部分的两侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用作油漆容器和类似物的注射拉伸吹塑成形的广口容器,其特征在于,其中,上述装配突起物是药片形状并在其末端上侧带有一个半圆形锁块;提手末端部以及装配突起物上带有一个从从它们的下端伸向中心的狭缝;所述狭缝使得提手端部以及装配突起物能够减小尺寸以将装配突起物以及锁块以可旋转的方式插入上述安装孔中,从而将上述锁块钩住并安置在外壁中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用作油漆容器和类似物的注射拉伸吹塑成形的广口容器,其特征在于,上述容器还包含一个盖子,其中,一个用于锁扣的凸缘以伸出的方式位于盖子的外缘上,并插入一个提供于外壁的一个侧表面上的装配孔中以锁住盖子,从而防止盖子在打开时因反作用力的作用而弹出。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用作油漆容器和类似物的注射拉伸吹塑成形的广口容器,其特征在于,其包含下面的结构:一个合成树脂制盖子的一个外缘在直径方向成形得较大,从而伸过外壁的一个口部边沿,并且成形出一个装配槽,从而使得盖子能够同时装配在内壁的内表面和外壁的口部边沿上;一个咬合边成形于外壁的口部边沿的外侧;以及,在咬合边与一个成形于上述装配槽内侧的环形槽之间所提供一个二级装配可以防止盖子因油漆容器内压升高而导致与口部内表面之间配合松懈所引起的自己打开。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用作油漆容器和类似物的注射拉伸吹塑成形的广口容器,其特征在于,其包含一个通气孔,该通气孔提供于上述外壁上,用以在上述盖子与口部内表面之间的配合松懈时排出泄漏气体,以降低油漆容器的内部容纳物的体积,从而恢复由盖子与口部内表面的配合所形成的密封能力。
