Abstract

一般地,本发明涉及一种使用双作用搅拌器以混合物料的釜,特别地,是涉及一种釜,它是经加热的,并能够混合可熔化的物料且能保持该物料呈均匀的液体状态。
业已公知,有许多装置可用来混合物料,例如液态化学物质和粉状物料或颗粒物料。这些装置常常包括一个容器,该容器带有一个或多个可旋转的搅拌器,以混合容器内的物质,使之成为均匀的状态。该搅拌器可包括马达驱动的搅拌叶装置。
在道路路面的条纹行业中,它是非常重要的,例如,条纹材料在其被用于路面之前,必须要全部和均匀进行混合。近年来,采用具有热塑性树脂作为主要成分的物料用于条纹路面,已经被人们普遍地接受。这种树脂可以粉状形式由商业购得,在其被使用之前,必须对其进行加热至其液态转换温度。混合可在加热釜中间歇进行。但是,为了获得合意的产品,在粉状树脂熔化成为液态形式时,其完全的、均匀的混合是非常重要的。
本发明对上述的现有技术进行了改进,是通过提供了一种加热釜,用来熔化和混合热塑性树脂使之成为均匀的混合物,在该釜中有一个螺旋形搅拌器,围绕中心轴在该釜内壁邻近位置进行旋转。有一组径向延伸的搅拌叶,固定在位于约该釜中心的轴上。当搅拌器和搅拌叶旋转时,搅拌叶和搅拌器存在相对的节距,树脂沿着该釜的壁循环,从而流过该釜的中心区域。该循环作用可使树脂全部熔化并混合成为均匀的液态物质。

现在参看附图,根据本发明所构造的联合混合和物料熔化装置,用代号10表示。装置10包括作为主要部件的圆筒形釜体12,该釜体12装配在隔绝的加热夹套14中。该夹套14带有一个火箱16,直接设置在釜体12的下部。还配置有一个油燃烧器18,以便将火焰喷入火箱16中,以加热该釜12及釜中的物料。虽然,在一些实际应用中,油燃烧器18是优选的,但是,应当清楚的是,在其它的实际应用中,釜体12也可通过采用如电阻元件,或者天然气或LP气来进行加热。夹套14优选是通过烟囱20放空到大气中,从而除去来自火箱16的燃烧副产物。
通过适合的轴承(图中没有给出)支持旋转并沿着釜12的纵向中心轴线定位的是轴22。通过水力马达24和与其连接的适宜的齿轮减速装置26带动轴22旋转。一个螺旋形的连续搅拌器30固定在轴22的上端和下端。搅拌器30的尺寸和构型,能够使其整个长度放置在该釜12的内壁32的邻近位置,其目的在本文以后描述。可用适宜的撑杆34把搅拌器30连接到轴22之上。
成组设置多个搅拌叶36,定位在该釜12的中心并从轴22径向地向外延伸。虽然,优选给出四个搅拌叶36,但是根据所混合物料的粘度,也可采用其它数目的搅拌叶。我们发现,选择四个搅拌叶,可非常有效地用来混合用于路面条纹物料的热塑性树脂。根据本发明,搅拌叶36的节距是相对于搅拌器30的节距。
本发明的装置10提供了一个高性能的熔化热塑性树脂粉末并混合熔化的粉末形成均匀液态物质的装置。搅拌器30位于该釜12的内壁32邻近位置,可引起滑触作用,它可确保物料在釜中彻底地进行混合。这样,物料沿着该釜壁32连续循环并流过该釜的中心区域。在优选的形式中,搅拌器30和搅拌叶36的节距与轴22相关的旋转方向,应能使物料在强力驱使下沿壁32向下和向上流过该釜12的中心。但是,改变该作用的方向,该装置10仍可满意的进行。
尽管结合优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但对于本领域的专业人员说来,在不违反本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可对其进行许多变化和改进。在所附的权利要求中包括了所有的在本发明的精神和范围内的这些变化和改进。

Claims (8)

1.用于熔化和混合固体物料形成均匀熔融态的设备,它包括:
一个具有通常呈圆筒形内壁所限定的中心纵向轴线的釜;
一个用来对所述釜进行加热的热源;
一个位于所述釜内壁邻近位置用来旋转的螺旋形搅拌器;
一个支撑所述螺旋形搅拌器相对端部的可旋转轴,所述轴沿着所述内壁的中心轴线延伸;
多个由所述轴支撑的搅拌叶,该搅拌叶径向地向外延伸,其末端与所述的螺旋形搅拌器有一定的间隔;
所述的搅拌叶和螺旋形搅拌器有相对的节距;
其中所述的固体物料,是通过加热所述的釜和所述轴的旋转,在搅拌器和搅拌叶的作用下,使所述物料沿着该釜的内壁循环,从而流过该釜的中心区域,使其连续和均匀的混合形成熔融态。
2.权利要求1的设备,其中所述的物料包括热塑性树脂。
3.权利要求1的设备,其中所述的搅拌叶是以单一的组,基本上沿着所述纵向轴线的中心设置的。
4.权利要求1的设备,其中所述的热源包括配置在所述釜下部的燃烧器组件和火箱。
5.权利要求4的设备,其中所述的燃烧器组件是油燃烧的。
6.权利要求4的设备,包括至少一个沿着所述釜的侧部延伸的排出烟道,用来排出所述火箱的燃烧副产物。
7.一种用来熔化含有热塑性树脂的物料和混合所述物料形成为均匀熔融态的装置,该装置包括:
一个具有通常呈圆筒形内壁所限定的中心纵向轴线的釜;
一个可旋转轴,沿着所述的轴线延伸,且其另一端部固定在螺旋形的搅拌器上,所述搅拌器是设置在所述的壁的邻近位置;
一个设置在所述的釜下部的燃烧器组件和火箱,用来对所述的釜的所述物料进行加热;
一组搅拌叶,沿着所述轴径向地向外延伸并与所述的搅拌器有一定的间隔,所述搅拌叶约设置在所述釜的中心,它具有节距是相对于所述搅拌器的节距;
其中所述的物料是以粉状形式置入所述的釜中的,在搅拌器和搅拌叶的作用下,使所述物料沿着该釜的内壁循环,从而流过该釜的中心区域,将其加热到熔化的均匀状态。
8.一种用来熔化固态热塑性组分形成液态并混合所述组合物成为均匀的液态物质的方法,包括步骤:
提供一个经加热的具有限定中心纵向轴线的圆筒形内壁的釜;
提供一个沿着纵向轴线可旋转轴,所述轴固定在一个设置在所述内壁邻近位置的螺旋形搅拌器上,和一组约设置所述釜中心呈径向延伸的搅拌叶,该搅拌叶与所述的搅拌器一定的间隔,所述的搅拌器和搅拌叶具有相对的节距;
在釜中投入一定数量的所述固态组分;和
旋转所述的轴;
其中所述的组分,在搅拌器和搅拌叶作用下,该组分沿着所述的内壁循环并流过该釜的中心区域,使该组分熔化成为均匀的液态物质。
