Abstract

在一密封的压缩机机体中提供一整体的接地接头。该接地接头包括一接受来自一电源以为压缩机电源提供一接地头的引脚。该引脚与压缩机机体电气连通。在压缩机内部设有一关于四个接头中哪一个用于接地及哪三个供给三相电力的可见指示。

Description

用于密封压缩机的整体接地引脚
本发明涉及密封压缩机供电及接地方式的改进。
密封压缩机用于许多制冷压缩机应用场合。通常将一压缩机泵装置和一电动机密封在一机体内。致冷剂被引入机体内并能在机体内流至泵装置。
由于致冷剂能在机体内流动,故该机体必须在任何开口处装设流体式密封装置。一个对密封造成困难问题的开口是供电用开口。
与这种压缩机配套的电动机通常是三相电源电动机。在三相电动机中,有三根不同的电源线通进压缩机。
在现有技术中,系将一分开的接地线装在压缩机壳体上并装在连接装置上。该分开的接地线就需要一些不希望的额外装配。此外,这些额外的电线很容易移位,而这是不希望的。
在本发明的一个已揭示的实施例中,系与电气连接装置本身一体地提供一电气接地。具体地说是在该电气连接装置内装设四个引脚。这些引脚中的三个与三相电动机用三相电源配接。第四个引脚为接地引脚。该接地引脚与一接受所有四个引脚的钢板电气连接。其它三个引脚则与该钢板绝缘。该钢板被焊接到压缩机机体上。因此,从接地引脚到钢板为直接连接,然后与压缩机机体连接,以提供一适当的接地。
另一方面,没有可移位的分开的电线。此外,在进行其他电气连接时,最终接地连接即自动实现,故简化了装配。
本发明的进一步的特点是四个引脚的内端与接地引脚不同。即向装配者提供一种关于四个引脚中哪一个为接地的指示,以使该装配者能容易地在电动机控制装置与电源之间装配电线。
在一较佳实施例中,将终端的接地引脚制成比其它引脚短。这样可使装配者对四个引脚中哪一个为接地引脚一目了然。
从以下的说明和附图可最好地理解本发明的这些和其它特点。

图1示出一采用本发明的涡卷压缩机。
图2为本发明电气连接部的放大图。
图3为一与图2垂直的横剖面图。
图1表示一具有一机体21的、已密封的压缩机20,该机体中容置有一电动机22和一泵装置24。该泵装置在该应用中最好为一涡卷压缩机;但本发明可延伸到其它类型的已密封压缩机。
如图1所示,一电气连接装置26容置在机体21的一外壳壁25内。如虚线所示,该电气连接装置示意性地接受电源29,并延伸到电源31。电源31将三相交流电供给电动机22。机体21内还包括有一合适的电动机控制装置27,电线28从连接装置26连接到控制装置27。
如图2所示,连接装置26包括一被焊入侧壁21内的钢环27。多个引脚30在该钢环27内延伸到一内端32。内端32通过延伸到电动机控制装置的电线28加以连接。
一用于提供接地的终端引脚包括一内端34。特别是内端34短于内端32。当一装配者正在将电线28装入压缩机时,该装配者将容易地对哪一个引脚接地的指示一目了然。因此,装配者将不会因疏忽而将电源线装到接地引脚33上。
绝缘体可以是陶瓷绝缘体36,它围绕引脚30而不是引脚33。因此,引脚30与环27隔开但引脚33并不与环27隔开。环27被焊接到机体21上,而壳体接合即完成了引脚33与机体21之间的电气连接。
当装设连接装置29时,通过引脚33接受一合适的接地连接装置,以将电气接地线和所有三个电源线连接到压缩机。
本发明通过在原先制作电气连接装置时就整体制作连接装置来简化接地引脚与一密封压缩机的装设。通过采用容置在供电至壳体引脚的环内的引脚,本发明无须任何分开的接地元件。另外通过为装配者提供哪一个引脚为接地引脚的指示还可简化装配。
以上虽然揭示了一较佳实施例,但熟悉本领域的普通技术人员应认识到在本发明范围内还可作某些修改。为此,应研究以下的权利要求以确定本发明的真实范围和内容。

Claims (8)

1.一种压缩机,包括:
一密封的压缩机机体;
一接受三相电源即旋转驱动的电动机;
一包括有一由所示电动机驱动的轴的泵单元;以及
一用于将三相电力供至所示压缩机的电源连接装置,所述电源连接装置包括:三个与一电源连接以供给三相功率的终端电源接头,以及一个在所述电气连接装置中与接地连接的第四个终端接头,所述第四个终端接头与所述压缩机机体整体接地。
2.如权利要求1所述的压缩机,其特征在于,所述电气连接装置被容置在一分开的机体件中,所述分开的机体件被焊接到所述压缩机机体上,并且所述接地接头与所述分开的机体电气连接,以便在所述分开的机体被焊接到所述压缩机机体上时即构成一接地接头。
3.如权利要求1所述的压缩机,其特征在于,所述接地接头在所述机体内部提供一关于所述四个接头中哪个是所述接地接头的可见指示。
4.如权利要求3所述的压缩机,其特征在于,所述连接装置的每一个接头均为延伸到所述机体内的引脚,所述接地接头与所述三个电源接头相比延伸不同距离。
5.如权利要求4所述的压缩机,其特征在于,所述接地接头延伸一较短距离。
6.如权利要求1所述的压缩机,其特征在于,所述电源接头为容置在电源插座中的引脚。
7.如权利要求6所述的压缩机,其特征在于,所述接地接头也是一在所述电气连接装置中延伸到一插座内的引脚。
8.一种压缩机,包括:
一密封的压缩机机体;
一接受三相电源即旋转驱动的电动机;
一包括有一由所示电动机驱动的轴的泵单元;
一用于将三相电力供至所示压缩机的电源连接装置,所述电源连接装置包括三个与一电源连接以供给三相功率的终端电源接头,以及一个在所述电气连接装置中与接地连接的第四个终端接头,所述第四个终端接头与所述压缩机机体整体接地,所述三个终端电源接头和所述第四个终端接头均被容置在一分开的机体件内,所述第四个终端接头与所述第四个分开的机体件电气连通,所述三个终端电源接头与所述分开的机体件绝缘,所述分开的机体件被焊接到所述压缩机机体上,以使电气连通从所述第四个终端接头经所述分开的机体件延伸到所述压缩机机体;以及
所述三个电源接头和所述第四个终端接头均为延伸到所述机体内的引脚,所述接地接头延伸到所述机体内的距离与所述三个电源接头不同,用以提供该四个接头中哪一个是接地接头的指示。
