Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电连接器。
背景技术
关于公开在EP0930812A2中的这类电连接器,固定焊接板的绝缘钉作成可热变形的铆钉,这意味着焊接板采用热铆接方法通过绝缘钉结合到绝缘壳体上。因此通过选择性的热变形形成机械连接,热变形应当不会不利地影响绝缘壳体或者所讨论的接头。上述难于实现并且需要一个单独的制造步骤。
EP0250097A1也公开了一种铆钉,它具有头部并且可插入壳体部分、接地母线以及印刷电路板的孔中。只有壳体部分的孔具有与铆钉外表面啮合的干涉配合边缘。这种啮合仅仅是为了在通过使铆钉热变形最终组装之前将铆钉固定在壳体部分中。没有接地母线与铆钉的机械固定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种上述类型的电连接器,其中,焊接板和绝缘壳体的绝缘钉之间的机械连接可以更容易和快捷方式实现。
为了实现上述目的,提供一种电连接器,该电连接器具有用于容纳接头的绝缘壳体和冲压的焊接板,焊接板固定在绝缘壳体的一侧上,以便焊接地连接到印刷电路板上,焊接板借助于凹口固定到从绝缘壳体的所述一侧上凸出的整体绝缘固定钉上。其中,焊接板在每个凹口区域中设置有舌片,绝缘固定钉可以夹紧在舌片自由端与相对的凹口边缘区域之间。
热变形工艺步骤可以通过根据本发明的特征被避免,并且可被一种更简单、纯机械性的步骤所代替。由于焊接板在任何情况下都必须设置在绝缘壳体上的绝缘固定钉上,就加工而言可以很容易地在舌片区域将焊接板夹紧到固定钉上。
优选地,舌片具有侧向冲切掉的区域,从而简化放置而不会不利地影响夹紧。优选地,绝缘固定钉具有与舌片相对的倾斜进入表面,以便更好地插入。倾斜进入表面具有与舌片的自由端相对应的宽度。倾斜进入表面设置成凹入在绝缘固定钉的外圆周中。
优选地,锁紧舌片方向设置成朝向焊接板的外边缘。锁紧舌片方向也可设置成朝向焊接板的对角。

具体实施方式
根据附图中示例显示的优选实施例的插入式电连接器10分别用来进行电和机械连接,并且固定到一个印刷电路板11上,以便以一种没有显示方式插入式地连接到相配连接器上,该相配连接器例如设置在印刷电路板上并且布置成与印刷电路板11垂直。
插入式电连接器10具有大体上为矩形形状的绝缘壳体12,其中间隔开地布置有多个接头13。如图2所示,绝缘壳体12具有几个从后侧15到前侧14穿透的凹进部16,接头13带有接触针或者是套筒式的端部从后侧15一直到前侧14地插入凹进部中,插入式电连接器10在该端部可以没有显示的方式连接到一个相配连接器上。根据图1,针形接头13成90°弯曲并且具有一个中间倾斜部,而且在其另一端部17具有针形形状。针形端部17通过穿孔保持板18间隔开。根据图1,针形端部17插入印刷电路板11的镀通孔中并且被焊接。
如图1所示,处于被连接到印刷电路板11状态的绝缘壳体12也借助于部分区域搁靠在印刷电路板11上,其中绝缘壳体12下侧19相对于保持板18下侧凸出,从而使保持板18与印刷电路板略微间隔开。绝缘壳体12没有设置在印刷电路板11上的下侧区域设置有侧向开槽翼板21,用于以没有显示方式通过插入连接到一个相配连接器上。从图2可以进一步看到,绝缘壳体12的下侧19设置有凹部22,冲压的焊接板25插入并机械地固定在凹部中。焊接板25采用锡铅焊料通过焊接连接机械地固定到印刷电路板11的相对应接触层上。
除了靠近后侧15的两个外侧定位销31和32之外,绝缘壳体12的下侧19还具有三个固定钉33、34和35,第一固定钉35设置在两个定位销31和32之间,而基本上相同的第二和第三固定钉33和34相互相对地设置在两个翼板21之间。所有定位销31和32以及固定钉33至35整体地从绝缘壳体12的下侧19凸出,并且是由与绝缘壳体12相同的绝缘合成材料制成。定位销31和32比固定钉33至35长。定位销31和32具有近似长斜方形的横截面,而固定钉33至35具有近似圆柱形或者平截半圆柱形的圆周面。
焊接板25机械地固定到固定钉33,34和35上,这种结构限定了一个三角形的各个角。从一个薄金属板上冲压下来的焊接板25具有一个底面,该底面由矩形区域26和居中地结合到矩形区域一个长边上的梯形区域27组成(图3)。在与梯形区域27相对的矩形区域26的角部分别形成有第二和第三凹口28和29,用于接收第二和第三固定钉33和34;在梯形区域27上形成有第一凹口30,用于接收第一固定钉35。
第一凹口30以及第二和第三凹口28,29分别具有弯曲区域41,42和43以及与所述弯曲区域相对的舌片48,49和50。弯曲区域对应于固定钉33,34,35的相应圆周区域,而每个舌片可借助于侧向冲切掉的区域44,45和46被挠曲地移动。第一凹口30的舌片50具有近似梯形形状,而第二和第三凹口28,29的舌片48和49以相同方式设置为矩形形状并带有中心突出部51。
根据图2以及图4A和4B,三个固定钉33至35在其基部36是基本上相同的圆柱形并且与绝缘壳体12的下侧19整体地模制,而在其位于基部36上的自由端37基本上为平截圆锥形。第二和第三固定钉33,34设置有凹槽38以分别接收舌片48和49的突出部51,基部36设置有位于从平截圆锥形端部37延伸的凹槽38的区域中的修平区域。第一固定钉35具有从其自由端延伸的凹槽39以及在平截圆锥形端部37和圆柱形基部36的区域中的修平区域40。凹槽39具有与舌片50相对应的形状和宽度。
为了实现机械地稳定连接,在舌片48和49的自由端与弯曲区域41和42之间的相应间隔56和57以及在舌片50与凹口30的弯曲区域43之间的间隔57对应于并且略微小于相应凹槽38,39的底部与固定钉33至35的相对外圆周区域之间的内侧测量值。因此,当焊接板25插入在如图2所示的固定钉33至35上的位置时,所述固定钉穿过凹口28至30,其中,舌片48至50啮合在凹槽38,39中,并且由于不同的间隔比例而沿着焊接板25移动到绝缘壳体12的下侧19相反的方向被挠性地偏斜。在移动过程中或者移动结束时,焊接板25以其内侧抵靠绝缘壳体12的下侧19,舌片48至50借助于没有显示的工具柱塞被压向绝缘壳体12的下侧19,结果可以将焊接板25机械稳定地夹紧到固定钉33至35周围。由于这种定向夹紧,不可能沿着相反方向取下焊接板25。
尽管以上描述了将焊接板25机械地夹紧到插入式电连接器10上,但应理解的是,其它元件的绝缘壳体也可以这种方式机械地结合到焊接板上。
Claims (7)
1、一种电连接器(10),具有用于容纳接头(13)的绝缘壳体(12)和冲压的焊接板(25),焊接板(25)固定在绝缘壳体的一侧(19)上,以便焊接地连接到印刷电路板(11)上,焊接板(25)借助于凹口(28至30)固定到从绝缘壳体的所述一侧(19)上凸出的整体绝缘固定钉(33至35)上,其特征在于,焊接板(25)在每个凹口(28至30)区域设置有舌片(48至50),绝缘固定钉(33至35)可以夹紧在舌片自由端与相对的凹口(28至30)边缘区域(41至43)之间。
2、如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,舌片(48至50)具有侧向冲切掉的区域(44至46)。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的电连接器,其特征在于,绝缘固定钉(33至35)具有与舌片(48至50)相对的倾斜进入表面(37,38,39)。
4、如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于,倾斜进入表面(37,38,39)具有与舌片(48至50)的自由端相对应的宽度。
5、如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于,倾斜进入表面(37,38,39)设置成凹入在绝缘固定钉(33至35)的外圆周中。
6、如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,锁紧舌片(48至50)方向设置成朝向焊接板(25)的外边缘。
7、如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,锁紧舌片(48至50)方向设置成朝向焊接板(25)的对角。
