Description
技术领域
本发明涉及了一种上胶设备。本发明能以良好的方式用于把胶料涂到烟卷制造机械中的纸带段上,以下的描述与这方面有关,但并不由此而限制了本发明的范围。
特别是,本发明涉及了用于烟卷过滤头附加机中的一种上胶滚轮设备,它把一层胶料涂到连续的纸带上,然后把纸带切成单独的段或条,用于把过滤头附加到烟卷上。
技术背景
英国专利号2,067,436公布了一种上胶设备,用于在连续纸带上涂上胶层,由此切成烟卷过滤头附加机中用的过滤头连接纸条。该上胶设备包括一对相反转动的水平滚轮,它们并排放置,并沿着相切的区域相互弹性对压。两个滚轮中的一个是配料轮,而另一个是上胶轮,其基本上为圆柱形的表面与连续纸带相切。
正好在配料轮和上胶轮之间的相切区域之上,两个圆柱表面面对着的部分限定了一个空间,在该空间之上设置了一个喷嘴,喷嘴与贮胶容器的一根管子的出料端连接。
胶积聚在上述空间之内,沿着两个滚轮之间的整个接触母线延伸,从而不断地供应给上胶轮。当上胶轮沿规定的方向转动时,其圆柱形外表面把胶层转移到连续的纸带上,胶层的厚度由滚轮之间的压力来调节。
实践表明,上述类型的上胶设备不能适应最新一代烟卷制造机所达到的高的工作速度(可使两个滚轮产生极高的转动速度),因为它不能正确地把胶层转移到准备涂胶的连续纸带上。这是因为,两个滚轮的圆柱表面使得在上述空间内的胶团受到高速的波浪式运动,在胶团内产生具有高的压力梯度的强烈扰动。这种扰动捕获了胶内的空气而形成气泡,并在气泡破裂时造成胶的飞溅。另外,如果气泡与上胶轮的圆柱表面接触,它们将阻碍胶在表面上的正确分布,并在被上胶轮转移的胶层中产生裂纹和不均匀的斑点。
由此,在准备上胶的连续纸带表面上,有些部位将会完全没有胶。
本发明描述
本发明的目的是提供一种上胶设备,它克服了上述缺点。
因此,本发明提供的上胶设备包括了第一和第二滚轮,它们具有水平的平行轴线,沿着公共的母线在相切区域上相互接触,限定了一个正好在相切区域之上的相关圆柱表面之间的空间;上胶设备还包括了把胶料送入该空间的装置,设备的特征在于:送胶装置包括了这些装置,它们被设计成把胶的位置和形状分配得可以相对于滚轮部分地占有上述空间。
现参照附图来描述本发明,附图阐明了本发明的两个优选实施例,其中:

参照图1,编号4标明了仅作了部分表示的烟卷过滤头附加机,编号1大体上标明了一个上胶设备,它用于把胶料2涂到连续纸带3上,纸带3沿送进方向D向前运动,并且被切成单独的段(图中未示),用于把过滤头(图中未示)附加到烟卷(图中未示)上。
设备1包括:一个第一滚轮或上胶轮5,它被设计成在上胶工位6处把一层胶料2涂到纸带3上,一个第二滚轮或配料轮7,它被设计成与上胶轮5联合工作来配给涂到纸带3上的胶2数量,以及一个装置8,它用于把胶2连续送到两个滚轮5和7上。
上胶轮5具有圆柱形的侧面9,它在上胶工位6处与纸带3相切,并与具有水平轴线11的轴10作键连接。轴10由马达(图中未示)驱动,并且使滚轮5绕着轴线11作转动,转动方向为相对于支承着轴10本身的固定叉12,沿图1所示的逆时针方向。
配料轮7具有基本上为圆柱形的外表面,上面具有凹区或凹槽14,并且键连接到中心轴15上,轴15的轴线16基本上为水平,并与轴线11平行,轴线16与轴线11形成了一个基本上为水平的平面。
如图1所示,通过图中未示的传动装置,由轴10驱动着轴15,轴15使滚轮7绕着轴线16作转动,其圆周速度等于滚轮5的圆周速度,并且叉17支承着轴15使它可以转动。与支承着轴15一侧相对的叉17的另一侧被铰接到框架18上,使得在制动器20的作用下,叉17可绕着与轴线11和16平行的轴线19,相对于框架18本身作摆动。
制动器20和叉17一起形成了一个推压装置,它设计成可把配料轮7移动得更靠近上胶轮5,使得它们的相关外表面9和13沿着平行于轴线11和16的公共母线,在相切区域22上相互接触,由此在相切区域22与表面9和13一部分(它们相对于滚轮5和7指示的转动方向,位于相切区域22的上游)之间限定了一个空间23。
如图1所示,送料装置8包括一个容器S,它贮存了胶2并具有一根出料管24,出料管24与基本上为漏斗形的收集器25连通,收集器25中积聚了胶2并具有一个出口26,在出口26上设置了一个分配件27,沿着平行于滚轮5和7轴线11和16的方向度量,其纵向尺寸基本上与滚轮5和7的纵向尺寸相同。
如图1所示,分配件27具有一个头部27a,一个端部28和两个对着的侧壁29和30,头部27a与收集器25的上述出口26连接,使得为胶2的流出留有两个侧面间隙或缺口33和34,端部28的位置和形状作成部分地占有上述空间23,侧壁29和30把头部27a与端部28相连接。两个侧壁29和30在分配件27中形成两个胶2下流表面29和30,它们把两个侧向流出间隙33和34流动地和连续地与上述端部28连接,如图1所示,端部28基本上为具有圆顶V的尖端形,位于滚轮5和7之间的上述相切区域22附近,并面对着相切区域。
如图1所示,端部28在侧向由两个基本上为圆柱形的侧面35和36所限定,侧面35和36基本上与滚轮5和7同轴,并在圆顶V上相遇。表面35和36与滚轮5和7的表面9和13一起,形成了两个弧形通道37和38,它们与下流表面29和30连接,并形成把胶2送到滚轮5和7之间相切区域22的两个通道。
仍参照滚轮5和7指示的转动方向,如图1所示,在低于滚轮5和7之间相切区域22的地方,上胶设备1包括了一个再循环槽40,它与一根管子41连通,通过管子41,收集在槽40中的胶2被泵42抽回到容器S中。
在工作期间,在纸带3开始被上胶之前启动设备21,使得滚轮5和7相互弹性对压,其表面9和13沿着公共母线在上述相切区域22上接触。
此后,启动胶2的送料装置8,胶开始通过管子24流出,并积聚在收集器25中。特别是,送胶2的速率可使得收集器25中胶的高度保持不变。
因此,胶2以不变的运动流向出口26,并通过流出缺口33和34达到分配件27上,在分配件27的下流表面29和30上分别形成基本上为层状的胶流31和32。胶流31和32依靠重力作运动,直到它们达到通道37和38为止,沿着通道37和38,胶流31和32的运动基本上与滚轮5和7的相关表面9和13相切,并到达表面9和13之间的汇合区39,汇合区的顶上被分配件27的顶V所限制,底上被滚轮5和7之间的相切区域22所限制。
胶从在纵向两端敞开的汇合区39自由流出,并落入槽40中。
当层状流31和32通过通道37和38时,胶2粘附在滚轮5和7的表面9和13上,并随着滚轮5和7的转动,被引向相切区域22和离开空间23。
当上胶轮5继续转动时,它把按这种方式得到的胶2转移到工位6,在那里把胶层涂到纸带3上。
粘附到滚轮5上的胶2厚度与把配料轮7压到上胶轮5上的压力有关,特别是,只有流入滚轮7上凹槽14内的胶2的量才可从空间23流出。
应该注意到,在设备1工作期间,在相对于纸带3送进方向D正好位于工位6下游的地方,胶2的微粒或飞沫G必然会从滚轮5上脱离,并属于未被粘附在纸带3上的胶2的部分,它们可被在上面有胶流31流动的壁29所截住,由此防止了飞沫G溅到过滤头附加机4的各个零件上。
