Abstract
一种硬表面清洗剂,含有一种或多种乙氧基化的酰胺,一种或多种二醇醚和,任选地,一种抗静电剂。
Description
本发明涉及硬表面清洗组合物,特别是适合清洗玻璃和光滑或发亮表面的组合物。
这些组合物特别重要的特征是,在清洗时表面不会有任何条纹或污迹,虽然提出了许多用来清洗玻璃及其类似材料的组合物,但是提供有效清洗同时可避免条纹或污迹的组合物仍具有特殊的技术挑战性。
用于玻璃和发亮或光滑表面的清洗组合物的另一需要的特征是减少或避免静电荷积聚的能力。人们会意识到,表面上静电荷的存在,可通过从空气中将灰尘及类似颗粒吸附到表面上从而引起这些颗粒的快速再沉积作用。对该表面的清洗所达到的益处因此迅速减小。
一种已知的清洗组合物,特别是用于玻璃,包括一种包含低于1%的烷基硫酸钠和烷基醚硫酸钠表面活性剂的水溶液,和一种除油溶剂。虽然这种组合物显示令人满意的清洗和无污迹或无条纹特性,但组合物不能给予表面抗静电性能。
因此,本发明寻求提供一种清洗组合物,特别是用于玻璃和光滑或发亮表面,其具有优良的清洗性能,不会引起污迹或条纹,并且还具有抗静电性能,即减少或防止表面上静电荷积聚的能力。
根据本发明,提供了一种用于硬表面的清洗组合物,除水之外,其还包括,以重量计:
0.01%~5%的一种或多种乙氧基化的烷基或链烯基酰胺;
1%~10%的至少一种选自二醇醚和C6~C11醇的化合物,和任选地,
0.005%~0.5%的一种抗静电剂。
该组合物还可以含有较少量(通常低于1%)另外任选的组分,如现有技术中已知的香精、着色剂等等。
其中R是具有10~25个碳原子的烷基或链烯基,优选地为12~22个碳原子,n优选地是10~20范围内的整数。单-不饱和乙氧基化的链烯基酰胺是特别合适的,特别优选的是乙氧基化油基酰胺和乙氧基化芥酸酰胺。适合的乙氧基化酰胺可从英国Croda化学品有限公司的CromidetsTM系列中得到。
在优选的配方中,乙氧基化酰胺的量为0.1%~0.5%,更优选的是0.2%~0.5%。
本发明组合物的二醇醚和/或醇类优选地总含量为1%~10%,更优选地为3%~6%,特别是3.5%~5.5%。优选的二醇醚具有通式
R1-O-CH2-CH(OH)-R2
其中R1是直链或支链低级烷基,优选地具有1~6个碳原子,R2是直链或支链低级烷基,优选地具有1~4个碳原子。特别优选的二醇醚是丁氧基丙醇和甲氧基异丙醇。乙二醇单丁基醚也是有效的,但由于环境方面的原因不太优选。
虽然配方中包括上述必要的乙氧基化酰胺,二醇醚和/或醇类在诸如玻璃和许多发亮或光滑硬表面上具有极好的清洗、抗污迹和抗静电性能,但是在塑性表面(如乙烯、丙烯酸或聚碳酸酯表面)上可能达不到充分降低静电荷。这种静电荷是由用例如布清洗表面时的摩擦效应而产生的,并且还可能是由于空气在表面上移动而产生。如上所述,这些静电荷的分散是重要的以便避免灰尘颗粒从空气中再沉积。塑性表面,由于其特性,比玻璃更易受摩擦感应电荷的影响,并且这种电荷不容易被分散开。
本发明人发现,通过在上述组合物中加入一种抗静电剂,清洗后在这种塑性表面上的静电荷可以大为减少。
本发明的抗静电剂是水溶性的季铵化合物,其含有一种偶合到脂族烷基上的多肽链。这些化合物的典型结构可以示意性地表示为:其中A1和A2为氨基酸部分,X1为多肽链的一部分,X2为以羧基为端基的氨基酸为末端的多肽链的另一部分,Y在多肽链中表示碳原子,n和m可以相同或不同,且为8~20的整数,优选地为10~18,特别优选是12。抗静电剂可以包含一个或多个另外的支链S,且分子量不大于10,000,优选地不大于约2000,特别是约1000。特别优选的化合物可以是基于胶原蛋白或角蛋白的化合物。尤其优选的是基于角蛋白的水解角蛋白脂族(C12H25)季盐衍生物(月桂基二铵羟丙基水解角蛋白),其可从英国Croda胶体有限公司按CroquatK(TM)商购得到。抗静电剂优选地含量为0.01%~0.3%,且特别是0.05%~0.15%。
相信本发明配方比现有技术中基于烷基硫酸钠和烷基醚硫酸钠表面活性剂的配方特别有利,因为在含有这些表面活性剂的配方中加入抗静电剂导致了对污迹的清洗力。
因而,乙氧基化酰胺与抗静电剂相结合,再加上二醇醚,提供了对塑性表面极好的减少电荷作用,同时还避免表面上产生条纹和污迹。发明人相信,在现有技术组合物中,还没有实现电荷分散作用与无条纹/污迹的组合效果。
本发明组合物还可以优选地包括一种润湿剂,特别是一种脂肪醇乙氧基化物如可从Croda公司得到的Volpo T7。这种润湿剂的存在量可以是0.001%~0.5%,特别是0.002%~0.1%。
本发明组合物还可以包括较少量可任选的组分如香精或着色剂,条件是这些可任选组分不会有害地影响组合物的抗污迹或抗静电性能。
为了更好阐述本发明,制备并测试了一些实施例和对照实施例,如下面表1所示。实施例1和2为本发明的实施例,实施例V到Z为对照实施例。
为了评价这些配方所引起的污迹的程度,将配方试验样品以预定量加在清洁的干纸巾上,然后将纸巾用于清洁的玻璃镜瓷砖,并以均匀压力在瓷砖上移动一次。等瓷砖干后,用0-4等级来评价污迹的程度,其中4表示严重污迹或条纹,0表示没有污迹或条纹。
配方的抗静电性能用英国Cheltenham的John Chubb Instrumentation公司的一种“电荷衰减测试单元”来测试。测试步骤包括在表面上感应静电荷,以及测量该电荷分散所用的时间。后一个时间以1/e表示,较低值说明具有较高的电荷分散率和较好的抗静电性能。试验在玻璃和聚碳酸酯表面上完成,结果表示于下面表1中。

Claims (11)
1、一种硬表面清洗组合物,除水之外,其还包括,以重量计
0.01%~5%的一种或多种乙氧基化的烷基或链烯基酰胺;
1%~10%的至少一种选自二醇醚和C6-C11醇的化合物,和任选地,
0.005%~0.5%的一种抗静电剂。
2、根据权利要求1的组合物,其中乙氧基化酰胺的量为0.1%~0.5%,优选0.2%~0.5%。
3、根据权利要求1或2的组合物,其中乙氧基化酰胺具有含10~25个碳原子的烷基或链烯基链。
4、如权利要求3所述的组合物,其中乙氧基化酰胺是乙氧基化油基酰胺和/或乙氧基化芥酸酰胺。
5、如任何前述权利要求所述的组合物,其中二醇醚具有通式
R1-O-CH2-CH(OH)-R2
其中R1是具有1~6个碳原子的直链或支链低级烷基,R2是具有1~4个碳原子的直链或支链低级烷基。
6、根据权利要求5的组合物,其中二醇醚是丁氧基丙醇或甲氧基异丙醇。
7、根据任一前述权利要求的组合物,其中二醇醚的量为3.5%~5.5%。
9、根据权利要求8的组合物,其中抗静电剂是季铵化水解角蛋白。
10、根据任一前述权利要求的组合物,其还包括0.001%~0.5%的润湿剂,优选地为脂肪醇乙氧基化物。
11、根据权利要求1的组合物,基本上如上文所述参照实施例1或2。
