Description

                        本发明背景

参照图1,本发明的移动电话计费系统通常由标号10表示,其表示可单独使用的跟踪计费单元12,它可由租费代理机构或由移动电话分散中心如零售店加以使用,或由与无线业务提供者联合的中心加以使用。

主计算机包括图1的中央处理单元14或最好与中央处理单元14连接的卫星计算机,其中中央处理单元起着中心的作用,用以计费和跟踪信息的全系统配置。主计算机,其可以是典型的高端PC,用以借助总线使用在9600频带、非奇偶性、1停止位、8数据位或特殊制造厂商的电话机所适用的特定接口上的标准异步RS-232系列端口而与电话机通信。当在航线上为电话机最初启用进行编程时,最初的对话是使用DTMF信号完成的。出厂电话已经限制了呼叫能力,为应急典型地为911。出厂电话进行了预编程,以允许附加专用800个号,即系统提供者业务中心的号。一旦通过语音对话进行连接,则电话将转为寻呼方式,并且业务操作员将启动STMF方式程序。ESN通过主处理器进行检查,并且如果识别为主处理器所指定的授权电话的话,将对电话机(PP)进行NAM参数的编程。作为内部计费电话的电话编程还可以使用DTMF信号来完成。由于保密原因,最好是电话机通过上述的直接连接通过总线进行编程。

LOCK_PHONE
当话机处于“锁定”方式下时,话机应在其主视屏上显示字“锁定”。话机将完全地停用而处于该方式下,直到HOST发出UNLOCK_PHONE指令为止。该方式的目的就是用以保证话机处于出租或记帐式租用之间。而处于该方式下时,可防止用户或使用者偷机时。还有,如果话机在该方式下被偷时,话机将是无用的。这种毫无价值的举动将为话机的供应商提供有意义的保证。

当执行WR_CONF_DATA指令时,电话机将加载必要的数据和码,包括复合的计帐算法,使得电话机在接入并执行DO_DEBIT_MODE指令时起着计帐话机的作用。
复合计帐算法将移动话机的电话寻呼的多个变量分解成为计帐方程,其实际上反映出由公共转换网络提供者并包括无线业务提供者所考虑的因素,(其中在单一寻呼中可以包含有一个以上的因子)。最后得到的寻呼费用精确到大约实时费用的总和,其将通过能进行费用日常计算所包括的提供者而进行计帐。实际上,任何误差都可以进行编程,以便有利于计费系统提供者在计帐时达到最小。通过在电话机30中包含有价目表,就可以避免与系统提供者对话,其系统提供者可能是由无线业务提供者分出的实体。由于通过复合计帐算法所使用的价目表在任何时候均可以改变,所以本发明移动电话系统提供了在飞行中在系统提供者初始时更新在每个话机中的内部价目表。每个电话均可以在业余时间通过系统提供者而进行轮询和更新。最好是,在用户用以增加内部电话计费时,将更新的价目表进行编码。

-最大国际数位-这是国家的国家代码最大长度。例如,USA具有1位国家代码,而委内瑞拉具有58位国家代码。如果世界上只是这两个国家的话,那么最大国际数位将是2。这不是具体情况,我们典型地将其设置为或是3或是5,这取决于计帐的需求。
-最小国际数位-这是国家代码的最小长度。这几乎在所有情况下均设定为1。
-最长距离数位-这是城市区位码的最大长度。这在第三世界国家有很大变化。这在USA将总是设定为3,因为所有区位码都是长度为3。然而,一些国家的区位码是在1个数位到5或是更大的数位范围内。
-最短距离数位-这刚好与最长距离数位相反。对于USA来说,这将总是设定为3,而USA以外的国家将有所变化。
-最大本地数位-这是用于寻呼本地号码所取数位的最大长度。这在USA被规定为7,而在其它国家有很大的变化。
-最小本地数位-这是用于接入本地寻呼所取的最小数位长度。这即使USA在也将有很大变化。这可以用于产生计帐的不同效果。然而,由于计帐式话机的范围,这将很可能总是设是设定为0或只在USA设定。(0将用于呼入的计费)
-国际存取码-这是所要求的前缀,其必须是可以拨到的,用以直接拨到国际寻呼。从USA,用户将可以按顺序拨011+国家代码+城市/地区代码+本地代码,就可以接入一个国际寻呼。这对于国家到国家有很大的变化。在上述中的7位的长度为系统提供者提供了象加勒比海地区的服务能力。他们要求标准的7位数作为前缀。(这刚好是接入加勒比海的一个实例)
-长途存取码-这是用户所要求的数字或数位,用以接入长途寻呼。在USA,用户将拨1+,有时称作1加拨号。在其它国家,这可能会由简单的0到一定长度的数位变化,如菲律宾就是108。
-是否要求长途存取码-在一些蜂窝式系统中,不要求你拨长途存取码以接入长途寻呼。例如,在旧金山,如果人们想要调用犹他州信息的话,所有人都将拨801-555-1212,1-801-555-1212也将会到同样的地方。如果要求长途存取码的话,它将帮助精确的帐单计算。
-第三方前缀/接线员/寻呼卡-这实际上是必须拨到接线员的数字。在USA,0是到接线员所必须的数字。它也是接入集呼或计帐卡呼叫所必须的数字。
-计帐延迟-在经过X秒以后,计帐才开始。因为,话机不知道确切的电话接入时间,我们必须估计这种连接。如果电话要花X秒的话,那么用户将对此不用付帐。然而,如果呼叫持续了X秒的话,那么用户都将为其击SND到END的时间或电话断了的时间开始付帐。
-家用SID-这是蜂窝系统的ID,该话机是被指定的。
-家用区位码-这是蜂窝电话号或MIN,即移动识别号的区位码。

-非付帐区域码-这是要付帐的区域码或数字。这在USA将设定为800。(注:只是费用的长途部分不付帐)
-话机漫游的最后日期-这是用以存储用户每天漫游付费的最后日期。如果寻呼是漫游的并且当天还不等于话机漫游的最后日期的话,那么将要提供每天漫游的费用。
-非付帐号码-这是一组至少11位长度的5位数,其提供了对一些电话号码不付帐的灵活性。象911号码或用于漫游的其它特定号码如*18。即使话机没钱了或被锁定了,还是可以拨任何非付帐号码。以这种方法,如果用户的话机以计帐方式用完钱了的话,用户可以使用话机寻呼非付帐号码,即客户的后援,以便追加话机的帐目。
-随机号码组-这是一组在1000-9999范围的数字,其用于将许可号码进行解码。
基本复合计帐算法计算了电话费用,即对于基本种类象本地寻呼,长途寻呼,国际寻呼和漫游寻呼。由于算法允许类别复合,寻呼类别可以是各因子的复合,如,引入漫游长途寻呼。算法很容易扩展到其它的类别,如数据传送寻呼,对此可能要提供折扣或额外费用。
在将寻呼分类时,下列因素需要考虑,其覆盖了所有情况:
-本地寻呼-如果呼叫数字长度小于或等于最大本地数位,并且寻呼数位长度大于或等于最小本地数位的话,这就是本地寻呼。
-长途寻呼-首先,长途寻呼分类最麻烦,因为存在许多的可能性。然而,这可以归结为几种试验。
如果号码是以长途存取码开始的话,那么从寻呼数位的长度中减去长途存取码长度。(即,如果I拨1-510-838-2400,长度为11-1=10)
如果现行计算的寻呼长度小于或等于(最大本地数位+最大长途数位),并且寻呼数位长度大于或等于(最小本地数位+最小长途数位)的话,那么:
如果寻呼不以长途存取码开始,并且长途存取码所要求的标记设定为是时,那么该寻呼就不是合法的长途寻呼。(这有助于第三世界)
下列特定情况被考虑:
-是否是漫游寻呼?
如果现有话机的SID在接入寻呼时不等于5个家用SID的任何一个的话,那么该寻呼就是漫游寻呼。
-第三方前缀/接线员辅助寻呼
如果任何寻呼以第三方前缀开始的话,那么该寻呼完全不用付帐。
-计帐延迟
如果寻呼所花时间是处于计帐延迟秒以下的话,那么该寻呼完全不用付帐。
-日期锁定
如果现有日期等于或大于现行锁定日期的话,话机应锁定并显示“锁定日期”。
下列实例提供了计算各种寻呼的概要:
M             =寻呼所花的分钟数
L             =每分钟本地通话费用
LD            =每分钟长途电话费用
IT            =每分钟国际电话费用
RD            =每天漫游费用
RM            =每分钟漫游费用
本地          =M*L
长途          =M*(L+LD)
国际          =M*(L+IT)
进线寻呼      =M*L
本地漫游寻呼  =M*(L+RM)+RD(如果RD当天没有使用的话)
长途漫游      =M*(L+RM+LD)+RD(如果RD当天没有使用的话)
国际漫游      =M*(L+RM+IT)+RD(如果RD当天没有使用的话)
一旦寻呼已被分类的话,应尽可能接近按SND,上述费用要求以分钟为基础来细微地跟踪。一个理由是,如果用户的寻呼的中断或寻呼所不期望的终止的话,系统提供者希望能够按接近用户实际通话的分钟数来计算话费。在通话过程中话机每分钟都在更新计帐数目。因此,对于本地寻呼,按分钟计算的分钟可能如下:
总费用=总费用+L
如果在使用现有费用情况下通信时间少于5分钟的话,用户应当注意到声音或一组耳机中发出的声音,并注意到在话机屏上或由提示灯的提示。
本发明的移动电话系统允许在空中启动并且使用DTMF信号与电话机30对话,并且移动电话具有与接收机解码器寻呼的能力。电话机内部计费中现有允许的钱量可以在空中被更新。在系统提供者的中央处理单元与用户电话机之间进行DTMF对话过程中,用户话机的许可密码被传送和识别。要检查用户的费用以确定是否追加是有保证的或是存在信用危机。追加量可以加以保密,并且键入保密许可数字,并将费用一览表的日期一同发送给用户。
当用户用完了电话机30内部计费中的钱时,电话机被锁定,并且显示器33显示“EMPTY-LOCKED”。电话机30被置于页面方式,其能使用户用来为追加费用而进行寻呼。
同样地,当使用期限期满时,电话机30被锁定,显示器33显示“锁定日期”,并且其置于页面方式。在用户具有较低计费平帐情况下,他会自愿地进入页面方式,并且接触用户业务,以进行费用追加。
如果期望,电话机在偶然处于页面方式下时会限制页面功能,这只有与业务中心联系,并且接收许可号。这使话机不能用,即使作为寻呼机,并且进入到出租状态下。另外,处于锁定下的电话机仍可以保留完整的页面能力。
可以理解,所有数据保密发出在这里均未寻址,并且实施的保密检测取决于使用环境,和在业务网络中系统提供者的位置。追加费用是话机所特有的,并且可以使用与话机相同的参数在话机内部进行校验。校验后的许可号除了加密形式以外可以不存储,或让用户知道。
本发明的移动电话系统提供上述特征提供了极大的灵活性。话机零售商可以在一定的场合下不用特殊的设备就可以销售并启用。进一步地,具有内部计费的话机还可以预付服务费,并且调用使用费用,使零售商可以进行信用评价或现金销售而与业务提供者无关。还有,系统提供者的任务是由零售商、业务提供者或独立机构设想的,其设想了危险或只提供现金预付交易。
在上述中,为实现本发明的目的对本发明的实施例进行了详细的描述,很明显,对于本技术领域的普通专业人员来说,可以对细节进行各种改变,但其均不会脱离本发明的精神和原理。

Claims (70)

1.一种移动电话系统,包括系统提供者,其具有主处理器单元,和多个系统用户,其每个用户具有至少一部移动电话机,其中:
主处理器单元具有:通信装置,用以可选择地建立与每个移动电话机的通信链路,和程序装置,用以在与电话机通信的过程中增加电话机中的帐单的费用;和
每个电话机包括有处理器,时钟芯片,与处理器相连的存储器,以及程序装置,其包括多因素计费规约的复杂的帐单算法和用以在进行呼叫时计算呼叫费用的计费数据,其中电话机包括内部计费装置,用以产生具有电话机计费量的记帐量并且在记帐量中实时地减去计费量,并且其中系统提供者具有在系统提供者控制下的付费识别装置,用以设置电话使用的计费量,并且将该计费量传送到电话机上,其中内部计费装置将该计费加到记帐量中,移动电话机还具有射频收发信机,并且通过射频信号在空中建立通信链路。
2.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中程序装置进一步包括将呼叫费用作为记录数据存储在存储器中的装置。
3.如权利要求2的移动电话系统,其中主处理器单元的通信装置具有程序装置,用以在由系统提供者控制的时间下启动通信链路,并且启动由移动电话机到系统提供者的所存储呼叫费用的记录数据的通信。
4.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中移动电话机具有控制装置,用以在耗尽计费量时使电话机停止使用。
5.如权利要求4的移动电话系统,其中移动电话机包括寻呼装置,用以在停止使用时建立与主处理机的通信链路。
6.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中电话系统包括交易站,其中电话机具有建立与交易站通信联系的装置,并且在识别了设置付费记帐量的基础上增加电话机中的计费量。
7.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中用以设置电话使用计费量并使计帐量与电话机相通的付费识别装置具有保密装置,用以保密地进行记帐量与移动电话机通信。
8.如权利要求7的移动电话系统,其中付费识别装置的保密装置包括加密装置,用以将与电话机的记帐通信进行加密。
9.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中射频信号包括保密装置,用以保密地进行设置记帐量与电话机的通信。
10.如权利要求3的移动电话系统,其中用于主处理机的通信装置包括保密装置,用以保密地将记录数据或存储呼叫费用由移动电话机到系统提供者进行传输和通信。
11.如权利要求3的移动电话系统,其中程序部分,用以在由系统提供者所控制的时间下启动通信网络,其具有用以在非繁忙时启动电话机的周期轮询的装置。
12.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中在系统提供者控制下的付费识别装置包括交易站,其中交易站具有用以与系统使用者和用户电话机进行通信的装置,该装置还可识别交易的可靠性,即设置添加到移动电话机记帐量中的记费量的可靠性。
13.如权利要求12的移动电话系统,其中交易站包括预付费装置,用于设置计费量的预付费,以便添加移动电话机的内部记帐量。
14.如权利要求12的移动电话系统,其中交易站包括保密装置,用以在交易站与移动电话机之间进行保密通信。
15.如权利要求14的移动电话系统,其中保密装置包括移动电话机与交易站的直接电子耦合。
16.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中移动电话机具有通信装置,用以通过无线业务提供者在通信网络中进行通信。

19.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中移动电话机包括可视显示器,并且程序装置可在可视显示器上产生现有记帐量状态的可视显示。
20.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中移动电话机是手持装置,其带有包含在手持装置存储器中的复杂帐单算法和费用数据。
21.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中费用数据包括费用表,其是在系统提供者的控制下的并且对移动电话机的使用者保密。
22.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中多因素计费规约包括代码装置,用以在多地区通信网络中根据电话的位置进行呼叫费用的分析。
23.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中多因素计费规约包括代码装置,用以在被呼叫时根据电话的位置进行呼叫费用的分析。

25.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中多因素计费规约包括代码装置,用以对呼叫附加费用进行因式分解,并且根据呼叫的数据量进行推论。
26.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中多因素计费规约包括代码装置,用以将呼叫进行分类,以便根据根据电话机所呼叫的电话号码计算呼叫费用。
27.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中主处理单元的通信装置具有在系统提供者控制下的装置,其对移动电话机使用者保密,用于周期性地更新移动电话机中的费用数据。
28.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中移动电话机的时钟芯片是实时时钟芯片,并且多因素计费规约包括代码装置,用以根据移动电话机上的呼叫日时间计算呼叫费用。
29.如权利要求28的移动电话系统,其中电话机具有电路装置,用以在预定时间和日期时使电话机停用。
30.如权利要求1的移动电话系统,其中处理机系统包括多个主处理单元和中央处理单元,其带有用以同主处理单元通信的装置。
31.一种在记账电话系统中的移动电话单元,在上述记账电话系统中具有系统提供者,该系统提供者具有保持移动电话单元的使用的账户并且存储移动电话单元标识信息的主处理器,该移动电话单元具有电话网络使用的内部账户,其中,移动电话单元是一体式手持装置,在移动电话单元内计算所有的通话费用并且从账户中减去通话费用,该移动电话单元包括:
在移动电话单元中的通信装置,用于在电话网络中进行无线通信;
在移动电话单元中的内部处理装置,包括处理器、时钟以及用于处理通话和通话费用的存储器;
程序装置,贮存在移动电话单元的存储器中,包括费率数据以及复杂的具有多因素记账规则的计费算法,该计费算法根据本地电话、长途电话、国际长途和漫游的基本分类将通话分类,根据分类使用不同的通话费率,并且在进行通话时计算通话费用,程序装置还包括内部记账装置,用于在电话单元内部生成内部账户,其中电话单元具有用于与系统提供者通信并且将被授权的资金量增加到账户的装置;
其中移动电话单元在内部计算通话费用,并在进行通话时,从移动电话单元中的账户中扣除计算出的通话费用,其中,为了向账户中增加资金,移动电话单元还包括电话单元标识信息,发射该信息供系统提供者利用主处理器验证,主处理器还验证可增加到所标识的电话单元的账户中的电话使用资金量已经被预付了;以及
锁定装置,当账户中的资金用完时,禁止电话单元通话。
32.根据权利要求31所述的移动电话单元,其中程序装置还包括用于将通话费用作为记录数据存储在存储器中的装置。
33.根据权利要求32所述的移动电话单元,其中移动电话单元还具有用于由主处理器在由系统体提供商控制的时间启动的通讯会议的装置,并且将所存储的通话费用的记录数据从移动电话单元传送到系统提供者的主处理器。
34.根据权利要求31所述的移动电话单元,其中,移动电话单元具有安全装置,用于安全地接收将增加到移动电话单元中的账户的资金量。
35.根据权利要求34所述的移动电话单元,其中,安全装置包括代码装置,用于接收加密的账户通信并将账户通信解密。
36.根据权利要求31所述的移动电话单元,其中多因素记账规则包括代码装置,用于分解通话额外费用,并且根据通话的数据内容扣除。
37.一种记账电话系统,包括:
多个无线手持式移动电话单元,其中各个所述的手持式移动电话单元包括处理器,存储器和内部记账软件,
所述内部记账软件,包括具有预付资金量的账户,多个收费费率以及记账算法,该算法将每次电话通话分成多个记账分类中的一个分类,选择对应的收费费率,利用所选择的费率实时计算通话的费用,并从账户中扣除通话费用;
系统提供者,具有主处理器,用于协调多个移动电话账户,其中所述主处理器存储包括移动电话单元标识信息的移动电话单元信息,移动电话单元启动所需要的操作代码,对移动电话单元的账户进行充值所需要的操作代码,一旦从一个移动电话单元或者其用户接收到移动电话单元标识信息,所述主处理器确定启动该移动电话单元或者向其账户进行充值所需要的操作代码,于是,所述操作代码传送到该移动电话单元或者其用户。
38.根据权利要求37所述的记账电话系统,其中,对应于各个记账分类的收费费率是不同的。
39.根据权利要求37所述的记账电话系统,其中,对应于各个记账分类的收费费率可以是相同的。
40.根据权利要求37所述的记账电话系统,其中,主处理器存储的操作代码被通过接入到所述主处理器的系统提供者的操作者传送到使用者。
41.根据权利要求37所述的记账电话系统,其中,使用者通过按下移动电话单元上的按键将操作代码输入到移动电话单元。
42.根据权利要求37所述的记账电话系统,其中,主处理器存储的操作代码通过无线电波直接从主处理器传送到移动电话单元。
43.根据权利要求37所述的记账电话单元,其中,当账户余额为零时,禁止通话。
44.根据权利要求37所述的记账电话系统,其中,所述多个记账分类包括本地电话、长途电话和漫游。
45.根据权利要求44所述的记账电话系统,其中,主处理器生成的操作代码被通过接入到所述主处理器的系统提供者的操作者传送到使用者。
46.根据权利要求45所述的记账电话系统,其中,使用者通过按下移动电话单元上的按键将操作代码输入到移动电话单元。
47.根据权利要求44所述的记账电话系统,其中,主处理器存储的操作代码通过无线电波直接从主处理器传送到移动电话单元。
48.根据权利要求44所述的记账电话单元,其中,当账户余额为零时,禁止通话。
49.根据权利要求44所述的记账电话单元,还包括账户余额的显示。
50.根据权利要求37所述的记账电话系统,其中,所述主处理器还存储包括可分配的电话号码,在启动时,所述移动电话单元标识信息标识使用者的地点,并且在启动时,确定对应于移动电话使用者的位置的的可分配的电话号码,于是,可分配的电话号码被传送到该移动电话单元或者其用户。
51.根据权利要求50所述的记账电话系统,其中,所述多个记账分类包括本地电话、长途电话和漫游。
52.一种与电话系统一起使用的移动电话单元,包括:
发射器,接收器,处理器,存储器和内部记账软件,其中所述内部记账软件包括:具有预付资金量或可用存款的账户,多个收费费率,在启动时将要分配的电话号码的存储器分配,使得电话单元接受或者实现由一个或多个系统提供者主处理器生成的操作代码的译码以及记账算法,该算法将每次电话通话分成包括本地电话、长途电话和漫游多个记账分类中的一个分类,选择对应的收费费率,利用所选择的费率实时计算通话的费用,并将上述费用适用到所述帐户。
53.根据权利要求52所述的移动电话,其中所述的操作代码是加密的。
54.一种电话系统,包括:
多个无线手持式移动电话单元,其中各个所述的手持式移动电话单元包括处理器,存储器和内部记账软件,
所述内部记账软件包括:预付资金量或可用存款的账户,多个收费费率以及记账算法,该算法将每次电话通话分成多个记账分类中的一个分类,选择对应的收费费率,利用所选择的费率实时计算通话的费用,并并将上述费用适用到所述帐户;
系统提供者,具有一个或多个主处理器,用于协调多个移动电话账户,其中所述主处理器存储包括移动电话单元标识信息的移动电话单元信息,移动电话单元启动所需要的操作代码,在移动电话单元账户中设定预付资金量或可用存款所需要的操作代码,一旦从一个移动电话单元或者其用户接收到移动电话单元标识信息,所述主处理器确定启动该移动电话单元和设定其账户资金量所需要的操作代码,于是,合适的操作代码传送到该移动电话单元或者其用户。
55.根据权利要求54所述的电话系统,其中,对应于各个记账分类的收费费率是不同的。
56.根据权利要求54所述的电话系统,其中,对应于各个记账分类的收费费率可以是相同的。
57.根据权利要求54所述的电话系统,其中,主处理器存储的操作代码被通过接入到所述主处理器的系统提供者的操作者传送到使用者。
58.根据权利要求54所述的电话系统,其中,使用者通过按下移动电话单元上的按键将操作代码输入到移动电话单元。
