Abstract

Description

盥洗室清新和/或清洗体系及其方法
本发明涉及一种用于盥洗室的清新剂和/或清洁剂体系，以及在抽水马桶中使用该体系的方法。具体来说，本发明涉及含有液体清新和/或清洗组合物以及液体分配器的体系。
已知几种盥洗室清新和/或清洗体系。这些体系包括“固体块”型体系，其中清新和/或清洗块放置在抽水马桶边缘的下面或放置在蓄水箱里。就放置在边缘体系下面的情况来说，每次冲洗抽水马桶时，水溶解块的一部分，进而清洗和/或清新抽水马桶。就蓄水箱块体系的情况来说，在冲洗之前，部分块溶解在蓄水箱中，当蓄水箱中的水冲洗抽水马桶时会清洗和清新抽水马桶。但是，固体抽水马桶块有一些缺点，具体来说，在块的使用期限内，它们不能供应恒量的清洗剂和清新剂。
另一些清新和清洗体系是液体分配形式的。这种体系包括液体分配器和液体清新和/或清洁组合物。在本申请人公开的国际专利申请WO966139中披露了适用于这种体系的液体分配器。这种液体分配器通常包括贮液器和其中形成毛细孔道的垫板状或平板状的液体传送设备，液体传送设备和贮液器相连以使得贮液器中的清新和/或清洁组合物能以可控制的方式传递到液体传送设备中。液体分配器放置在抽水马桶边缘的下面，以至于在冲洗阶段，将足量的清新和/或清洁组合物传送到抽水马桶内的以起到清洗马桶的作用
为了使液体清洗体系起作用，必须给液体分配器提供适当的液体清洗和/或清新组合物。要求这种液体组合物具有一定的性能以实施其清新和/或清洁功能。具体来说，最好是当水流冲洗分配组合物时，要求产生足够的泡沫。为促使抽水马桶的清洗和组合物中所含香味剂的分散希望有泡沫。当冲洗抽水马桶时，泡沫也赋予某种美感。
在欧洲专利申请EP-A-0775741中公开了一种已知的液体清洗组合物，据称其适用于上文所述类型的液体清洗体系，其描述了一种在室温下具有10-2000mPa粘度的组合物，包括：
(a)1-25(重量)％的香味剂
(b)10-50(重量)％的阴离子或非离子表面活性剂，
(c)1-20(重量)％不会蒸发的水溶性蒸发调节剂，和
(d)余量为溶剂。
希望提供一种可替代性配方，特别是可采用较低成本制造的配方。
现有技术的液体组合物，实际上先有的固体边缘块技术也如此，一般包括至少10(重量)％的表面活性剂。据信只有如此量的表面活性剂才能产生所需程度的泡沫。
但是，本发明的发明者惊奇地发现含有低含量表面活性剂的组合物可以得到高水平的泡沫，并且也适用于上述类型的液体分配器。除此之外，发现由含有低含量表面活性剂的组合物可以得到高水平的泡沫，同时还能溶解或微量乳化存在于液体组合物中用于清新的任何香味剂。
所以，依据本发明，提供一种包括分配器的盥洗室清新和/或清洗体系，该分配器用于分配来自于抽水马桶边缘下部的液体组合物，所述液体组合物包括一或多种总浓度不超过8(重量)％的表面活性剂。
表面活性剂的总浓度范围优选为2.5-8.0(重量)％，最优选的值基本为7.6(重量)％。
适宜的表面活性剂是阴离子和/或非离子表面活性剂，但最好是将阴离子和非离子表面活性剂组合使用。优选阴离子表面活性剂是烷基醚硫酸盐，例如含浓度为70(重量)％表面活性剂的市售的商品名为Steol CS 270的产品，优选非离子表面活性剂是乙氧基化合成醇，例如市售的商品名为Lutensol A08的产品。
任选存在香味剂来提供抽水马桶及其附近的清新作用。用于液体组合物的适宜香味剂是市售的商品名为Vertana 114.737的香味剂。
优选香味剂的总浓度范围为4-15(重量)％，最优选的值基本为6(重量)％。
表面活性剂和香味剂组合起来可以用作增稠剂，因此通过选择表面活性剂和/或香味剂可以在一定程度上控制组合物的粘度，但是优选组合物中包括一种或更多种另加的增稠剂，且优选其总浓度范围是0.2-5(重量)％。另加增稠剂的最优选浓度基本是0.40(重量)％。适宜的增稠剂是羟乙基纤维素，例如市售的商品名为Natrasol 250HHR的产品。
此外，液体组合物中可以存在湿润剂。当存在香味剂时，为调节组合物中香味剂的蒸发，希望有湿润剂。此外，湿润剂可用于防止组合物中的相分离和从组合物中析出沉淀物。适宜的湿润剂包括乙二醇、甘油醚(glycoethers)、醇、糖和聚醚。
组合物任选可以包括一种或多种多价螫合剂、pH调节剂、染料和防腐剂。
本发明还扩展到这种盥洗室清新和/或清洗体系在抽水马桶中应用的方法。
本发明的优选具体实施例引入具有下述组分的液体组合物：

Claims (10)

1.一种含有液体分配器的盥洗室清新和/或清洗体系，该液体分配器用于分配来自于抽水马桶边缘下部的液体组合物，所述液体组合物包括一或多种总浓度范围为2.5-8％重量的表面活性剂，其中所述表面活性剂是阴离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂或其组合。
2.如权利要求1所述的体系，包括十二烷基醚硫酸钠。
3.如权利要求1所述的体系，包括脂肪醇乙氧基化物。
4.如权利要求1所述的体系，其中所述液体组合物进一步包括香味剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的体系，其中香味剂总浓度范围是4-15％重量。
6.如权利要求4所述的体系，其中香味剂总浓度是6％重量。
7.如权利要求6所述的体系，其中所述液体组合物进一步包括增稠剂。
8.如权利要求7所述的体系，除表面活性剂和香味剂之外，其中所述增稠剂的浓度范围是0.2-5％重量。
9.如权利要求7所述的体系，其中所述增稠剂是羟乙基纤维素。
10.如权利要求1所述的体系，其中所述液体组合物进一步包括一或多种多价螯合剂、pH调节剂、染料和防腐剂。
