Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗“皮下埋植”、“药物流产”术后子宫出血的药物及制备方法,药物是以川牛夕、三七、白芷、茜草炭为主要成分配制而成,制配方法是将川牛夕、白芷的提取液经减压浓缩喷雾干燥制成膏粉,三七研成细粉与茜草炭及上述膏粉混合,制成一定剂型。本发明的药物主要用于计划生育手术“皮下埋植”、“药物流产”术后子宫出血。经动物试验及临床试用疗效显著且无副作用,不影响避孕效果。

Description

治疗“皮下埋植”、“药物流产”术后 子宫出血的药物及制备方法
本发明涉及一种治疗“皮下埋植”、“药物流产”术后子宫出血的药物，具体地说是以中草药为原料制备的中成药，本发明还涉及该药物的制备方法。
“皮下埋植”剂属单纯孕激素避孕药，是可逆的长效避孕剂，接受埋植者一般在接受后的前半年有60-70％的妇女出现经期延长，频繁出血及经间出血或滴血。国内三年阶段总结报道因月经问题终止的占12.8-37.7％，子宫出血是使用者终止的主要原因。目前国内外尚无有效的治疗药物。各临床中心用止血剂对症治疗，如维生素K、安络血、宫血宁、妇血宁，国外曾对皮下埋植后引起的出血问题用炔雌醇、布洛芬治疗，这些药物可以起到暂时止血的作用，但疗效均不理想。
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题而研究出的一种促进子宫内膜生长，减少子宫出血，适用于治疗女性长效避孕(皮下埋植剂，米非司酮药物流产)术后子宫出血的新药物，属纯中药制剂。
本发明目的是这样实现的：
成份及配伍；
川牛夕60-70％  三七8-15％  茜草炭5-15％  白芷5-15％
制备方法；
(a)、将川牛夕、白芷粗粉与等量乙醇拌合湿润，放置4小时后将其均匀装入渗漉器中加入乙醇溶液，浸泡24小时，进行渗漉，渗漉终止后，收集合并渗漉液，回收乙醇，并将药液浓缩至相对密度为1.1，以喷雾干燥制成浸膏粉，备用；
(b)、将茜草根用炒药机炒成炭，三七研成细粉(100目)，将浸膏粉与茜草炭粉、三七细粉混合，检验，制成剂型；
有关技术参数：
(1)、喷雾干燥过程中的技术参数是：
进液速度；9000毫升/分
离心转盘速度：14000转/分
进风口温度：100℃
(2)、乙醇溶液是浓度为70-90％的乙醇有机溶剂。
本发明通过动物试验及临床试用，疗效显著且无副作用，不影响避孕效果，可作为皮下埋植剂的常规配套药，同时对药物流产、放置宫内节育器术后子宫出血，也有较好的疗效。
实施例：
以制成1000粒胶囊为例：
1、取川牛夕60公斤、白芷8.5公斤，用粉碎机粉碎成粗粉。取68.5公斤浓度为85％的乙醇溶液湿润4小时，移入渗漉器，按渗漉法常规，浸泡24小时后，以3毫升/公斤，分的流速进行渗漉，至渗漉液无色为止。收集合并渗漉液，吸入三效节能浓缩器内，回收乙醇，并将药液浓缩至相对密度1.1，以喷雾干燥机进液速度：9000毫升/分，离心转盘速度14000转/分，进风口温度100℃，制成浸膏粉备用。
2、取茜草炭8.5公斤，三七8.5公斤用粉碎机粉碎成100目的细粉备用。
3、将浸膏粉与茜草炭、三七细粉置入混合机中，充分混匀，装入盛具，予以密闭备用。取混合药粉用胶囊自动填充机集成零号胶囊，每粒相当于生药0.8克。

Claims (5)

1、一种治疗“皮下埋植”、“药物流产”术后子宫出血药物，其特征在于它是以川牛夕、三七、白芷、茜草炭为主要成份配制而成的药剂，其配伍为：
川牛夕60-70％  三七8-15％  茜草炭5-15％  白芷5-15％；
2、根据权利要求1所述的药物，其特征在于所述的药剂是胶囊或冲剂。
3、一种治疗“皮下埋植”、“药物流产”术后子宫出血的药物的制备方法，其特征在于：
(a)、将川牛夕、白芷粗粉与等量乙醇拌合湿润，放置4小时后将其均匀装入渗漉器中加入乙醇溶液，浸泡24小时，进行渗漉，渗漉终止后，收集合并渗漉液，回收乙醇，并将药液浓缩至相对密度为1.1，以喷雾干燥制成浸膏粉，备用；
(b)、将茜草根用炒药机炒成炭，三七研成细粉(100目)后，再将浸膏粉与茜草炭粉、三七细粉混合，检验，制成剂型；
4、根据权利要求3所述的制备方法，其特征在于所述的乙醇溶液是浓度为70-90％的乙醇有机溶剂；
5、根据权利要求3所述的制备方法，其特征在于浓缩喷雾干燥过程中的技术参数是：进液速度9000毫升/分，离心转盘速度14000转/分，进风口温度100℃。
