属于矿泉饮品制取技术领域。五大连池天然矿泉水是亚铁含量较高的矿泉水。由于亚铁性质不稳定,遇空气和光易于氧化,所以在矿泉水生产过程中必须采用除铁工艺。这无疑是对天然资源的一种损失。铁是人体必需的微量元素之一,因此,在天然矿泉水中能保持铁元素不变价,将会使饮用矿泉水补铁成为现实。本发明通过在天然矿泉水中加入稳定剂,精滤制冷,充入二氧化碳气体和维生素C等工艺达到了保铁的目的。

Description

保铁矿泉水的制取方法
属于矿泉饮品制取技术领域。
黑龙江省五大连池矿泉水中亚铁含量达40MG/L,被人们称之为富铁矿泉水。但是,亚铁性质不稳定,遇空气和光易于氧化,所以在矿泉水生产过程中均采用除铁工艺。铁是人体必需的微量元素之一,直接参与人体新陈代谢,尤其对妇女儿童更为重要。据有关料统计,我国大中城市中约有70%的儿童存在不同程度的缺铁性贫血。另外,妇女在经期、孕期和哺乳期也需要补充一定量的铁元素。矿泉水生产过程中的除铁是对宝贵的天然资源的浪费,同时在除铁过程中也造成其它的矿物质和微量元素的损失,总损失率约在5-25%。因此,研制保铁矿泉水势在必行。顾名思意。保铁矿泉水就是使天然矿泉水中的铁元素不变,使铁元素以亚铁形式存在,易于人体吸收,使矿泉水补充人体所需要的铁和其它矿物质成为现实。
保铁矿泉水制取的基本方法是:天然矿泉水在水源地装入运水罐前加入稳定剂,运回厂后进行精滤,然后将矿泉水制冷至5℃左右,溶入二氧化碳气体,再加入维生素C、柠檬酸、甜味剂和食用香精,灌装入瓶压盖,检验包装,在低温避光处保存。
保铁矿泉水是一种天然补充铁矿泉保健饮品,以抗氧化络合法保持天然矿泉水中的亚铁不被氧化,形成柠檬酸亚铁,而维生素C除具有抗氧化作用外,还可以促进人体对铁的吸收。保铁矿泉水保持了天然矿泉水的理化特性,是妇女儿童理想的补铁矿泉饮品。
最佳实施例:
取五大连池天然矿泉水100Kg,加入适量稳定剂,精滤,然后制冷至5℃左右,充入二氧碳气体,加维生素C15-30g,加柠檬酸10-20g,加适量甜味剂和香精,灌装入瓶压盖,检验包装。

1、保铁矿泉水,属于矿泉饮品制取技术领域,其特征在于这种保铁矿泉水的制取是在100Kg天然矿泉中先加适量稳定剂,然后精滤,制冷至5℃左右,充入二氧化碳气体,加入15-30g维生素和10-20g柠檬酸,灌装入瓶压盖,在低温避光外保存。
