Description

清扫用物品及其制造方法
本发明涉及清扫用物品及其制造方法。更详细地说,涉及一种捕集垃圾的能力优越、适用于一次性使用的清扫用物品及其制造方法。
过去,使用由纤维做的薄层作为清扫用具。其中,特别是采用装在清扫用拖把等清扫用具上使用的无纺布的一次性制品,其使用简便,在市场上广泛上市。
在日本专利申请公报特开平9-149873号中公开了具有刷毛状部分的一次性擦拭用具的制造方法。这种具有刷毛状部分的擦拭用具的捕集垃圾的效果优越,可以捕集从尘埃到比较大的面包屑等垃圾。
可是,当将纤维的纤维束(长纤维层)切断、做成这种刷毛状部分时,在实际当中难于只切断纤维束而不切断基体材料薄片。因此,即使能通过使用纤维束而廉价地制造,但是在制造工序中非常费工夫。还有,在前述公报中所记载的擦拭用具中,清扫用物品的整体强度降低。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能简便而且廉价地制造的、捕集垃圾效果优异的清扫用物品。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种清扫用物品,它虽然具有通过切断纤维而形成的刷毛状部分,但是仍能保持高的强度。
本发明的前述目的及优点是通过下述的清扫用物品来实现的,其特征在于:在基体材料薄片的一面或两面上重叠长纤维或短栅状薄片层,基体材料薄片与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层通过沿与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层的延伸方向相交叉的方向延伸的许多条接合线来一体地接合,而且基体材料薄片与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层在前述接合线之间局部地被切断。
本发明的清扫用物品,即使基体材料薄片与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层同时被切断,但由于其只是部分地进行切断,故基体材料薄片也不会成为七零八落。还有,即使在基体材料薄片中有切断,也可通过调整设置切断部分的部位,保持清扫用物品的强度。因此,在切断过程中,不必进行微妙的调整,可以非常简便而且迅速地制造清扫用物品。由于采用本发明得到的清扫用物品具有刷毛状部分,故可以清除从尘埃到比较大的面包屑等垃圾,具有优良的捕集垃圾的效果。再有,在清扫用物品的整个表面不设置刷毛状部分,可以通过熔接线及切断部分适当调整形成刷毛状部分的量。也就是说,为了提高捕集垃圾的效果及擦拭效果,只将需要的部分做成刷毛状部分。
本发明的清扫用物品,从制造方法简便这一点出发,最好是长纤维层或短栅状薄片层含有热塑性树脂,并通过用热处理和超声波熔接等手段熔接在基体材料薄片上。但是,也可以用粘结剂将长纤维和短栅状薄片层接合在基体材料薄片上并形成接合线。
还有,本发明的清扫用物品,还可以对切断的长纤维或短栅状薄片层进行起毛加工而形成刷毛状部分。
在本发明的清扫用物品中,最好含有油剂,以便容易地吸着尘埃等。
本发明的清扫用物品,在制造方法上至少包括以下的工序:
(a)连续供给基体材料薄片的工序;
(b)沿与(a)工序的基体材料薄片的供给方向相同的方向连续供给长纤维层或短栅状薄片层,并且重叠在基体材料薄片的一面或两面上的工序;
(c)通过沿与长纤维层或短栅状薄片的延伸方向相交叉的方向延伸的接合线使重叠的基体材料薄片和长纤维层或短栅状薄片的束形成一体的工序;
(d)在前述(c)的工序中形成的接合线与接合线之间,局部地切断形成为一体的基体材料薄片与长纤维或短栅状薄片的束的工序;
(e)切断在前述(d)工序中得到的形成为一体的薄片,从而得到清扫用物品的工序。
在上述工序的(c)工序中,如果接合为热熔接或超声波熔接,则制造方法简便,是最理想的。还有,关于(d)工序中的切断,可以用切割刀、加热或超声波进行。
在上述(a)~(e)的制造方法中,可以附加(f)喷吹空气并使刷毛部分起毛的工序。还有,此(f)工序最好在(d)与(e)工序之间进行。

下面,参照附图来说明本发明。
图1(A)为本发明的清扫用物品的斜视图,图1(B)为图1(A)的局部放大图。
图1(A)的清扫用品1,在基体材料薄片2的上下两面上,长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3沿x方向延伸并重叠。而且,在与x方向交叉的y方向上,接合线4按每个一定间隔d设置。在此接合线4处,将基体材料薄片2与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3一体地接合。在该接合线4与接合线4之间,基体材料薄片2与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3局部地被切断,形成切断部分5。长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3被切断的地方形成刷毛状部分6。
如图1(B)所示,将长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3切断,同时基体材料薄片2也被切断,形成切断部分5。而且,由于被切断的长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3通过接合线4被接合到基体材料薄片2上,故形成刷毛状部分6。还有,在形成刷毛状部分6的被切断的长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3a与3a之间,留下未被切断的长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3b。
对于基体材料薄片2,只要是具有耐用强度的例如用纺粘法做成的无纺布、树脂薄膜、含有合成纤维的布,都可以使用。
长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3是将纤维或薄片的短栅状的物品沿同一方向捆住的物品。
长纤维层可以使用一般称为纤维束的物品。长纤维层用例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙、聚酯、人造丝等制造。其中,最好用芯子为聚脂、外皮为聚乙烯的复合纤维。
短栅状薄片层为将无纺布与薄膜等片状物品做成宽度尺寸非常短的短栅状、并将其短栅状的薄片做成束状物而使用。例如,将以比较窄的间隔在无纺布上切出缝隙之物做成束而使用。此无纺布与薄膜可以使用过去已公知的物品。短栅状薄片的形状最好为能收集垃圾等的具有适当的厚度与宽度之物品。还有,短栅状薄片的纤维等的长度如果是比接合线与接合线的间隔长,则由于没有落到清扫用物品以外的东西,故可以用经过适当调整的东西。
基体材料薄片2及长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3最好为含有热塑性树脂之物品。在此情况下,可用热处理(热模压加工)和超声波熔接手段进行长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3与基体材料薄片3的接合。
还有,刷毛状部分的毛的长度由接合线4与切断部分的间隔确定,但是其长度最好为3mm以上。如果刷毛状部分的毛的长度在前述下限以上,则在清扫时络取头发的效果可以提高。
为了容易吸着尘埃等。在本发明的清扫用物品1中最好含有油剂。油剂为石蜡等矿物油、聚烯烃等合成油、硅油、界面活性剂等。
还有,在上面所述的油剂以外,在本发明的清扫用物品中,也可含有例如除臭剂、保湿剂、杀菌剂等物质。
图2为本发明的清扫用物品的使用方式的一个例子。
如图2所示,可将清扫用品1安装在清扫用拖把10上使用。清扫用拖把10为在清扫板11上安装手把12。本发明的清扫用物品1,将刷毛状部分6设置在前述清扫板11上的地面等被清扫物的对面,清扫用物品的两侧往上卷到清扫板11的上面,并用保持夹13、13保持。在以此状态下使用本发明的清扫用物品的场合,也可在向上卷至清扫板11上面的清扫用物品的两侧不形成刷毛状部分。还有,在用此清扫用物品进行清扫的场合,清扫方向可以是x方向、y方向中的任一个方向。
图3为本发明的清扫用物品的制造工序的一个例子。
如图3所示,将最初卷成筒状的基体材料薄片2用输送辊21放开并供给。在被供给的基体材料薄片2的输送线的途中,配置着被分别卷成筒状的长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3,从各筒状物输送出的长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3,由扩幅辊22被展开成规定的宽度,并被重叠在基体材料薄片2上。此处,长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3以夹住基体材料薄片2的方式被设置,此后,用接合机23形成将基体材料薄片2与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3接合的接合线。
接合机23具有加热模压辊,基体材料2与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3在加热的情况下被挤压,并由此形成接合线4。而且,接合线4沿x方向形成间隔d。还有,这种熔接也可以是用粘结剂的接合。
切断部分5是用切割刀24将基体材料薄片2与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3局部地切断而形成的。在形成此切断部分时,可以用具有设置许多间隔的齿的切割刀24形成。此外,也可以用加热与超声波来代替切割刀,将基体材料片2与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3一起熔断,形成切断部分5。
而且,在形成切断部分5以后,用第二切割刀将做成一体的基体材料薄片2和长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3按规定的长度裁断,得到清扫用物品1。
图4(A)示出了用图3的工序中的接合机23做成一体、并且用切割刀24局部地切断的基体材料薄片2和长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3的断面的局部放大图。
在切断部分5被切断部分的长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3a,通过接合线4形成处于接合于基体材料薄片2的状态的刷毛状部分6。还有,由于未切断的长纤维层或短栅状薄片层36仍然朝沿着基体材料薄片2延伸的方向被接合,故清扫用物品1的强度被提高。
如图4(B)所示,也可使被切断的长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3a起毛,形成刷毛状部分6。如图3所示,作为产生这种起毛的工序有在制造工序的最后阶段向清扫用物品喷吹来自空气喷嘴26的空气的方法。通过这种空气,可以形成刷毛状部分6。要是想在基体材料薄片2的两面形成刷毛状部分6,就从上下两侧喷吹空气。还有,在图3所示的用切割刀24切断的工序之后,也可以对表面和背两面上施加机械力产生起毛。图4(B)示出了刷毛状部分6的起毛的状态。通过使刷毛状部分6起毛,可以提高捕集垃圾的效果。也就是说,将本发明的清扫用物品1作为制品在市场上出现的场合,使用前就将刷毛状部分6做成起毛状的物品,在使用时就立刻实现捕集垃圾的效果。还有,外观上也好看。但是,即使像图4(A)那样未将刷毛状部分6做成起毛的状态而用于清扫时,本发明的清扫用物品1也可以在其使用过程中使刷毛状部分6起毛。因此,也可以不预先将刷毛状部分6做成起毛的状态。
图5(A)、(B)、(C)为本发明的清扫用物品的其它实施例的平面图。
图5(A)、(B)、(C)的清扫用物品,任一个都有长纤维或短栅状薄片沿x方向延伸。在图5(A)中,接合线4不是直线,而是波浪形。在此波浪形的接合线4之间,断续地形成切断部分5。还有,在图5(B)中,接合线4沿相对于长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3延伸方向(x方向)的倾斜方向设置。如果接合线沿倾斜方向设置,则在制造工序中有容易形成接合线4的优点。还有,形成图5(A)中所示的波浪形的接合线4或图5(B)中所示的倾斜的接合线4,可以在沿x方向或y方向进行擦拭时容易捕集垃圾。此外,如图5(C)所示,接合线4不是连续的线,它也可以相距一定的间隔地设置。在此情况下,切断部分5最好一定在接合线与接合线之间形成,以使长纤维层或短栅状薄片层3不会从清扫用物品的主体上掉下来。
还有,图6为本发明的清扫用物品的平面的局部放大图。
如图6所示,切断部分5也可以相互不在同一行地设置。此外,只要长纤维层或短栅状薄片层在接合线与接合线之间被切断、而且不从清扫用物品的主体上掉下来,无论切断部分是什么样的形状都不要紧。例如,切断部分5以缝纫孔状断续地形成,或者形成点线状。或者,短的切断部分5也可以任意地形成。
还有,在用纤维束等长纤维层形成层3的场合,也可将粗细程度(旦尼尔)不同的纤维做成两层或三层而重叠,或是将规定粗细的长纤维层和粗细程度与之不同的短栅状薄片层重叠而构成。在此场合,由于刷毛状部分6为粗细程度不同的纤维、或是纤维与短栅状薄片混合而形成,故可用刷毛状部分6有效地收集大小不同的垃圾等。
在上述的本发明中,可以简便而且廉价地制造捕集垃圾效果优异的清扫用物品。也就是说,将长纤维等做成刷毛状部分的切断部分,由于基体材料薄片可以一起地被切断,故加工容易。还有,由于切断部分是局部地形成的,故可以使清扫用物品整体保持高强度。
还有,本发明的清扫用物品局部地形成刷毛状部分,故可以调整整体的起毛量。也就是说,为了提高捕集垃圾的效果,可以将起毛量做成适当的量。

Claims (8)

1.一种清扫用物品,其特征在于:在基体材料薄片的一面或两面上重叠长纤维层或短栅状薄片层,基体材料薄片与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层通过沿与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层的延伸方向相交叉的方向延伸的许多条接合线来一体地接合,而且基体材料薄片与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层在前述接合线之间局部地被切断。
2.如权利要求1所述的清扫用物品,其特征在于:基体材料薄片与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层含有热塑性树脂,长纤维层或短栅状薄片层与基体材料薄片通过前述接合线被熔接在一起。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的清扫用物品,其特征在于:被切断的长纤维或短栅状薄片被起毛而形成刷毛状部分。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的清扫用物品,其特征在于:含有油剂。
5.一种清扫用物品的制造方法,是权利要求1所述的清扫用物品的制造方法,其特征在于:至少包括以下的工序:
(a)连续供给基体材料薄片的工序;
(b)沿与基体材料薄片的供给方向相同的方向连续供给长纤维层或短栅状薄片层,并且将其重叠在基体材料薄片的一面或两面上的工序;
(c)通过沿与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层的延伸方向相交叉的方向延伸的接合线,使重叠的基体材料薄片和长纤维层或短栅状薄片层的束形成一体的工序;
(d)在前述(c)工序中形成的接合线与接合线之间,局部地切断形成为一体的基体材料薄片与长纤维层或短栅状薄片层的束的工序;
(e)切断在前述(d)工序中得到的形成为一体的薄片而得到清扫用物品的工序。
6.如权利要求5所述的清扫用物品的制造方法,其特征在于:前述(c)工序中的接合为热熔接或超声波熔接。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的清扫用物品的制造方法,其特征在于:前述(d)工序中的切断由切割刀、加热或超声波进行。
