图1和图2分别为透视图和沿图1的II-II线截取的截面图,示出作为本发明复合片一个实施例的擦拭片。该擦拭片1包括由热塑性非织造纤维品构成的基层7以及由许多热塑性连续纤维(丝)8a构成的表面层8,该表面层沿许多粘接线5粘接于基层7的上表面上所述粘接线5从纵向轴C-C延伸到两侧边缘8C(参照图3)。使用擦拭片1时,可将基层7的两个横向相对侧边缘9固定在图10所示的固定架上,这样便可以利用表面层8擦除地板上的灰尘和脏物,使用人也可以将擦拭片1拿在手里进行擦拭。表面层8的连续纤维8a在侧边缘9之间沿基层7彼此平行延伸(即在箭头A所示的左、右侧之间延伸)。
纤维8a通过加热和加压连续地熔融后固化、粘接于粘接线,结果,其不会丧失其纤维形态,而且形成交替的压下凹槽线和弧形隆起区域8b。各个弧形隆起区域的高度其尺寸最好比粘接线(压下凹槽的底部)和基层(见图2)的接合部分总厚度大三倍。连续纤维的这种表面层表现出极好的蓬松性、弹性、压缩性以及三维外观,不用说,这些特性高于基层7的这些特性。在实际使用擦拭片1时,表面层8靠着地板,并沿箭头A表示的方向移动或沿与此箭头直角相交的如箭头B所示的方向运动。擦拭片1的这种运动可以确保将灰尘和脏物收集和保持在纤维8a的弧形部分内。表面层8也沿粘接线15粘接于基层7的纵向端部,但对于擦拭片1不一定需要形成这些粘接线15。
图3是擦拭片1的平面图。此图中表面层8的宽被示意地放大。表面层8的宽度基本上由纵轴线C-C线平分。基层7相对图3所示纵轴线C-C在其上半区域具有许多第一粘接线5A以及在其下半区域的许多第二粘接线5B,第一粘接线5A基本上以规定间距彼此平行延伸,而第二粘接线也以同样方式延伸。第一和第二粘接线5A和5B相对于纤维8a倾斜延伸,使得当第一和第二粘接线进一步向纵轴线C-C延伸时它们便彼此相交。应当明白,如图3所示,第一和第二粘接线5A、5B实际上彼此相交于纵轴线C-C。第一和第二粘接线相对于纵轴线C-C即相对于纤维8a以相同的倾角延伸。第一和第二粘接线5A、5B分别具有第一端部11A、11B和第二端部12A、12B,第一端部邻近纵轴线C-C,而第二端部邻近侧边缘。
参考图3,许多想像的链线H相对于擦拭片1横向延伸,与纵轴线C-C直角相交。与相应一对粘接线5A、5B的第一端部相交的各条想像线H与相邻对的粘接线5A、5B的第二端部12A、12B相交。图3中与各个第一粘接线5A的第一端部11相交的想像线H1与相邻粘接线前面或后面的一根第一粘接线5A的第二端部12A相交。所有沿方向A彼此平行延伸的连续纤维8a均在第一或第二粘接线5A、5B上粘接于基层7,因而纤维8a不会脱离基层7。
尽管没有规定擦拭片1的基层7的尺寸,但基层7的长度最好为5~200cm,其宽度最好为5~50cm。基层7可以用尺寸稳定的材料制作,例如用热塑性合成纤维作的纺织品或无织造纤维品以及热塑性合成树脂膜制作和其它材料制作。非织造纤维品的优选例子包括由聚乙烯/聚酯结合纤维作的纺粘非织造纤维品和点粘非织造纤维品二者。非织造纤维品或膜其单位面积重量最好为5~200g/m2
连续纤维8a的例子由聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙、聚酯、嫘萦或其它材料作的连续人造丝。获得连续纤维8a的优选例子是,解开或打开束状的一束这些连续纤维,然后用常规方法将打开的纤维展开到预定宽度。纤维束是一种市场上可买到的连续聚合物丝的索状束。连续纤维8a的单丝但尼尔数为2~20。纤维8a最好是卷曲的纤维,因为这些纤维提供很利于收集地板上灰尘和脏物的蓬松性和可压缩性。卷曲的数目最好在5~25个波峰/2.54cm。推荐纤维8a的单位面积重量为20~500g/m2。可以用油或亲水表面活性剂处理纤维8a,以改进灰尘收集效率或吸水能力。
粘接线5相对于纵轴线C-C或10~80°角比较好,最好成15~75°。虽然没有规定,但各条粘接线5的宽度最好为0.5~10mm。
虽然图3中示出纤维8a仅粘接在基层7的上表面上,但纤维8a也可以粘接在基层7的下表面上。当纤维8a粘接在基层7的上、下两个表面上时,上表面上的粘接线5其花样和布局与下表面上的粘接线5的花样和布局重合。
图4~6是类似于图3的图,示出本发明的其它实施例。在图4所示的擦拭片1中,与各个第一粘接线5A的第一端部11A相交的想像线H与紧邻第一粘接线5A的第二端部12A相交。
在图5所示的擦拭片中,所有粘接线相当短。相对于纵轴线C-C位于上半区域的第一粘接线5A包括第一粘接线5C和第一粘接线5D,前者的第一端部11A在纵轴线C-C上,而后者的第二端部12A位于基层7侧边缘9中的一个边缘上。同样,相对纵轴线C-C位于下半区域的第二粘接线5B包括第二粘接线5E和第二粘接线5F,前者的第一端部11B在纵轴线C-C上,而后者的第二端部12B位于基层7的另一侧边缘9上。应当明白,在图5所示的第一和第二粘接线5A和5B的情况下,位于或靠近纵轴线C-C的各个粘接线的端部称为第一端部11A、11B,而位于或靠近侧边缘9的各个粘接线的端部称作为第二端部12A、12B。与各个第一粘接线5C或5D的第一端部11A相交的想像线H与紧相邻的第一粘接线5C或5D的第二端部12A相交。在第二粘接线5B和想像线H之间也保持同样关系。纤维8a或者沿包括5C和5D的第一粘接线5A,或者沿包括5E和5F的第二粘接线5B粘接在基层7上。因为这样,所以纤维8a不会脱离基层7。
在图6所示的擦拭片1的情况下,粘接线5从纵轴线C-C延伸到侧边缘9,但第一和第二粘接线5A、5B的第一端部11A、11B不相交在纵轴线C-C上。而这些第一和第二粘接线5A、5B靠近纵轴线C-C的延伸部分将彼此相交并对纵向轴C-C倾斜。与各个第一粘接线5A的第一端部11A相交的想像线H与紧相邻的第一粘接线5A的第二端部12A相交。在第二粘接线5B和想像线H之间也同样保持这种关系。
上面参考图3~6所述的擦拭片1其制造方法如下:将用作连续纤维8a表面层8的纤维品放置在基层7的纤维品上,展开到预定宽度,然后连续地将这些纤维品送入一对加热辊之间形成的间隙,进行压纹处理。该一对辊中的至少一个辊具有凸出部,该凸出部产生对应于粘接线5的花纹,该一对辊转动,使得在表面层8的纤维品上从纵轴线到其横向相对侧边8C连续形成粘接线5。这样,在连续形成粘接线5时便使纤维8以大体均匀的厚度分布在基层7的纤维品上。即使在表面层8的纤维品在其横向中间区域内相当密集的条件下将表面层8纤维品输送到辊时也能达到这一点。
图7是图3的局部放大图,示出粘接线5与想像线H相交的方式。粘接线5沿想像线H的有效长度L对应于粘接线5与想像线H相交的那些部分的总长度。例如与想像线H1相交的粘接长度L1可表示为L1=a+b+c+d。同样,与想像线H2相交的粘接长度L2可表示为L2=a+d+e。有效长度L取决于粘接线5的花纹。在本发明中,最好使粘接线5形成其最大值与最小值之比小于2的有效长度L。例如,选择粘接线5的花纹,使得与粘接线5的第一端部11A、11B相交的想像线H也相交于第二端部12A、12B,如图3~6所示的实施例那样。粘接线5的这种花纹能使表面层8的纤维品和基层7的纤维品连续地接触压纹辊的凸出部。因为辊不是断续的而是连续的压着这些纤维品,所以表面层8纤维品的连续纤维8a可以容易地以均匀厚度展开在基层7的纤维品上。这样,在压纹机上由断续加压造成损坏的机会也减小了。
进一步加工由上述操作产生的片,首先如图3所示,沿粘接线15将表面层8的纤维品粘接在基层7的纤维品上,然后将这些纤维品切成如图3~6所示的复合片。这种复合片不仅可以用作擦拭片1,而且如果连续纤维8a的表面层8是蓬松的则可用作弹性垫料,而如果连续纤维8a是亲水的或吸水的则可用作一次性的或非一次性的吸水材料。
本发明的复合片其连续纤维的表面层以基本上均匀的厚度粘接于基层上。由于避免了纤维分布的不均匀性,所以这种复合片可以用作擦拭片,很适于有效地打扫地板等。
本发明的复合片对于各种各样的应用包括作一般家用和其它很多方面用的擦巾均是很有效的。

Claims (18)

1.一种具有纵轴线的复合片,上述复合片包括具有上、下表面的基层以及由连续纤维组成的表面层,该连续纤维沿上述纵轴线延伸,该表面层具有预定宽度,该预定宽度是沿上述纵轴线的上述表面层两个横向相对侧边缘之间的宽度,该表面层通过许多粘接线粘接在上、下表面中的至少一个表面上,该粘接线沿与上述纵轴线相交的方向延伸,其特征在于:
上述粘接线包括许多第一粘接线和许多第二粘接线,前者在上述纵轴线一侧的上述表面层的一半区域内隔开间隔地延伸,上述纵轴线平分上述表面层的上述宽度,而后者在上述纵轴线另一侧的上述表面层的另一半区域内隔开间隔地延伸,其中第一和第二粘接线相对于上述纵轴线倾斜延伸,使得上述第一和第二粘接线在向上述纵轴线延伸时彼此相交。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合片,其特征在于,上述第一和第二粘接线分别在上述一半区域内和上述另一半区域是彼此平行的,相距基本上规定的间隔。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的复合片,其特征在于,获得上述表面层的上述连续纤维的方法是,解开连续纤维束,将解开的纤维束展开成具有预定宽度的基本上均匀的纤维品。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合片,其特征在于,各个上述粘接线构成压下的凹槽。
5.如权利要求1~4任一项所述的复合片,其特征在于,上述表面层具有在彼此相邻的各对上述粘接线之间形成的弧形隆起区域,各个上述弧形隆起区域的蓬松性、弹性和压缩性高于上述基层的这些特性,各个上述弧形隆起区域的高度其尺寸至少三倍于上述粘接线和上述基层的结合部分的总厚度。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的复合片,其特征在于,上述基层沿上述纵轴线的长度为5~200cm,而在直交上述纵轴线的方向其宽度为5~50cm。
7.如权利要求1~6任一项所述的复合片,其特征在于,上述基层的单位面积重量为5~200g/m2,而上述表面层的单位面积重量为20~500g/m2
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的复合片,其特征在于,上述表面层的连续纤维其单丝但尼尔数为1~20。
9.如权利要求1~8任一项所述的复合片,其特征在于,上述第一和第二粘接线基本上彼此相交在上述纵轴线上。
10.如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的复合片,其特征在于,上述第一和第二粘接线从上述纵轴线延伸到表面层的上述两个横向相对侧边缘。
11.如权利要求1~10中任一项所述的复合片,其特征在于,假想线与上述纵轴线成直角地横过上述表面层,在该假想线和第一、第二粘接线之间交叉部分总长度的最大值和最小值之比小于2。
12.如权利要求1~11中任一项所述的复合片,其特征在于,上述基层和上述表面层包含热塑性塑料,使得可以通过熔化上述热塑性塑料形成上述粘接线。
13.如权利要求1~12中任一项所述的复合片,其特征在于,上述粘接线是通过加热和加压形成的结合线。
14.一种制造具有纵轴线的复合片的方法,制造上述复合片包括以下步骤:具有上、下表面的基层纤维品和连续纤维构成的表面层纤维品构成复合片纤维品,该连续纤维沿上述纵轴线延伸,该表面层纤维品具有预定宽度,该预定宽度是沿上述纵轴线延伸的上述表面层的两个横向相对侧边缘之间的宽度;沿上述轴向连续供给上层的表面层纤维品和基层纤维品,将上述表面层纤维品放置在上述基层纤维品的至少一个表面上;并沿许多粘接线将上述表面层纤维品粘接在上述基层纤维品上,该粘接线沿相交于上述纵轴线的方向延伸,上述工艺还包括以下步骤:
解开用作上述表面层纤维品的束状连续纤维,并在上述基层纤维品的上述一个表面上将其展开到上述预定宽度;
在上述纵轴线一侧的上述表面层一半区域上形成按一定间隔延伸的许多第一粘接线,上述纵轴线平分上述表面层纤维品的上述宽度,同时在上述纵轴线的另一侧的上述表面层纤维品另一半区域上形成按一定间隔延伸的第二粘接线,使得上述第一和第二粘接线相对于上述纵轴线倾斜延伸,当上述基层纤维品和上述表面层纤维品在上述纵轴线的方向传送时,从上述纵轴线到上述表面层纤维品的两个横向相对侧边缘连续形成上述第一和第二粘接线。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,分别在上述一半区域内和上述另一半区域内的上述第一和第二粘接线是彼此平行的,基本上相距规定的间隔。
16.如权利要求14或15所述的方法,其特征在于,上述第一粘接线和上述第二粘接线分别具有位于上述纵轴线附近的第一端部和靠近上述表面层的上述两个侧边缘的第二端部,横向穿过上述表面层纤维品连续丝且与第一和第二粘接线中任一线的第一端部相交的假想线,相交于与上述第一和第二粘接线中上述任一线平行的另一粘接线的上述第二端部相交。
17.如权利要求14~16中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,形成上述第一粘接线和上述第二粘接线,使得在一根想像线和上述第一、第二粘接线之间交叉区的总长度其最大值与最小值之比小于2,该想像线假定与上述纵轴线成直角延伸。
18.如权利要求14~17中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过熔化上述基层纤维品和表层纤维品形成上述第一粘接线和上述第二粘接线。
