Claims (18)
- 복합 시트가 길이 방향축을 가지며, 상면과 하면을 갖는 베이스층과, 상기 축을 따라 연장하는 연속 섬유군으로 이루어지고, 상기 축을 따라 연장하는 대향 측연부 사이에 구획되는 소정의 폭을 가지며, 상기 축과 교차하는 방향으로 연장하는 복수의 접합선에 의해 상기 상면과 하면의 적어도 한쪽 면에 접합하고 있는 표층을 포함하고,상기 접합선은 상기 표층에 있어서 상기 폭을 2 등분하여 상기 축의 한쪽 측영역에 형성된 복수의 제1 접합선과, 다른 한쪽 측영역에 형성된 복수의 제2 접합선으로 이루어지고, 상기 제1 접합선과 제2 접합선은 상기 축을 향해 연장하면 서로 교차하도록 상기 표층의 연속 섬유군과 비스듬하게 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 접합선은 상기 표층의 한쪽 측영역과 다른 쪽 측영역의 각각에 있어서 실질적으로 규칙적인 간격으로 서로 평행하게 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표층의 상기 연속 섬유군은 연속 섬유 토우를 개섬하는 동시에 소정 폭의 실질적으로 균일한 웹으로 확대 개방함으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 접합선의 각각은 압착 줄 홈을 구획하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표층은 서로 인접하는 각 한 쌍의 상기 제1 및 제2 접합선 사이에 원호를 그리는 융기 영역을 가지며, 상기 융기 영역의 각각은 상기 베이스층보다 높은 부피성, 탄성 및 압축성을 가지며, 상기 융기 영역의 높이는 상기 제1 및 제2 접합선의 부분과 상기 베이스층과의 합계두께의 3배 이상의 치수로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표층이 상기 축방향으로 연장하는 길이가 5∼200cm 의 범위에 있고, 상기 축방향과 교차하는 방향으로 넓어지는 상기 폭이 5∼50cm 의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스층의 단위 중량이 5∼200g/m2의 범위에 있고, 상기 표층의 단위 중량이 20∼500g/m2의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표층의 연속 섬유군은 섬유당 섬도가 1∼20d 인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.

- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 축에 직교하여 상기 표층을 폭방향에서 횡단하는 가상선의 상기 제1 및 제2 접합선이 교차하는 부위의 길이의 합의 최소치에 대한 최대치의 비가 2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스층과 상기 표층이 열가소성 합성 수지를 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 접합선은 이들 합성 수지가 용융함으로써 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 접합선은 가압 가열에 의한 용착선인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트.
- 길이 방향의 축을 갖는 복합 시트를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 상면과 하면을 갖는 베이스층의 웹과, 상기 축을 따라 연장하는 연속 섬유군으로 이루어지고, 상기 축을 따라 연장하는 대향 측연부 사이에 구획되는 소정의 폭을 갖는 표층 웹으로 상기 복합 시트 웹을 구성하며, 상기 표층 웹과 상기 베이스층 웹을 상기 축방향으로 연속적으로 공급하여 상기 베이스층 웹의 적어도 한쪽 면에 상기 표층 웹을 겹치고, 상기 베이스층 웹과 상기 표층 웹을 상기 축과 교차하는 방향으로 연장하는 복수의 접합선에 의해 접합하는 공정을 포함하며,상기 표층 웹의 연속 섬유군용으로서의 토우(tow)를 상기 베이스층 웹의 적어도 한쪽 면에 있어서 개섬(開纖)하여 예정된 폭으로 확대 개방하는 단계와,상기 접합선은 상기 표층 웹의 상기 폭을 2 등분하는 상기 축의 한쪽 측영역에 형성되는 복수의 제1 접합선과, 다른 한쪽의 측영역에 형성되는 복수의 제2 접합선으로 이루어지고, 상기 제1 접합선과 제2 접합선은 상기 축을 향해 연장하면 서로 교차하도록 상기 표층 웹의 연속 섬유군과 비스듬하게 교차하는 것으로, 상기 베이스층 웹과 상기 표층 웹을 상기 축방향으로 공급할 때, 이들 제1 접합선과 제2 접합선 각각을 상기 축으로부터 상기 표층 웹의 폭방향 외측을 향해 순차적으로 형성해 나가는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 접합선은 상기 표층 웹의 한쪽 측영역과 다른 쪽 측영역의 각각에 있어서 실질적으로 규칙적인 간격으로 서로 평행하게 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 접합선의 각각은 상기 축 부근에 위치하는 제1 단부와, 상기 표층 웹의 외측 부근에 위치하는 제2 단부를 가지며, 상기 제1, 제2 중 어느 한쪽 접합선의 상기 제1 단부와 교차하여 상기 표층 웹을 폭방향에서 횡단하는 가상선이 상기 제1, 제2 중 어느 한쪽 접합선과 평행한 다른 접합선의 제2 단부와 교차하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표층 웹을 폭방향에서 횡단하는 가상선이 상기 제1 및 제2 접합선과 교차하는 부위의 상기 폭방향에 있어서의 길이의 합의 최소치에 대한 최대치의 비가 2 이하가 되도록 상기 제1 접합선과 제2 접합선을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 접합선이 상기 베이스층 웹과 상기 표층 웹을 용융시킴으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 시트의 제조 방법.
