Claims (24)
- l、一个用于多层模塑成形的多腔热流道注射模具设备,包含有相互平行的一个前熔料流道板和一个后熔料流道板,二流道板之间有一个隔热空间;模具中还有一组热喷嘴,每个热喷嘴上有一个尾端、一个前端、一个中央熔料流道从尾端通至前端、一个内部环形熔料流道环绕着中央熔料流道通向前端、一个第一熔料孔从尾端通至内部环形熔料流道、一个外部环形熔料流道环绕着中央熔料流道和内部环形熔料流道通至前端、至少一个第二熔料孔从热喷嘴尾端通至外部环形熔料流道,各热喷嘴安装在模具中,每个热喷嘴的尾端顶靠着前熔料流道板;一个第一熔料主流道从一个第一熔料进料口处开始并在前熔料流道板中分支,然后又再次分支,一支通向热喷嘴中的中央熔料流道,另一支经过热喷嘴尾端上的至少一个通向外部环形熔料流道的熔料孔而到达外部环形熔料流道,而中央熔料流道和外部环形熔料流道均通向一个位于热喷嘴前端的浇口,浇口则通向模具型腔;一个第二熔料主流道从一个第二熔料进料口处开始并在后熔料流道板中分支,再经过每个热喷嘴中的第一熔料孔以及内部环形熔料流道而到达浇口;改进的模具还包含:一组熔料传输衬套,每个熔料传输衬套上有一个尾端、一个前端、一个中心孔从尾端穿通至前;每个熔料传输衬套安装在模具中的一个位置上并从后熔料流道板处开始向前穿过前、后熔料流道板之间的隔热空间,再穿过前熔料流主道板上的一个孔,从而伸至一个热喷嘴上的第一熔料孔处,而第一熔料孔则从热喷嘴尾端通至内部环形熔料流道,这样,每个熔料传输衬套上的中心孔构成第二熔料主流道的一部分。
- 2、根据权利要求1的塑料注射模具设备,其每个熔料传输衬套穿过前熔料流道板上的通孔而与所述热喷嘴的尾端密封接触。
- 3、根据权利要求2的塑料注射模具,其上的每个熔料传输衬套与外围的前熔料流道板之间有一个隔热空隙。
- 4、根据权利要求3的塑料注射模具,其上的每个熔料传输衬套上有一个整体式电热元件,该电热元件上有一个螺旋部分环绕着中心熔料孔的至少一部分而延伸着通过熔料传输衬套。
- 5、根据权利要求2的塑料注射模具,其上的每个熔料传输衬套包含一个细长体和一个联接管,细长体上有一个尾端、一个前端、一个中心熔料孔从尾端穿通至前端,联接管上有一个尾端、一个前端、一个中心熔料孔从中穿通并与穿通细长体的中心熔料孔相匹配,联接管从细长体处向前伸出。
- 6、根据权利要求5的塑料注射模具,其上的每个熔料传输衬套的细长体的尾端上带有螺纹,用于拧入一个螺纹座中,该螺纹座位于后熔料流道板中并环绕着第二熔料主流道。
- 7、根据权利要求6的塑料注射模具,其上的每个熔料传输衬套的细长体的前端的中心熔料孔与相应热喷嘴尾端处的第一熔料孔这二者中的一个处开有环绕的螺纹座,而联接管的前端与尾端这两端中的一端上带有螺纹,联接管的上述螺纹端拧入上述位于传输衬套的细长体的前端的中心熔料孔或是热喷嘴尾端的第一熔料孔处的螺纹座中。
- 8、根据权利要求2的塑料注射模具,其上的每个熔料传输衬套上有一个头部和一个细长茎部,头部位于后熔料流道板与前熔料流道板之间并作为一个垫块从而使二流道板间形成一个隔热空间,细长体从头部向前伸入前熔料板中的一个孔中。
- 9、一个用于多层模塑成形的多腔热流道注模具设备,包含相互平行的一个前熔料流道板和一个后熔料流道板,二流道板之间有一个隔热空间;模具中还有一组热喷嘴,每个热喷嘴上有一个尾端、一个前端、一个中央熔料流道从尾端通至前端、一个内部环形熔料流道环绕着中央熔料流道通向前端、至少一个熔料孔从热喷嘴尾端通至内部环形熔料流道,各热喷嘴安装在模具中,每个热喷嘴的尾端项靠着前熔料流道板,一个第一熔料主流道从一个第一熔料进料口处开始并在前熔料流道板中分支,然后再经过每个热喷嘴中的至少一个熔料孔和内部环形熔料流道到达一个位于热喷嘴前端的浇口,浇口则通向模具型腔;一个第二熔料主流道从一个第二熔料进料口处开始并在后熔料流道板中分支,再经过每个热喷嘴中的中央熔料流道而到达浇口;改进的模具包含:一组熔料传输衬套,每个熔料传输衬套上有一个头部位于一个尾端处、一个细长茎部从头部向前伸至一个前端、一个中心孔从尾端通至前端,每个熔料传输衬套安装在模具中的一个位置上并与相应一个热喷嘴的中心熔料流道对准,头部位于前熔料流道板与后熔料流道板之间并作为一个垫块从而二流道板间形成一个隔热空间,细长茎部从头部开始向前伸入前熔料流道板中的一个孔中,而该孔则对准相应热喷嘴中的中央熔料流道,这样,每个熔料传输衬套上的中心孔中插入一个细长销,该细长销从此向前伸入相应热喷嘴中的中央熔料流道中,而从第二熔料进行口开始的第二熔料主流道则沿细长销伸展。
- 10、根据权利要求9的塑料的注射模具,其上的每个熔料传输衬套的细长茎部穿过前熔料流道板上的孔,且每个熔料传输衬套的前端顶靠在相应喷嘴的尾部。
- 11、根据权利要求lO的塑料的注射模具,其上的每个熔料传输衬套的细长茎部与外围的前熔料流道板间有一个隔热空隙。
- 12、根据权利要求11的塑料注射模具,其上的每个熔料传输衬套的头部上有一个偏心熔料流道,该熔料流道从一个位于尾端的进料口延伸并与中央熔料流道汇合,从而构成第二熔料主流道的一部分。
- 13、根据权利要求12的塑料注射模具,其上的偏心熔料流道为L形。
- 14、根据权利要求12的塑料注射模具,其上的细长销是一个阀芯,此外还包含操纵机构从而可将阀芯带动着在一个收缩的张开位置和一个前进的关闭位置间往复移动。
- 15、根据权利要求14的塑料注射模具,其上的每个熔料传输衬套上还包含一个颈部,该颈部从头部向后伸入后熔料流道板中的一个孔中,而细长阀芯紧密地插入颈部的中心孔中,从而可在阀芯移动时防止熔料泄漏。
- 16、根据权利要求12的塑料注射模具,其上的细长销是一个固定销,且该销上开有沿长度方向的熔料槽。
- 17、根据权利要求1的塑料注射模具,其上的每个热喷嘴与外围模具之间有一个隔热空间。
- 18、根据权利要求l的塑料注射模具,其前熔料流道板与后熔料流道板之间的隔热空间是由二流道板之间安置的一组垫块构成的。
- 19、根据权利要求l的塑料注射模具,其上的前熔料流道板与外围的冷却模具之间有一个隔热空间。
- 20、根据权利要求19的塑料注射模具,其上的前熔料流道板与外围的冷却模具之间的隔热空间是由其间的一个中央定位环形成的。
- 2l、根据权利要求l的塑料注射模具,其上的后熔料流道板与一个后板之间有一个隔热空间。
- 22、根据权利要求19的塑料注射模具,其上的后熔料流道板与一个后板之间有一个隔热空间。
- 23、根据权利要求22的塑料注射模具,其上的每个热喷嘴与外围模具之间分别有一个隔热空间。
- 24、根据权利要求l的塑料注射模具,其上述的各隔热空间可以提供足够的隔热能力,从而使通过后熔料流道板的第一熔料与通过前熔料道板的第二熔料在流进上述各喷嘴时有足够的温差。
