Abstract
本发明提供一种旋转运送装置。其中,由于伺服马达的旋转部直接连接于旋转轴上,可得到运送部件的直接间歇旋转。其在机台上方空出作业空间(3)而并列设有支撑盘(4)。设置在支撑盘(4)下面的运送部件(6)的中央部与穿插于支撑盘中央被轴承支撑的较大直径旋转轴(7)相连结。在支撑盘(4)上方的中央部,在大径旋转部(8a)内设有固定部(8b)的伺服马达(8),通过连接部件(18)被安装在将固定部(8b)一侧立设在支撑盘(4)上的支撑台(15)上。旋转部(8a)安装在旋转轴(7)的上部,这样运送部件(6)可以与旋转轴(7)一起通过伺服马达(8)直接的旋转。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于瓶子等包装用容器的成形的吹塑成形机的旋转运送装置。
背景技术
对于由安装在旋转盘等运送部件上的颈状模具把注塑成形后的预成型件,夹持其口部等地间歇运送到延伸吹塑(延伸ブロ一)位置的成型机来说,到目前为止,是将油压驱使的致动装置(アクチエ一タ)作为旋转驱动源。将油压作为驱动源的致动装置中不但需要管道和阀门,还会为与其他驱动源共用油压源而受到作业上的制约,更能产生漏油等事故,还存在保存管理繁琐等问题。因此,我们考虑将在镶嵌成型机等中采用的电动伺服马达(以下称伺服马达)原样采用,用以进行旋转盘等的运送部件的旋转运送。但是因为要使吹塑成形机机台上方的支撑盘上能够自由旋转地支撑运送部件,并在运送部件的下方安装多个模具,为此与旋转运送由机台从下方支撑的旋转盘的镶嵌成型机不同,其运送部件的重量容易集中在旋转轴上、惯性大,为了顺利地间歇旋转运送部件,过去需要很大的旋转转矩,从前的旋转运送装置更是要求大的转矩。而且转矩的输出增大对于变速装置来说容易实现,但对于设置空间有限的支撑盘来说,为更进一步确保变速装置的设置空间,大型成型机暂且不说,对于中小型成型机来说极为困难。为此,希望能够开发出不需要变速装置的大转矩旋转运送装置。
发明内容
这个发明是由上述事情考虑得来的,它的目的是为了提供可以利用伺服马达直接进行运送部件的间歇旋转的新结构吹塑成形机。
基于上述目的,本发明涉及的吹塑成形机的旋转运送装置,包括:支撑盘,在机台的基盘上方空出作业空间而与该基盘并列设置;运送部件,与贯穿该支撑盘中央部的旋转轴下端部一体连结,被设置在支撑盘的与作业空间相邻的下表面上,且与该旋转轴一起旋转自如;移送部件的驱动装置,设置在支撑盘的上表面中央部,将旋转部连结在上述旋转轴上,其特征在于,将在大直径的旋转部内部设有固定部的伺服马达做为上述驱动装置;将上述伺服马达收容在基部为圆筒形且具有天井部的支撑台的内部,该基部立设在支撑盘中央部的孔部的上面周围;将上述大直径的旋转部直接安装在大直径的上述旋转轴上端,上述旋转轴在支撑盘中央部的孔部中由轴承支承;通过连接部件将上述固定部安装在上述天井部上,将伺服马达设置在支撑盘上;通过上述伺服马达的大直径的旋转部,能够以大转矩使运送部件直接地旋转。

发明具体实施方式
图中1是固定装载在机台上的基盘、其上方空出作业空间3、机台的拐角部立设有几根导向柱2、2,支撑盘4被插通,可以自由上下移动。该支撑盘4与立设在基盘1的必要地方的开关汽缸5、5的活塞杆5a、5a相连结。在与上述支撑盘4的作业空间3相临的下面,依靠旋转盘的运送部件6与在支撑盘4的中央部穿插中央部的较大径旋转轴7的下端部一体连结,安装达到可以与旋转轴7共同旋转。此外,在支撑盘4的上面中央设置旋转驱动用的伺服马达。图中省略了在上述作业空间3中将成形机用于注塑延伸吹塑的情况,如果要在基盘1上配设注塑模具装置以及延伸吹塑模具装置等、与这些装置对应的支撑盘4上的合模装置9及延伸吹塑装置(图略)、以及在运送部件6下面的必要数量的预成型件和制品的运送模具(图略)时,都是与普通状况相同的设计。
上述伺服马达8在大径的旋转部8a内部装配有固定部8b,该固定部8b安装在支撑盘一侧,旋转部8a直接安装在上述旋转轴7的上端部,旋转轴8a和上述运送部件6以及上述旋转轴7共同进行直接旋转,该旋转轴7以自由旋转的方式由球轴承10支撑穿插位于支撑盘的中央孔部4a。向上述旋转部8a的旋转轴7上的安装,是将伺服马达8放置在位于旋转轴7的上端、通过中空销11和螺栓12固定在旋转轴7的座板13上,并与旋转部8a的下端接触,再将其下端通过螺栓14固定在座板13上进行的。
此外,对于向上述固定部8b的支撑盘4一侧的安装,是将伺服马达8收容到在上述孔部4a上面周围立设的支撑台15内进行的。该支撑台15由一个比伺服马达8直径还大的圆筒形基部15a和盖在该基部15a的上部帽状的天井部15b组成,该基部15a立设在依靠螺栓16固定在支撑盘4上的环状座板17上,在该基部15a内部,预先将设有间隔安装有弹簧垫圈18b的多重板18a的连接部件(ジヨイント)18,在预先收容由安装在固定部8a上端的安装板19上的螺栓20连接的伺服马达8后,在基部15a上部被覆天井部15b、由螺栓21固定,连接部件18通过螺栓20与该天井部15b连结。
对于将这种伺服马达8作为旋转驱动源的成形机来说,可以高精度地控制旋转部8a的旋转角度、还能容易地进行角速度的控制,以注塑延伸吹塑成形机为例,对应于注塑成形位置、延伸吹塑成形位置以及离型位置等的配置角度,运送部件6可以在每90°、120°、180°的角度时反复稳固地进行停止旋转。此外,由于伺服马达8的旋转部8a与和运送部件6连结的旋转轴7直接相连,通过伺服马达8,运送部件6可以直接间歇旋转,因为旋转部8a是大直径,可以以比以往还要大的转矩进行运送部件6的间歇旋转。
本发明不但将伺服马达作为旋转驱动源采用,由于不需要变速装置,因此比以往装置在构造上更加简洁化,不但减少了电的消耗量,还可以实现成形机的高速化,保存管理也变容易了。
在图示的实施方式下,支撑盘4通过开关汽缸5可以使导向柱2上上下移动,同时支撑盘4还可以将导向柱2代替为连接杆变为固定的装置。此外,运送部件6也不仅限于旋转盘,只要是有旋转中心的部件无论是什么运送部件的形态都适用。
Claims (1)
1.一种吹塑成形机的旋转运送装置,包括:支撑盘,在机台的基盘上方空出作业空间而与该基盘并列设置;运送部件,与贯穿该支撑盘中央部的旋转轴下端部一体连结,被设置在支撑盘的与作业空间相邻的下表面上,且与该旋转轴一起旋转自如;移送部件的驱动装置,设置在支撑盘的上表面中央部,将旋转部连结在上述旋转轴上,其特征在于,将在大直径的旋转部内部设有固定部的伺服马达做为上述驱动装置;将上述伺服马达收容在基部为圆筒形且具有天井部的支撑台的内部,该基部立设在支撑盘中央部的孔部的上面周围;将上述大直径的旋转部直接安装在大直径的上述旋转轴上端,上述旋转轴在支撑盘中央部的孔部中由轴承支承;通过连接部件将上述固定部安装在上述天井部上,将伺服马达设置在支撑盘上;通过上述伺服马达的大直径的旋转部,能够以大转矩使运送部件直接地旋转。
