Abstract
一种应用于电摄影印制机的感光带驱动装置,其中由光信号扫描连续运动的感光带,因而在要施加显影液的感光带上形成一潜像。感光带驱动装置包括一光传感器、一控制器和一步进电机。光传感器安装在靠近扫描区后端的位置,用于当光信号完全扫描了感光带的一个单位扫描线时产生一脉冲信号。控制器处理光传感器的脉冲信号以产生一驱动脉冲信号。当控制器的驱动脉冲信号输入步进电机时,步进电机即旋转预定角度以驱动感光带。
Description
本发明涉及一种静电印制机的感光带驱动装置,特别是用作计算机的激光打印机、复印机或类似装置的静电印制机的感光带驱动装置。
通常,静电印制机的重要原理是由光信号扫描连续运动的感光带,从而在要施加显影液的感光带上形成一潜像。例如,在充有600V电压的感光带表面,由光信号扫描的亮点的电压降为150V,因此形成一静电潜像。
图1说明传统静电印制机的示意图。参照图1,打印机10包括一绕一主动辊11、一牵引辊12、导向辊13等运动并由其支承的感光带14;至少一个显影装置15;及一转动辊17。
感光带的整个表面充有600V的电压。一安装在邻近于显影装置15的位置的激光扫描装置20利用激光束扫描感光带14的表面。相应地,扫描点的电压降至150V,因此形成一静电潜像。
根据颜色的数量,如黑色、黄色、蓝绿色、深红色等,可使用多个显影装置15。在此,激光扫描装置20的数量与显影装置15的一样。各显影装置15均被提供相应的彩色显影剂。显影剂由显影辊15a作用于感光带14表面上形成静电潜像的各点上。
作用于感光带14上的显影剂T经由转印辊17转印到打印纸19上。在此,打印纸19在转印辊17和压辊18之间穿过。辅助辊16辅助显影辊15a和转印辊17的作用。
在上述的静电印制机中,一DC(直流)电机用于以恒速驱动感光带14。参照图2,一传统的感光带驱动装置包括一直流电机(DM)23、一测速计(TM)24、一微处理器21和一驱动器22。直流电机23经由主动辊11(图1)驱动感光带14(图1)。测速计24产生一与直流电机23的转速成正比的速度信号。微处理器21将从测速计24输入的速度信号与预置的速度信号相比较并向驱动器22输出修改的速度信号,即速度控制信号。驱动器22将根据微处理器21的速度控制信号调整的驱动电压作用于直流电机23。因此,由于直流电机23以预定速度旋转,感光带14以恒速驱动。
当感光带14如上所述简单地以恒速被驱动时,不完全扫描的可能性较高。换句话说,即使在激光扫描装置20的光信号还未完全扫描完感光带14的一个单位扫描线时,感光带14可能已移开。因此,这就成为降低印制机的印制质量的因素。此外,由于直流电机23应被准确地驱动,因此需要反馈控制并且装置的驱动回路和算法复杂。
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种电摄影式印制机的感光带驱动装置,以使感光带以光信号完全扫描完感光带的单位扫描线的方式运动。
为实现上述目的,本发明的感光带驱动装置应用于电摄影式印制机中,其中由光信号扫描连续运动的感光带,从而在要施加显影液的感光带上形成一潜像。感光带驱动装置包括一光传感器、一控制器和一步进电机。光传感器安装在靠近扫描区的后端的位置,用于每当光信号完全扫描了感光带的单位扫描线时就产生一脉冲信号。控制器处理光传感器的脉冲信号以产生一驱动脉冲信号。每当控制器的驱动脉冲信号作用于步进电机时,步进电机即旋转一预定角度以驱动感光带。
在本发明的感光带驱动装置中,由于每当感光带的单位扫描线被完全扫描时,步进电机就旋转一预定角度,因此感光带在光信号完全扫描了感光带的单位扫描线的状态下运动一单位距离。
优选地,控制器包括一微处理器和一驱动器。微处理器处理光传感器的脉冲信号以产生一速度控制信号。驱动器根据微处理器的速度控制信号产生驱动脉冲信号。

参照图3,本发明的感光带驱动装置包括一光传感器(S)34、一控制器31和32及一步进电机(SM)33。每当激光扫描装置20(图1)的激光信号完全扫描了感光带14(图1)的一个单位扫描线时,光传感器34产生一脉冲信号。控制器31和32处理光传感器34的脉冲信号以产生一驱动脉冲信号。当控制器31和32的驱动脉冲信号作用于步进电机33时,步进电机33即旋转预定角度以驱动感光带14。
控制器31和32包括一微处理器31和一驱动器32。微处理器31处理光传感器34的脉冲信号以产生一速度控制信号。驱动器32根据微处理器31的速度控制信号产生一驱动脉冲电压。
参照图1和3至5描述本发明的感光带驱动装置的运行。
光传感器34安装在靠近激光扫描装置20的扫描区的后端的位置(请参照图4)。因此,当激光扫描装置20的激光信号完全扫描了感光带14的一个单位扫描线时,即由光传感器34产生脉冲信号。光传感器34的脉冲信号输入微处理器31以供处理。微处理器31把输入脉冲信号的波动形式变成预置形式,并根据这一波把速度控制信号输入驱动器32。驱动器32根据微处理器31的速度控制信号输出驱动脉冲电压,并使步进电机33旋转预定角度。步进电机33和主动辊11的轴由一柔性联轴器51联连接(请参见图5)。因此,当主动辊11由步进电机33转动时,感光带14运动一单位距离。
上述过程是连续重复的。由于当感光带14的一个单位扫描线被完全扫描时,步进电机33旋转一预定角度,感光带14在激光信号完全扫描了感光带14的一个单位扫描线时运动一单位距离。因此,由于使用了光传感器34和步进电机33,前馈(feedforward)控制是可能的,相应地简化了驱动回路和算法。
另一方面,在设有多个显影装置15和相应的激光扫描装置20的打印机中,各光传感器34可安装在靠近各激光扫描装置20的扫描区的后端的位置。在此情况下,当所有光传感器34的脉冲信号输入控制器31和32时,控制器31和32控制步进电机33旋转一预定角度。
如上所述,在本发明的电摄影印制机的感光带驱动装置中,由于感光带在光信号完全扫描了感光带的一个单位扫描线时才运动,因此不仅提高了打印图像的质量,而且简化了驱动回路和算法。
本发明并不限于上述实施例,因此可由本领域的技术人员进行各种修改、变形或改进。
Claims (3)
1.一种电摄影式印制机的感光带驱动装置,其中由光信号扫描连续运动的感光带,因此在要施加显影液的感光带上形成一潜像,该装置包括:
一光传感器,安装在靠近扫描区后端的位置,用于当光信号完全扫描了感光带的一个单位扫描线时即产生一脉冲信号;
一控制器,用于处理光传感器的脉冲信号以产生一驱动脉冲信号;及
一步进电机,当控制器的驱动脉冲信号输入其中时,即旋转一预定角度以驱动感光带。
2.如权利要求1所述的电摄影印制机的感光带驱动装置,其特征在于,控制器包括:
一微处理器,用于处理光传感器的脉冲信号以产生一速度控制信号;及
一驱动器,用于根据微处理器的速度控制信号产生一驱动脉冲信号。
3.如权利要求1所述的电摄影式印制机的感光带驱动装置,其特征在于,光信号是由激光扫描装置产生的激光信号。
