Abstract

Description
本发明广义地涉及用于粘滞材料,特别是填隙料的分配匣,特别涉及用于这种匣的活塞。
当要填充隙料匣时,一般的作法是在匣被装满了所述填隙物质之后藉助插入一模制的塑胶活塞来关闭所述匣。在此操作期间,不要在所述匣中夹杂空气是所想要的,对此目前已有数种方法被使用。真空可被用来在插入所述活塞之前将空气从所述匣中抽出。此方法是有效的,但很花时间。一种替代的方法是使用一被插入到所述匣壁与所述活塞之间的销或锄头状的装置来产生一暂时的通道,空气可在所述活塞被插入时经由所述通道逸出。因为所述填料污染的关系,此操作需要经常被停止以清洁所述销或锄状物。一第三种方法尝试于插入期间将所述匣或活塞变形藉此产生一可供被夹带的空气用之逃逸路径。此方法可以有效地除去大部分空气,但经常无法让所有夹带的空气逸出。
一种新近的进步涉及了在匣壁或活塞壁上设置纵向脊状物。这些脊状物的功能很像销或锄状物的方法,其是在匣与活塞之间产生一空气逃逸的通道。然而,如果所述材料是需要被保护以在所述匣内提供一合理的强度或产品寿命,则所述脊状物必须不能延伸经过所述活塞的全长。因此,其结果是必须在延长产品寿命与完全逸出所夹带的空气之间取得一妥协。
本发明的一主要目的在于将空气从所述匣中完全散逸,同时还能可靠地密封住匣内物件,以防受到会造成过早干硬及减短产品寿命的空气污染。
同样重要的是,空气的散逸是自动完成的,并且是本发明的独特活塞的插入及定位的正常结果,且不需要辅助的设备或程序。
为了要达到这些目的,同样很重要的是,实质上的经济效益是由于以下两原因而实现的:活塞的形成,所述活塞基本上是以与形成传统活塞的方法相同的方式模制而成的一体式产品;使用方式,特别是在活塞与内装材料以气密方式进行最初装设及定位中的使用方式。
本发明的活塞最好是一单件式模制的合成橡胶材料,具有一被设计成在所述活塞被一适当的推件组件向前驱动时,与所述材料接触并强迫挤出所述材料的前导面或底板。所述活塞包括一圆形的本体壁,其与所述匣的内表面成密封式导引接触;一介于所述底板与环绕在所述活塞圆周上周壁之间的倾斜或圆锥的区段。所述圆锥段亦与在所述匣内的材料接触,在其圆周隔开的位置上设有一连串的排气开口,并在所述活塞朝向所述材料前进时允许空气自由地排出。每一排气开口设有一体式阀瓣,其藉由一活动铰链与所述开口的最下缘相结合并向上且向外地弯角离开所述开口,用以使其周围的空气经由所述开口自由流出。每一阀瓣的正常或停置位置为其远离对应开口的开启位置。只要在所述活塞向内移动时,所述阀瓣没有遇到比气体流还大的阻力,则其会维持此位置。事实上,提供多个开口的目的之一即是要确保不会有足以移动阀瓣的气压累积。
当遇到比排出气体流还大的向内移动阻力时,亦即遇到了被包围的分配材料时,所述材料的粘性实质上大于任何最小的粘性或空气阻力,所述阀瓣会绕着所述活动铰链枢转,克服所述材料的固有记忆及移动阻力,用以关闭开口。以此方式,即不会有任何的材料从排气开口逸出。同等重要的是,所述材料将被密封以与空气隔离用以保存所述材料的本质,防止过早的硬化并延长产品寿命。为了要提供一有效的密封,每一阀瓣包括一楔形的外形,其可有效地嵌合于开口内,且在压力升高时逐渐密封开口的周边。
本发明的进一步的特征、目的及优点将从下文的具体描述中有所了解。
图1是本发明活塞的底部立体图,它示出了几个形成于所述活塞上的多个排气口;为了举例的目的,一个开口被显示打开而其它的则是关闭的;
图2是通过所述活塞的一剖面的详细图,其中一阀瓣是在其打开的位置;
图3是与图2相似的详细剖面图,其中所述阀瓣是在其关闭的位置;
图4是当所述活塞往前进以排出空气时,通过一匣的详细剖面图;及

现请具体参阅各附图,本发明的活塞10最好是形成为由一适当的合成橡胶材料所制成的一单一组件,它包括圆筒形本体壁12,其适于与一匣体14的内表面成滑动接触并提供一有效的密封。
所述活塞还包括一前导面或端板16,其直径小于由所述活塞壁12所界定的直径并藉由一环形圆锥段18而一体地与壁12的下缘结合。所述面板16可根据将被分配的材料20、所述活塞定位机构和用来向前驱动所述活塞并挤出所述材料的推件组件的本质而呈任何适当的形状。
当活塞最初被插入一装满的匣内时,重要的是将被局限于所述匣的前导面板16与所述材料之间的空气适当且完全地排出。为此目的,一连串的排气口22被周边地设在所述圆锥段18的周围。虽然并不是特别地实用,但可提供一或两个相对较大的开口。然而,最好是有多个开口用以平衡气流,并将空气压力降至最低。例如,可提供八个等间距的开口22,每一开口都沿着一约13°的圆弧延伸。这些开口大致上为矩形或是具有下缘24的梯形,所述缘最接近底板16,且稍微比位于所述圆筒形壁12下缘内侧上的上缘26来的短。这些边缘及相对侧的边缘最好是朝内切去下部。
开口22,特别是由多个开口22所界定的组合流动区为被截空气提供了一有效的排出路径,如图4所示,其中空气的移动由箭头方向界定。然而,当活塞10与将待分配的材料20接触时,这些开口22被关闭是很重要的。为此,每一开口22均设有一阀瓣28,所述阀前藉助一活动铰链28而一形地形成有一圆锥段18,所述活动铰链沿着开口22的下缘24与之共同延伸。每一阀瓣28在其停置位置,即在没有足够外部压力作用下将其相对于对应开口22移动至一密封位置,相对于对应开口22向下及向外延伸,以允许所需要的自由流动的空气排出。只有在空气完全排出,且阀瓣与所述待分配且粘性较大的材料20接触时,足够的压力才会作用于阀瓣28上,以将这些阀瓣28移动至开口22内部的关闭位置,因而能防止材料20被排出并能在所述匣管14内使所述材料气密密封。
注意这些阀瓣28的细节,将可看到:这些阀瓣28在其打开的位置时,其是朝内偏离活塞侧壁12的外表面以避免对匣管14的内表面发生干扰,或在所述活塞在所述匣管内移动时避免对所述侧壁与此内表面的密封作用发生干扰。
为了要对每一开口22提供一高效率的密封,阀瓣28皆为一楔形的形状,其具有一比各开口稍大的外表面,一由上及下弯角或倾斜的面34及36所界定的向内指向的本体,以及,如果需要,同样倾斜的侧面38,其在阀瓣移动至开口内的一完全就位(seated)的位置时,以一楔形的方式与对应开口22之边缘以一种逐渐紧密及更有效的密封方式啮合。特别请参阅图3,可见到的是,每一阀瓣的向内运动都受到限制,阀瓣的所述完全就位的位置是由一远离所述活动铰链30沿所述阀瓣的28自由缘的唇部40所定。此唇部40延伸超过上倾斜面34,以便能如所示那样确定一止动肩部42,并将叠置在位于开口22正上方的圆锥段18上。在阀瓣完全就位时,所述匣管被有效地密封,且最初被夹带的空气完全被排出,且所述分配材料被有效地与环境空气隔开。
从前述的说明中,应予理解的是,本发明的活塞是独特的,因其能以一简单却非常不同的方式来有效地排出被夹带的空气,并随后能将匣内物气密地加以密封,且不必使用也不需要除了其结构本身是一体模制的活塞之外的其它装置。
前述说明只是为了举例说明本发明的特征,其明显的变化可为本技术领域的熟练人员所思及,例如在开口及阀瓣的特定形状上的变化应认为是在本发明的范围及下面的权利要求书范围之内。
Claims (15)
1.一种在对容纳于一分配管内的粘性材料进行分配中使用的自行排气活塞,所述活塞包括一前导板;一周壁,其与所述前导面板一体并从该处向后延伸;至少一排气开口,其穿设在所述活塞上且在所述周壁之前,并界定一通过所述活塞的空气路径,以便所述活塞在所述分配管内、朝内被容纳的粘性材料向内移动时,能自由地排出空气;以及一阀瓣,其安装于所述活塞上,并可移动于一远离所述至少一排气开口用以让空气自由流动通过所述至少一排气开口的向前打开位置,所述阀瓣能选择性地移动至一第二闭合位置,所述活塞向内移动所遇到的阻力大于空气流时,会关闭所述至少一排气开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的自行排气活塞,其特征在于,所述阀瓣藉由一活动铰链而与所述活塞成为一体,所述活动铰链具有一保持所述阀瓣远离所述排气开口的固有记忆,直到所述活塞的前进移动遇到一预定阻力为止。
3.如权利要求2所述的自行排气活塞,其特征在于,所述活塞包括一圆锥段,它一体地形成在前导面板与周壁之间,至少一排气开口及所述阀瓣形成在所述圆锥段之内所述前导面板的后面及在所述周壁所界定的周围边界之内。
4.如权利要求3所述的自行排气活塞,其特征在于,至少一排气开口包括多个相同的开口,它们位于环绕所述圆锥段、圆周间隔开的点上,每一开口具有一与其相关且与所述第一次提及的阀瓣相同的阀瓣。
5.如权利要求4所述的自行排气活塞,其特征在于,每一阀瓣具有一楔形面,其在所述阀瓣移动至所述关闭位置时受迫性地容纳并渐进式地密封于相关的开口内。
6.如权利要求5所述的自行排气活塞,其特征在于,每一阀瓣上还包括唇机构,用以限制阀瓣在一相关的开口内的向内移动。
7.如权利要求2所述的自行排气活塞,其特征在于,所述至少一排气开口包括多个相同的开口,它们位于环绕所述活塞周围、圆周间隔开的点上,每一开口具有一与其相关且与所述第一次提及的阀瓣相同的阀瓣。
8.如权利要求1所述自行排气活塞,其特征在于,所述活塞包括一圆锥段,其一体地形成在前导面板与周壁之间,至少一排气开口及所述阀瓣形成在所述圆锥段之内、所述前导面板的后面及在所述周壁所界定的周围边界之内。
9.如权利要求8所述自行排气活塞,其特征在于,所述至少一排气开口包括多个相同的开口,它们位于环绕所述圆锥段周围、圆周间隔开的点上,每一开口具有一与其相关且与所述第一次提及的阀瓣相同的阀瓣。
10.一种用于分配粘性材料的分配管的排气活塞,所述活塞包括一前导面及一从所述前导面向后延伸的周壁,用以在一分配管内与被向前导引的所述前导面成活塞导引啮合,以进行与一被容纳于管内的粘性材料成分配接触的经选择的移动;一在所述活塞内的排气机构,用以在所述活塞的向前移动期间让空气相对于所述前导面向后流经所述活塞;一阀机构,与所述排气机构相邻以关闭所述排气机构;以及这样一机构,它用来将所述阀机构保持在一远离所述排气机构的开启位置,以允许空气流经所述排气机构,并能用来在遇到一比空气流的力量还大的流动阻力材料时,允许所述阀机构移动至一将所述排气机构关闭的关闭位置。
11.如权利要求10所述排气活塞,其特征在于,所述排气机构包括至少一穿过所述活塞的开口,所述阀机构包括一与所述至少一开口相关连的阀瓣,所述同时用来将所述阀机构保持在一开启位置及允许所述阀机构移动至一关闭位置的机构包括一活动铰链,将所述阀瓣与所述活塞作一体的结合,并具有一将所述阀瓣保持在所述开启的位置的固有记忆,并能使所述阀瓣依据所遭遇到对于所述活塞的前进移动阻力而选择性移动至所述关闭位置。
12.如权利要求11所述的排气活塞,其特征在于,所述活塞包括一圆锥段,它介于所述前导面与所述周壁之间,至少一开口及所述阀瓣是形成于所述圆锥段之内。
13.如权利要求12所述的排气活塞,其特征在于,所述阀瓣包括一楔形面,其渐进式地与所述开口接触并在所述关闭位置将所述开口密封。
14.如权利要求13所述的排气活塞,其特征在于,至少一开口包括多个在所述圆锥段周围、圆周向间隔开来的点上的开口,以及相同的阀瓣,一个阀瓣对应一个开口且藉一活动铰链与所述活塞一体地结合。
15.如权利要求12所述的排气活塞,其特征在于,至少一开口包括多个在所述活塞周围、圆周向间隔开来的点上的开口,以及相同的阀瓣,一个阀瓣对应一个开口且藉由一活动铰链与所述活塞一体地结合。
