Abstract

一种体液吸收用品,它在限制生理用卫生巾等体液吸收用品的顶片的与皮肤接触表面上的体液无限制地扩散的同时,使体液迅速被引入体液吸收物品内。该体液吸收物品的顶片1由亲水性·热塑性合成树脂薄膜或无纺纤维片制成并形成导液孔6的片料基材(7)和在该基材(7)上形成的絮凝物加工层8构成。

Description

体液吸收物品
本发明涉及体液吸收用品,尤其涉及吸收妇女经血的一次性卫生巾或垫、失禁病人用垫、褥垫、外科手术用罩单、尿布等。
现有的卫生巾、一次性尿布等体液吸收用品一般由透液体的顶片、不透液体的底片和配置在上述两片之间的吸湿芯构成。作为上述顶片,在特公昭57-17081,特开平2-193663,特开平6-78949等文献中公开了具有用于导液的若干开孔或毛细管的无纺纤维片或合成树脂薄漠,具有同样的孔或毛细管并与合成树脂薄膜成一体位于该表面上的无纺布叠层。
上述公知的顶片既有优点也有缺点,例如它存在以下缺点:即在以无纺布为原料的顶片上由于体液滞留而使穿用者感到不舒服,另一方面,由于纤维的取向使体液在毛细管的作用下沿片的表面扩散而成为体液漏出的原因。对于以合成树脂片为原料的顶片,因合成树脂具有特有的光泽,使穿用者产生光滑感、冷感(ひんゃり感),由于紧贴皮肤,在皮肤与顶片之间不能产生透气间隙。对于以合成树脂薄膜与成一体位于其表面上的无纺纤维片的叠层片为原料的顶片,虽然提高了刚性,但也增加了成本。
本发明的目的是在克服上述缺陷的同时提供可以将体液迅速导入吸湿物品内的吸湿用品。
本发明涉及体液吸收用品的改进,上述体液吸收用品包括与皮肤接触的表面、与该表面相背的不与皮肤接触的表面和在上述两面之间贯通并沿上述两表面方向隔开排列的许多导液孔的顶片。
所涉及的经改进的本发明的基本结构的特征在于:上述顶片由片料基材和成一体地放置在上述片料基材表面上并形成上述与皮肤接触的面的絮凝物加工层构成。
所涉及经改进的本发明的另一基本结构包括在上述顶片的不与皮肤接触的表面上配置的体液吸收扩散片,该体液吸收扩散片由具有亲水性的第二无纺纤维片基材和在该第二无纺纤维片基材的上述顶片的不与皮肤接触的表面一侧的上面成一体配置并具有亲水性的第二絮凝物加工层构成。
图1是作为本发明涉及的吸收用品的一个例子的生理用卫生巾的与皮肤接触的表面的斜视图;
图2是上述物品的顶片一部分的放大剖面图;
图3是表示上述顶片的另一实施例的一部分的放大剖面图;
图4是上述顶片和体液吸收扩散片的局部放大剖面图;图5A是絮凝物加工层的短纤维(絮凝物、绒毛)前端部一弯曲例的侧面图。图5B是絮凝物加工层的短纤维(絮凝物、绒毛)前端部另一弯曲例的侧面图。
下面以生理用卫生巾为例说明本发明涉及的体液吸收物品的实施例。
图1是生理用卫生巾的与皮肤接触的表面的斜视图。卫生巾由透液体的顶片1、不透液体的底片2、和夹在上述两片之间的吸湿芯3构成。顶片1覆盖底片2和吸湿芯3的全部,在卫生巾长度方向两端部结合,保持卫生巾的形状。
图2是顶片的放大剖面图。顶片1具有与皮肤接触的表面4、与上述表面相背的不与皮肤接触的面5和许多导液孔6。更具体地说,顶片1由片料基材7、絮凝物加工层8构成。片料基材7具有贯通其内表面9、10之间并沿这两个面的方向按给定距离排列的若干导液孔6,絮凝物加工层8通过在片料基材7的表面9上涂敷的粘接剂层11成一体地配置在基材表面上,形成与皮肤接触的面4。
片料基材7由热融性合成树脂薄膜构成。虽然从成本上考虑上述合成树脂最好用聚乙烯、聚丙烯等低密度聚烯烃系薄膜,但亦可用聚酯系,聚酰胺系、EVA系、尼龙系薄膜。上述薄膜的厚度通常为7~30μ。
也可用由热塑性合成纤维构成的无纺纤维片作片料基材7以代替上述合成树脂薄膜。例如可以将由上述合成树脂作为原料的纤维构成的熔喷、粘接束紧、针刺孔、热接合、纺粘结合、化学结合的无纺布作上述无纺纤维片。通常这些无纺纤维片的目付(日本织物单位面积重量)为10~35g/m2,密度为0.15~1.25g/cm3.,纤度为0.3~10旦尼尔。另外,也可用低融点树脂成分和高融点树脂成分的芯鞘型或并列型的共轭纤维作为上述无纺纤维片。
从迅速传输液体方面考虑,上述合成树脂薄膜和无纺纤维片最好具有亲水性,为此,作为上述合成树脂薄膜和无纺纤维片的原料的合成树脂含有公知的亲水剂,或最好在上述薄膜或无纺纤维片上或纤维表面上涂敷亲水剂。除用公知的聚乙烯乙二醇等亲水剂外,也可用CMC、PVA等树脂。
如图所示,导液孔6最好形成从里面10延伸出的前端细的毛细管12。从使体液在毛细管作用下迅速导入吸湿芯3中考虑,毛细管12基部开口的直径为0.15~6mm,前端部开口直径为0.1~2.5mm,每1cm2有5~150个孔,从尽可能防止变成阻碍体液导入的弯曲等变形而言,孔的高度最好为0.05~1.5mm。
絮凝物加工层8由作为絮凝物(绒毛)的许多疏水性短纤维13构成。短纤维13通过粘接剂层11对着片料基片7的表面9几乎垂直地植入。通常短纤维13的长度为0.3~1.5mm,纤度为0.3~2旦尼尔,目付为8~15g/m2。短纤维13也可如图5(A)(B)所示那样前端部弯曲,这种形状例如可以通过将加热体压在纤维的端部而形成。另外,也可用有孔粒状体代替短纤维13(图中未示出)。
图3是顶片的另一实施例的局部放大剖面图。在该实施例中,絮凝物加工层8加在片料基材7的表面9、即形成有导液孔6的上面开口14的突条表面上,也在导液孔6、即毛细管12的内侧面15上形成。但内侧面15上的短纤维(絮凝物、绒毛)13a具有亲水性,并向毛细管12前端16侧倾斜。短纤维13a的亲水性由与作为上述亲水剂的活性剂同样的活性剂产生的。
图4是顶片和体液吸收扩散片的一部分放大剖面图,在该实施例中,在顶片1密接在毛细管12的前端16的状态下配置体液吸收扩散片17。体液吸收扩散片17由具有亲水性的无纺纤维片基材18和成一体地为在其上面并具有亲水性的絮凝加工层19构成。可以用具有与作为上述片料基材7的原料的上述无纺纤维片几乎同样的热塑性纤维及其片形材料作为上述无纺纤维片基材18。絮凝加工层19的构成,除通过粘接剂层20对着无纺纤维片基材18的上面几乎垂直地植上的亲水性短纤维(絮凝物、绒毛)21在纤维长度尺寸比上述短纤维13大外,与上述絮凝物加工层8的构成相同。但该无纺纤维片基材18应具备使体液遍及宽广范围地供给吸湿芯的功能,所以在亲水程度方面最好比作为上述基材7的原料的上述无纺纤维片更高一些。
虽然图中未示出,但顶片1和体液吸收扩散片17最好在沿上述两片的表面方向进行加热的状态下通过针刺压花处理间隔地熔接成一体。
絮凝物加工层8、19可以利用静电絮凝加工法等公知的絮凝加工法及有关装置完成。在本发明的絮凝加工工序中,可以采用例如在紫外线处理下容易干燥固化的硅系中的紫外线固化系树脂作为用于粘接层11、20的粘接剂层。
获得具有导液孔6的片料基材7的方法可以是公知方法中的例如上面已经描述的方法。另外,为了获得与图2中所示的实施例有关的顶片1例如也可以在片料基材7上形成导液孔6之后形成絮凝物加工层8。为了获得与图3中所示的实施例有关的顶片1,例如也可以在片料基材7上形成絮凝物加工层8后,再使上述有絮凝物加工层的片料基材通过配置有尖角锥形的凸齿的辊和为了与上述凸齿啮合而配置有凹齿的辊之间形成导液孔6,使导液孔6内侧面上形成的纤维13a倒向上述凸齿的作用方向,同时也可以将凸齿预先涂敷公知亲水剂转动到毛细管12的内侧面上的纤维13a上。
本发明的吸收用品,因絮凝物加工层放置在顶片的与皮肤接触的面上,所以从外观、触感和与皮肤接触的面和穿用者皮肤之间的通气性方面都显示出优越性。因为絮凝物(绒毛)是对着皮肤接触面几乎垂直植入,所以可以迫使排泄在与皮肤接触的面上的体液沿皮肤接触片扩散,并且不从物品外周缘漏出。在导液孔具有亲水性的情况下,在与皮肤接触的面上的体液都能迅速地向导液孔6,并被吸引到物品内。
在导液孔内的絮凝物(绒毛)倒向其前端侧的情况下,可以促进体液的导入,当然,在导液孔为毛细管的情况下,能进一步促进体液导入。
除上述顶片外,若在顶片下面配置体液吸收扩散片,则可以进一步促进体液迅速被吸收到物品内。
在上述顶片和体液扩散片成一体的情况下,可以防止作为导液孔的毛细管变形,从而不致于因变形而使体液导入出现障碍。

Claims (17)

1.一种体液吸收物品,该物品包括具有与皮肤接触的面、与该皮肤接触面相背的不与皮肤接触的面和在上述两面之间贯通并沿上述两面方向间隔地配置许多导液孔的顶片,其特征在于:
上述顶片由片料基材和在该基材的表面上成一体配置以便形成上述皮肤接触面的絮凝物加工层构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,上述片料基材是热塑性合成树脂薄膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,上述片料基材是含热塑性合成纤维的无纺纤维片。
4.如权利要求2所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,上述热塑性合成树脂薄膜具有亲水性。
5.如权利要求3所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,热塑性合成纤维具有亲水性。
6.如权利要求1所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,上述絮凝物加工层含有疏水性短纤维。
7.如权利要求6所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,上述疏水性短纤维的纤维长为0.3~1.5mm,纤度为0.3~2旦尼尔,坪量为8~15g/m2
8.如权利要求1所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,上述导液孔形成从上述不与皮肤接触的表面延伸出的毛细管。
9.如权利要求1所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,上述絮凝物加工层也在上述毛细管内侧面上形成。
10.如权利要求9所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,形成在上述毛细管内侧的絮凝物加工层的短纤维具有亲水性。
11.如权利要求9或10所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,形成在上述毛细管内侧面上的絮凝物加工层的短纤维倒向上述导液管的前端侧。
12.如权利要求1或9所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,包括在上述顶片的不与皮肤接触的面上配置的体液吸收扩散片,该体液吸收扩散片由具有亲水性的第二无纺纤维片基材、和在上述第二无纺纤维片基材的上述顶片的不与皮肤接触的表面上一体放置并具有亲水性的第二絮凝物加工层构成。
13.如权利要求12所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,形成上述第二絮凝物加工层的短纤维的纤维长度比形成在上述顶片上的絮凝物加工层的短纤维长度更长。
14.如权利要求12所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,上述第二无纺纤维片基材含有热塑性纤维。
15.如权利要求12所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,形成上述第二絮凝物加工层的短纤维是具有亲水性的热塑性合成纤维。
16.如权利要求12所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,上述导液孔形成从上述不与皮肤接触的面上延伸出的毛细管。
17.如权利要求14或15所述的体液吸收物品,其特征在于,上述顶片和上述体液吸收扩散片在沿上述面的方向上间隔地熔融成一体。
