Abstract

本发明的目的在于使一次性体液吸收用品的接触皮肤侧的性能提高并限制对皮肤的润湿。在用透液的顶片覆盖吸湿芯接触皮肤侧的一次性体液吸收用品中,顶片包括纤度为0.02~0.04d的热熔合成纤维互相结合的疏水性上层,位于上层下面、纤度为1.0~2.5d的热熔合成纤维互相结合的中间层,位于中间层下面、纤度为3~6d的热熔性合成纤维相互结合的亲水性下层;在上层、中间层上形成使上述各层贯通并开口在上层上面的凹部,下层构成凹部的底部。

Description

一次性使用的体液吸收用品
技术领域
本发明涉及一次性使用的尿布和生理上需用的卫生巾等一次性使用的体液吸收用品。
背景技术
在上述用品上使用具有许多孔隙的顶片是公知的。例如在特开昭61-176346号公报中公开的体液吸收用品的顶片是具有孔隙的无纺布,该无纺布由纤维直径为10μm(约0.04d)以下的非常细的热熔性纤维制成,上述孔隙的孔隙率为10~50%,孔隙最小直径在0.3~2mm范围内。这些孔是通过使高速水流作用在具有开孔形成要素的支持体上的纤维网上、或通过将加热的钉刺入无孔的无纺布上形成的。
在上述公报中还记载把由亲水性纤维构成的纤维层结合到由疏水性纤维构成的顶片的里面的方案。
上述现有的纤维直径为10μm以下的热熔纤维及其无纺布通常为公知的熔喷纤维和熔喷无纺布。因为熔喷纤维非常柔软,所以用这种纤维制成的无纺布与皮肤接触良好,但因为这种纤维的刚性低,由其制成的无纺布太薄,缺少软垫特性,这是它用作合适的吸收用品的顶片的不足之处。因此,如上所述,使用这类无纺布作为吸收用品的顶片时,如果在这种顶片的与底面材料结合的纤维层和顶片的需与吸湿芯接触的纤维中选择具有足够软垫特性的材料,往往也难于产生顶片与皮肤接触良好的效果。作为获得这种软垫特性的一种手段,虽可以用纤度3d以上的合成纤维接合在顶片的里面,但熔喷纤维无纺布的表面与如此粗的纤维越充分交联就越不易起绒毛,所以在使两者结合时必须一边使用大量粘接剂,一边在相当高的温度和压力下进行压花加工,进行这些处理也是使顶片与皮肤接触感变差的原因。
发明内容
鉴于上述情况,本发明的目的是使用非常细的合成纤维的吸收用品的顶片具有柔软的皮肤接触感和高的软垫性。
为了完成上述任务,本发明的上述用品是用透液的顶片覆盖在吸湿芯材料的靠近皮肤侧的一次性体液吸收用品。在此前提下,本发明的特征在于:上述顶片包括纤度为0.02~0.04d的热熔性合成纤维互相结合的疏水性的上层、位于该上层下面的纤度为1.0~2.5d的热塑性合成纤维互相结合的疏水性中间层、位于中间层下面的纤度为3~6d的热熔性纤维互相结合的亲水性的下层,上述上层的上面由疏水性纤维相当密集重叠形成的基本上不透体液的皮肤接触区和面积在1.0~2.0mm2范围,几乎或全部不存在疏水性纤维的开口区构成,在上述开口区的下方形成使上层和中间层从该开口延伸贯通、并由上述下层覆盖下端部的凹部,上述上层、中间层、下层通过使这三层纤维层之间互相构成的纤维结合形成一体。
另外,在上述开口的周缘,上述上层和/或中间层的构成纤维可以是沿上述开口的周边方向延伸。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图以一次性尿布为例说明本发明涉及的一次性体液吸收用品。
图1中用局部剖视的平面图表示的尿布1由透液的顶片材料2、不透液的底片材料3和位于顶片与底片之间的吸湿芯4构成。尿布1具有前腰围区(前体)6、和后腰围区(后体)7和位于前腰围区6和后腰围区7之间的裆区8。裆区8的左右两侧向内侧弯曲形成腿边缘9。顶片材料2和底片材料3在从吸湿芯4的周边延伸出的部分互相结合。在腿边缘9和后腰围区7的端缘11的各自内侧上,腿边缘弹性部件12和腰弹性部件13至少在伸长状态与顶片2和底片3中至少之一结合。条形固定件16安装在后端区7的左右两侧缘14上。
图2是沿图1中II-II线剖切的顶片材料2的端面图。顶片材料2由与皮肤接触的上层21、与吸湿芯4接触的下层22、位于上层21与下层22之间的中间层23构成,在上层21与中间层23之间形成贯通这两层的多个凹部(槽)24,下层22形成凹部24的底部。
上层21是由纤度为0.02~0.04d的聚丙烯纤维互相熔接形成的疏水性熔喷无纺布,面密度约为5~40g/m2
中间层23是由纤度为1.0~2.5d的聚乙烯/聚丙烯的皮芯型复合纤维制成的疏水性网,其面密度为5~40g/m2
上层21和中间层23通过交错构成纤维的机械交联和/或熔接结合。贯通21、23两层的凹部24在上层21的上面(接触皮肤面)27上具有上部开口28,在中间层23的下面31上具有下部开口29。上部开口28的开口面积为1.0~2.0mm2,优选的开口面积为1.3~1.8mm2,对于上面27的开口率为10~50%,最好在15~30%的范围。下部开口29的开口面积为上部开口28的开口面积的50%~120%优选为70%~100%的范围。
下层22是由纤度为3~8d、优选3~6d的聚乙烯/聚丙烯的皮芯型复合纤维制成的亲水性网,其面密度为5~40g/m2
下层22和中间层23通过交错构成纤维熔接结合。
这样构成的顶片2可以通过下层22更紧密地接触吸湿芯4的靠近皮肤侧。在使用绢纸作为吸湿芯4的被覆层的情况下,下层22最好利用热熔性粘接剂等结合手段间断地粘接。
当穿用采用了顶片2的尿布1时,上层21所取得的效果是可以获得在纤度小的纤维上特有的柔软的接触皮肤侧。下层22产生的效果是可以获得富有弹性使皮肤感觉舒适的接触性能。排泄出的尿从凹部24向亲水性的下层22渗透,并被吸湿芯4吸收。可以通过疏水性上层21和23避免出现已吸收的尿向穿用者皮肤逆流的再润湿现象。
形成上层21的熔喷无纺布由于构成纤维的纤度小,缺少刚性,容易成为没有体积的薄片,因此,很难适合用作将穿用者皮肤与已湿润的下层22和吸湿芯4隔开的部件。本尿布1的顶片2是疏水性的,并将此构成上层21的纤维的纤度大的纤维构成的疏水性的中间层23结合在上层21的下面,由于比只有上层21的情况具有更厚的疏水部分,所以可以有效地将皮肤与已润湿的吸湿芯4隔离开。虽然可以将上层21的熔喷无纺布加厚代替中间层23,但这种方案与使用通过精梳机等简单制造的比较厚的纤维网的中间层23的方法相比因成本明显增加而不能实施。中间层23的纤维密度最好高一些,以便可以与上层21结合,也可以与下层22结合,最好使中间层与各层接触的面积大一些。为此,在中间层23上使用比下层22更细的纤维。虽然纤度越小与高刚性的下层22和上层21结合更难,但因为是把中间层23夹在两层21、22之间,所以容易使这两层21、22一体化。为使交错的纤维在各层21、22、23之间接合,可以在对重叠的纤维层加热的同时进行纤维熔接,也可以在向重叠的纤维层喷射高压水的同时使纤维机械交联。用热压花辊处理重合的纤维层是有效的。在图1所示的尿布1的情况下,上层22和中间层23通过若干结合点熔接在一起。各结合点的直径为1~2mm,这些结合点在前后端区6、7的边缘附近按约10mm间隔配置,在裆区8按约18mm间隔配置。在裆区8通过若干熔接结合点将顶片2固定。显然,为了不降低穿用者的舒适感,可以将结合点间隔加大。
除用上述例中的方法获得构成上、下层21、22和中间层23的纤维外还可采用本技术领域中公知的或惯用的方法,作为一个例子,可以在下层22和中间层23上使用卷缩的纤维,这样,既提高了下层22的软垫性能,又可以加厚中间层23。
此外,在上述开口的周缘,上述上层和/或中间层的构成纤维可以是沿着上述开口的周边方向延伸。

Claims (4)

1、一种一次性使用的体液吸收用品,用透液的顶片覆盖吸湿芯的靠近皮肤侧,其特征在于:上述顶片是由纤度为0.02~0.04d的热熔性合成纤维相互结合成的面密度为5~40g/m2的疏水性的上层、位于上层下面的纤度为1.0~2.5d的热塑性合成纤维相互结合成的面密度为5~40g/m2的疏水性的中间层、位于该中间层下面的纤度为3~6d的热熔性合成纤维互相结合成的面密度为5~40g/m2的亲水性的下层构成;
该顶片上形成有贯通上述上层和中间层的凹部,该凹部在上述上层的上面具有上部开口,在中间层的下面具有下部开口,该下部开口被上述下层覆盖,上述上部开口的面积为1.0~2.0mm2,上述上部开口对于上层上面的开口率是10~50%,上述下部开口的开口面积为上述上部开口的开口面积的50~120%;
上述上层、中间层、下层通过在这些层之间相互的构成纤维相接合而成为一体。
2、如权利要求1所述的一次性使用的体液吸收用品,其特征在于上述上层、中间层的双方的构成纤维通过机械性地交联并且熔接。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的一次性使用的体液吸收用品,其特征在于在上述开口的周缘,上述上层和/或中间层的构成纤维沿着前述开口的周边方向延伸。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的一次性使用的体液吸收用品,其特征在于上述中间层、下层的构成纤维处于卷曲状态。
