本发明属于食用米的配制。
现有食用米一般都是单一米种,食用中其营养价值和功能都比较单一。
本发明的目的是研制一种将多种米按一定比例配制混合,使其营养价值和功能都具有综合效果的配方功能米。
本发明由香米、黑米、粘米、大米混合均匀组成,按重量百分比,它们各占如下比例:香米5-15、黑米15-25、粘米25-35、大米35-45。
长期食用本发明的配方米可使内分泌保持平衡,消除神经症,补血益气,补脑健肾,治疗各种疾病引发的贫血。还可预防和抗御癌症的发生。用本发明的米蒸出饭的颜色微红,柔韧耐咀嚼,略有些粘,清香四溢。长年食用还可治疗白发,起到延年益寿的作用。
实施例:本实施例由香米、黑米、粘米、大米混合均匀组成,按重量百分比它们各占如下比例:香米10、黑米20、粘米30、大米40。
