背景技术

冲头61的形状使得环绕小室4的至少一部分焊接区不被切割,从而在小室4和最靠近的小室之间,即下一个小室和上一个小室之间留下至少一个连接点。特别是,冲头61的形状使得在开口5的两侧,在小室开口5上留下两个连接点8和9,以及在对着开口的小室4的一侧留下至少一个连接点10。在小室4成形之前被预热的同一工位上,环绕小室4的至少一部分焊接区被切割和折叠。
闭合确定成形空腔的半模72,从而环绕小室4的已焊接、切割和折叠的片11保留在成形空腔71之内,如图2所示。当成形流体吹入小室4时,可热焊材料被吹送靠到半模72的内壁上,在其本身之内结合了已焊接、切割和折叠的片11,并且形成了一个容器12,具有在其侧壁和底部之内结合的焊接部分13,而不产生向外突出的部分。
在成形之后,得到许多容器12,每个容器具有一个开口5,并且以一条带的形式均保持在一起,具有连接点8,9和10。开口容器的带可用于在充填工位上充填容器。或者是,可以切割连接点8,9和10来得到单个分离的容器。
采用本发明制造方法和设备制造的容器12包括至少一个侧壁、至少一个本体、至少一条焊缝,焊缝至少部分地在侧壁和底部之内延伸。焊缝不突出在容器壁之外。由两个可热焊材料薄膜的两个叠合端片的结合来产生焊缝。在容器壁(特别是侧壁和底壁)的切向平面中,被结合的片一个叠在另一个上。这种焊接片(如图6所示)所在的平面,例如与径向平面比较,能够减少焊缝占据的空间,提供了更好的容器容量。
在另一个未图示的实施例中,环绕小室4的至少第一部分焊接区沿着一个方向折叠,而第二部分沿着另一个方向折叠。特别是,最好是焊接区的第一部分包括在位于容器底部(底部对着具有开口5的一端)的未切割连接点10和位于开口5第一侧上的连接点8之间,以及焊接区的第二部分包括在底部中心上的连接点10和位于与第一侧对着的开口第二侧上的连接点9之间。此时,切割和折叠工位包括两个冲头,沿着相互对着的方向作用,一个在操作上相应于焊接区的第一部分,另一个在操作上相应于焊接区的第二部分。

Claims (11)

1.制造可焊材料容器的一个方法,包括以下阶段:
沿着前进方向(F)供应至少两条相互面对着的可焊接材料带(A和B);
在预定焊接区焊接带(A,B)以产生小室(4);
把每个小室(4)插入成形空腔(71),并且在成形空腔(71)之内膨胀小室(4);
其特征在于:在膨胀小室(4)之前,至少一个小室(4)边上至少一部分焊接区被切割、折叠和插入成形空腔(71)中。
2.如权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:在小室(4)边上至少一部分焊接区没有被切割,从而至少一个连接点(8,9,10)留在一个小室(4)和一个最靠近小室(4)之间。
3.如权利要求2的方法,其特征在于:在上述焊接期间,沿每个小室(4)的边缘具有至少一个开口(5),通过开口(5)喷射成形流体,以便在成形空腔(71)之内膨胀小室(4)。
4.如权利要求3的方法,其特征在于:在开口(5)的相对的两侧,至少两个连接点(8,9)留在开口(5)的附近。
5.如权利要求3或4的方法,其特征在于:至少一个连接点(10)留在对着提供开口(5)侧的小室(4)一侧上。
6.如权利要求中1的方法,其特征在于:在小室(4)边上焊接区的至少第一部分沿着一个方向折叠,以及至少其第二部分沿着其相反方向折叠。
7.如权利要求中1的方法,其特征在于:在小室(4)边上焊接区的至少一部分在工作工位上被切割和折叠,该工位也是预热小室(4)的工位。
8.一种制造可焊接材料容器的设备,包括:
至少一条供应路线(2),沿着它按照前进方向(F)推进至少两条相互面对的可焊接材料带(A和B);
至少一个焊接工位(3),其中在预定焊接区上焊接带(A和B)以产生小室(4);
至少一个成形工位(7),其中每个小室(4)在成形空腔(71)之内膨胀;
其特征在于:它包括至少一个预先设在成形工位(7)上游的切割和折叠工位(6),其中在小室(4)边上的至少一部分焊接区被切割和折叠。
9.如权利要求8的设备,其特征在于:切割和焊接工位(6)包括至少一个可以按指令沿垂直于前进方向的方向(G2)移动的冲头(61),冲头(61)与对着设置的底模(62)配合,来切割和折叠至少部分在小室(4)边上的焊接区。
10.如权利要求9的设备,其特征在于:它包括至少一对预热半模(64),预先设置来加热至少一个小室(4)和位于冲模对(61,62)之内。
11.一种可焊接材料制造的容器(12),包括至少一个侧壁、至少一个底部和至少一条焊接线,焊接线至少部分地在壁内延伸,其特征在于:至少一个壁的两个端片之间的结合而形成焊缝,在与壁相切的平面中,一个片叠合在另一片上。
