Abstract

一个用于软管袋制造机的横缝热封装置(11),具有两个热封工具(31,32),它们安置在位于两个夹具对(12,13;14,15)之间的中间腔(16)中,并且具有平坦的热封表面(33,34),另外还具有一个分割装置(35),用于将由热封工具(31,32)制作的横向缝在纵向上分割开。为了使分割装置(35)免除热封工具(31,32)的热作用,它与热封工具(31,32)分开设置并且可以运动地安置,且在其静止位置时位于热封工具(31,32)之运动空间的外边。为此,在一个夹具(14)中设置一个通口(46),以容纳处于其静止位置的分割装置(35),通过该通口还可伸出一个载有分割刀(35)的臂件(36)。

Description

软管袋制造机的横缝热封装置
本发明涉及一个软管袋制造机的横缝热封装置,具用于制造一种权利要求1所属类型的软管包装袋。
在上述类型的公知软管袋制造机中,首先由一种包装幅料连续地制造一个软管,这个软管总是被向前拉出一个袋长度,然后,在其封住的端部分上被装入一个填充量,随后,这个端部分通过横向缝被分隔开,同时,这个横向缝在刚刚制成的包装袋上构成顶缝并在新的软管端部分上构成一个底缝。通过一个在顶缝和底缝之间的切割工作,将完工的包装袋分割下。所述软管总是被两个分别在横缝位置的上方和下方施加作用的夹具对先在一个上边的位置上夹住,为的是往下(前)拉出一个袋长度并然后将其释放。此后,该横缝热封袋置返回到该上边的位置以便实行一个新的工作周期。横缝热封装置的热封工具是在两个夹具对之间的中间腔中可以作往返运动的。而热封工具的热封表面是通过一个沟槽被中断的,在沟槽中,安装一个分割刀以便在包装袋的顶缝和软管端部分的底缝之间将完工的包装袋切割下。在有些装置中分割刀固装在一个热封工具中,而且已经在热封工具闭合时将软管割断,同时,嵌入一个置可另一热封工具中的沟槽内。在另一个实施方案中,该分割刀可以向前和向后拉伸地置于热封工具的一沟槽内并且具有一个自己的驱动装置。该分割刀在热封过程之后被向前推进,为的是实现将横向缝分割开。
两个公知的横缝热封装置的实施方案具有的缺陷是,该分割刀通过其嵌入到一个热封工具中而被加热到接近热封工具的温度上。同时,通过容纳分割刀的沟槽而将热封表面分割开来,所以会在软管上并在软管包装袋的顶缝和软管端部分的底缝之间留下一个未热合的窄条,其中,存有产品微屑。在挤压这个窄条时,所述产品微屑总会又与被加热的分割刀发生接触,所以它们就固粘在分割刀的热表面上和产生燃烧。这样,燃烧渣子就会干扰将软管包装袋从软管上切割分离的工作。
与此相比,本发明具有权利要求1特征部分的横缝热封装置具有的优点是,产品微屑在软管的横缝区域中是牢固结合的,另一方面,该分割刀具有的温度是不可能使得在该分割刀上的产品微屑发生燃烧的。所以,在本装置运行时获得一个明显的优点是,该分割装置可达到很长的使用寿命。
下面,在附图中描述了本发明的一个实施例并在说明书中对其作详细解释。
该唯一的附图表明了一个在软管袋制造机上的横向缝热封装置横剖图。
在一个使包装袋1成型,填充和封闭的装置之成型管10的下方安置一个横向缝热封装置11。这个横向缝热封装置11最好是可上举和可下降的,为的是可前拉由包装材料幅围绕成型管10所构成的软管2。这和公知的一样,故此不详细描述。该横向缝热封装置11安置在一个支架上,它可分别被向上和向下地移动一个包装袋长度。对此作为优选,该横向缝热封装置还可以是静止的,此时,该软管可被一个软管进给装置进行输送,这同样是公知的。
该横向缝热封装置11具有两个夹具对12,13和14,15。它们通过一个中间腔16而上下间距安置。该夹具12,14及13,15以其端部固定在位于软管2之每侧边的颊部18,19上,而颊部18,19在水平的导引杆21上可被一个未描述的也是公知的线性驱动装置作相对移动以便夹紧该软管2。在夹具12,13;14,15之相互对着的侧壁上安装了弹性的夹紧件以便提高摩擦作用,例如最好是由橡胶制成的股材23,24,25和26,27,它们在夹具对12,13;14,15压缩时,将中间安置的软管2进行平压和固定握持,因此,在上边的夹具对12,13和下边的夹具对14,15之间使得位于中间的软管段3被平直地张紧。
在两个夹具对12,13;14,15之间的中间腔16中,从每侧边各嵌入一个热封工具31,32,它们被一个线性驱动装置可与夹具平行地作相对运动和对着此处被张紧的软管段3挤压以制造一个横向缝。
同样在中间腔16中可以导入一个分割刀35,它在其向前进刀时,将被张紧的并通过热封工具31,32制成一个横向缝的软管段3沿与软管纵向的横向上分割断,同时,该横向缝在纵向长度上被分割成一个位于软管段4上的底缝5和一个位于完工的包装袋1上的顶缝6。该分割刀35被固定在弧形的臂件36上,臂件36本身又被固定在一个角杠杆37的一个臂件38上,而角杠杆37可回转地置于支架43上,其另一臂件39铰接在一个同样可回转地挂置于支架43上的气动工作缸42的活塞杆41上。该支架43借助螺栓44被固定在一个颊部18的底侧面上。该用于分割刀35的驱动装置36-43被安置在支承着左边夹具12,14的颊部件18的下边端部上。此处的下边夹具14具有一个通口46,通过其,该分割刀35可被回拉到其静止位置上,并且将分割刀35带到工作位置的臂件36要贯穿该通口46。一方面,在分割刀35的静止位置上,相邻的热封工具31可无妨碍地进入中间腔16并朝向张紧的软管段3;另一方面,该分割刀35当热封工具31位于其原始位置上时,可以被驱动运行。
该横向缝热封装置11以如上方式工作:在横向缝热封装置11向上运行到上方的接近成型管10的位置时,该夹具12,13,14,15以及热封工具31,32相互分离地驶开,该分割刀35处在静止位置并在夹具14的通口46中。然后在该上边的位置上,首先该夹具12,13;14,15从两侧起,朝软管段4作相对运动,同时,它们将软管段4挤压住,为的是,在两个夹具对12,13和14,15之间构成该软管段3,软管段3将所制作的包装袋1与软管段4分隔开。然后,稍微停顿一下,该两个热封工具31,32就相向驶近,为的是,它们以其平坦的热封表面33,34挤压一个确定宽度的软管段3并通过热量的传递制成一个横向缝。
在一个确定的热封时间以后,该热封工具31,32就回行到其原始位置上。一旦该中间腔16被腾空了,该分割刀35就从通口46中出来朝着在软管段3上制成的横向缝的中央推进,随后又退回。这样,将横向缝在长度上分割开,因此,顶缝6就构成在制造完工的包装袋1上;而底缝5就构成在新的软管段4上。在对底缝和顶缝5,6的热封和分割期间,该软管段4和新的包装袋1被夹具12,13;14,15固持住,而且,该横向缝装置11向下移动一个袋长度,这样,在成型管10上的软管1被向下(前)拉出。然后在该下边的位置上,该夹具12,13;14,15被拉开,将制造完工的包装袋1交出,并且软管4也被释放,而夹具12,13;14,15又被回到上边的位置上。
要补充说明的是,该分割刀35为了在横向缝上实现一个干净的和可容易切入的切割或者实现一个拉伸切割可以具有一个倾斜的,或一个锯齿形的或者另外形式的切割刀。此外,为了快速地冷却横向缝可以在热封工具31,32驶开以后从在上述夹具12,13中的喷嘴48短时间地喷吹冷却空气。该冷却空气通过在夹具12,13中的纵向孔49周期性地输送给喷嘴48。最后,还要指出的是,分割刀35的运动轨道不仅仅是可以设置为弧形的方式,而且可以设置为线性的方式。

Claims (5)

1.用于软管袋制造机的横缝热封装置(11),其具有两对相互可运动和可挤压的夹具(12,13;14,15),在两对夹具之间限定了一个中间腔(16);还具有一对热封工具(31,32),它们嵌置在中间腔(16)中并可从一个原始位置运动到一个热封位置,它们在热封位置时在横向上一起挤压一个软管(2),并同时通过传递压力和热量在要制造的包装袋(1)上制做一个顶缝(6)和在软管端部分(4)上制做一个底缝(5);和具有一个分割装置(35),其在底缝和顶缝(5,6)制做以后,在其间将它包装袋(1)和软管端部分(4)分割开,该分割装置(35)被一个驱动装置(36至42)所操作,其与热封工具(31,32)的驱动装置相分开,其特征在于:
为了制做完工之包装袋(1)的顶缝(6)和软管端部分(4)的底缝(5),热封工具(31,32)的热封表面(33,34)是始终平坦的;该分割装置(35)可从工作位置运动到一个静止位置上,在工作装置时,该分割装置(35)在夹具对(12,13;14,15)之间将软管包装袋(1)与软管端部分(4)分割开;该静止位置位于热封工具(31,32)的运动空间之外边。
2.按权利要求1所述的横缝热封装置,其特征在于:
在一个夹具(14)中设置一个中空腔(46),其容纳处于其静止位置的分割装置(35)。
3.按权利要求2所述的横缝热封装置,其特征在于:
所述中空腔通过一个在夹具(14)中的通口(46)构成,通过该通口(46)以允许一个载有分割装置(35)的臂件(36)运动。
4.按权利要求1-3之一所述的横缝热封装置,其特征在于:
该分割装置被设置成平面的分割刀(35),并且被固定在一个可回转的臂件(36)上。
5.按权利要求4所述的横缝热封装置,其特征在于:
该臂件(36)安置在一个角杠杆(37)上,该角杠杆可被一个线性马达(42)驱动回转。
