Oppfinnelsen angår en innretning til tverrsømforsegling på en slangeposemaskin til fremstilling av posepakninger av en slange som angitt i innledningen til krav 1.1 kjente slangeposemaskiner av denne art blir en bane av pakningsmaterialet først formet til en sammenhengende slange som så trekkes frem en poselengde og med sin endedel lukket blir det fylt i en viss mengde vare, hvoretter denne endedel fradeles med en tverrsøm som i den allerede ferdige posepakning danner en toppsøm og ved den nye endedel av slangen danner en bunnsøm. Med et snitt mellom toppsømmen og bunnsømmen blir den ferdige posepakning fradelt. Slangen blir grepet av to klempakkepar som griper over og under tverrsømstedet i en øvre stilling for å trekke frem en poselengde og så gi denne fri. Deretter går innretningen til tverrsømforsegling til en ny arbeidstakt tilbake i øvre stilling. Forseglingsbakkene i innretningen til tverrsømforsegling er bevegelige frem og tilbake i et mellomrom mellom de to klembakkepar. Forseglingsflatene på forseglingsbakkene er avbrutt med et spor der det er innsatt en delekniv til avskjæring av den ferdige posepakning mellom toppsømmen på denne pakning og bunnsømmen på den neste slangedel. Ved mange innretninger sitter delekniven fast i en av forseglingsbakkene, skjærer gjennom slangen allerede ved lukking av forseglingsbakkene og stikker inn i et spor i den andre forseglingsbakken. Ved en annen utførelsesform er delekniven bevegelig frem og tilbake i et spor i forseglingsbakken og har en egen drivanordning. Etter forseglingen skyves kniven frem slik at avdelingen blir utført ved tverrsømmen.
Begge utførelsesformer av de kjente innretninger til tverrsømforsegling har den ulempe at delekniven, ved at den ligger i en forseglingsbakke, varmes opp tilnærmet til forseglingstemperaturen. Dessuten blir det på slangen, på grunn av oppdelingen av forseglingsflaten på grunn av sporet til opptagelse av delekniven mellom toppsømmen på slangeposepakningen og bunnsømmen på den neste slangedel, tilbake en ikke forseglet smal stripe, og i denne kan det finnes partikler fra varen. Ved gjennomskjæring av denne stripe kommer alltid varepartikler i berøring med den oppvarmede delekniv og de fester på dennes varme overflate og brenner opp. Forbrenningstilstandene fører så til forstyrrelser ved fradelingenav slangeposepakninger fra slangen.
Innretningen til tverrsømforsegling ifølge oppfinnelsen med de karakteristiske trekk som finnes i krav 1 har, sammenlignet med det tidligere kjente, den fordel at for det første blir produktpartikler liggende fast i slangens tverrsømområde og for det annet at deleanordningen har en temperatur som ikke muliggjør fastbrenning av produktpartikler på delekniven. Dermed oppnås ved drift av innretningen den vesentlige fordel at meget lange driftstider blir oppnådd med deleinnretningen.
Et utførelseseksempel på oppfinnelsen er vist på tegningen og blir i det følgende beskrevet nærmere. Den eneste figur viser i snitt en innretning til tverrsømforsegling på en slangeposemaskin.
Under formrøret 10 på en anordning til forming, fylling og lukking av posepakninger 1 er det anbrakt en innretning 11 til tverrsømforsegling. Denne innretning 11 til tverrsømforsegling er fortrinnsvis hev- og senkbar for å trekke frem slangen 2 som er dannet av en bane av pakningsmateriale rundt formrøret 10. Som i og for seg kjent og derfor ikke nærmere beskrevet, er innretningen 11 til tverrsømforsegling anbrakt på en bærer som blir beveget opp og ned en poselengde. Som et alternativ kan innretningen til tverrsømforsegling også være stillestående når slangen, også som tidligere kjent, transporteres av en mateanordning for slangen.
Innretningen 11 til tverrsømforsegling har to klembakkepar 12,13 og 14,15 som står over hverandre i en viss avstand i et mellomrom 16. Klembakkene 12,14 respektivt 13, 15 er på hver side av slangen 2, ved sine ender festet til vanger 18,19 som er bevegelige mot hverandre på vannrette føringsstenger 21 ved hjelp av en ikke vist i for seg kjent lineær drivanordning for fastklemming av slangen 2.1 de sidevegger av klembakkene 12,13; 14,15 som vender mot hverandre er det for å øke friksjonen satt inn elastiske klemstykker, f.eks. strenger 23,24, 25 og 26,27 fortrinnsvis av gummi som ved sammenpressing av klembakkeparene 12,13; 14,15 trykker flat og holder fast den mellomliggende slange 2 slik at den del 3 av slangen som ligger mellom det øvre klembakkeparet 12,13 og det nedre klembakkepar 14,15 blir strammet flatt.
I mellomrommet 16 mellom de to klembakkepar 12, 13; 14, 15 stikker det fra hver side inn en forseglingsbakke 31,32 som ved hjelp av en lineær drivanordning kan presses mot hverandre parallelt med klembakkene og mot den spente slangedel 3 til dannelse av en tverrskjøt.
Likeledes kan det i mellomrommet 16 innføres en delekniv 35 som når den føres mot den spente slangedel 3 etter dannelsen av en tverrsøm med forseglingsbakkene 31,32 utfører en avdeling på tvers av slangeretningen, hvorved tverrsømmen blir delt på langs i en bunnsøm 5 ved slangedelen 4 og en toppsøm 6 på den ferdige posepakning 1. Delekniven 35 er festet på en bueformet arm 36 som på sin side er festet på en arm 38 av en vinkelarm 37 som er svingbar på en bærer 43, og hvis andre arm 39 er leddforbundet med stempelstangen 41 i en pneumatisk sylinder som likeledes er opphengt svingbar i bæreren 43. Bæreren 43 er festet på undersiden av vangen 18 ved hjelp av skruer 44. Drivinnretningen 36-43 for delekniven 35 er anordnet ved den nedre ende av den vange 18 som bærer de venstre klembakker 12,14. Den nedre klembakke 14 har en åpning 46 der delekniven 35 kan trekkes tilbake i sin hvilestilling og som armen 36 føres gjennom når delekniven 35 skal i arbeidsstilling. På den ene side kan, med delekniven 35 i hvilestilling, den tilstøtende forseglingsbakke 31 beveges uhindret i mellomrommet 16 mot den spente slangedel 3 og på den annen side kan delekniven 35 tas i bruk når forseglingsbakken 31 befinner seg i sin utgangsstilling.
Innretningen 11 til tverrsømforsegling arbeider slik: Ved heving av innretningen 11 til tverrsømforsegling opp i øvre stilling nær formrøret 10 er klembakkene 12,13; 14,15 så vel som forseglingsbakkene 31,32 ført fra hverandre og delekniven 35 befinner seg i hvilestilling i åpningen 46 i klembakken 14.1 øvre stilling blir så klembakkene 12,13; 14,15 ført fra begge sider mot hverandre mot slangedelen 4, hvorved denne trykkes sammen slik at slangestykket 3 dannes mellom de to klembakkepar 12,13 og 14,15 der posepakningen 1 skal gjøres ferdig ved avdeling fra slangedelen 4. Med en mindre forsinkelse føres så de to forseglingsbakker 31, 32 mot hverandre slik at de med sine plane forseglingsflater 33, 34 presser mot slangestykket 3 over en bestemt bredde og danner en tverrsøm ved overføring av varme.
Etter en bestemt forseglingstid går forseglingsbakkene 31, 32 tilbake til sin utgangsstilling. Straks mellomrommet 16 blir fritt, blir delekniven 35 ført opp fra åpningen 46 mot midten av tverrsømmen i slangestykket 3 og igjen trukket tilbake slik at denne blir delt på langs, hvorved toppsømmen 6 dannes på den ferdige posepakning 1 og bunnsømmen 5 dannes på den nye slangedel. Under forseglingen og delingen av bunn- og toppsøm 5,6 da slangedelen 4 og den nye posepakning 1 holdes av klembakkene 12, 13; 14, 15 beveger innretningen til tverrsømforsegling seg en poselengde ned, hvorved slangen 1 på formrøret 10 trekkes frem. I den nedre stilling åpnes så klembakkene 12,13; 14,15 og frigir posepakningen 1 og slangedelen 4 og går tilbake til øvre stilling.
Det skal sluttlig bemerkes at delekniven 35, for å få til et rent snitt som er lett å utføre ved tverrsømmen eller til dannelse av en rivelinje, kan ha en skrå, sagtannformet eller på andre måter tildannet skjærekant. Dessuten blir det til hurtig avkjøling av tverrsømmen etter at forseglingsbakkene 31, 32 er trukket tilbake gjennom dyser 48 i de øvre klembakker 12, 13 i kort tid blåst kjøleluft. Kjøleluften blir med mellomrom tilført dysene 48 gjennom langsgående boringer 49 i klembakkene 12,13. Sluttlig skal det nevnes at bevegelsesbanen for delekniven 35 ikke bare kan være bueformet, men også utføres rettlinjet.
Claims (5)
1.
Innretning (11) til tverrsømforsegling på en slangeposemaskin med to par klembakker (12,13; 14,15) som begrenser et mellomrom (16) og er bevegelige og pressbare mot hverandre, med et par forseglingsbakker (31,32) som stikker inn i mellomrommet (16) og er bevegelige fra en utgangsstilling til en forseglingsstilling, og som i forseglingsstillingen presser sammen en slange (12) på tvers og dermed danner en toppsøm (6) på en posepakning (1) som skal gjøres ferdig og en bunnsøm (5) på en slangedel (4) ved overføring av trykk og varme, og med en deleanordning (35) som skal skille posepakningen (1) fra slangedelen (4) etter dannelsen av bunn- og toppsøm (5,6) og som betjenes av en drivanordning (36 til 42) som er adskilt fra drivanordningen for forseglingsbakkene (31,32), karakterisert ved at forseglingsflatene (33,34) på forseglingsbakkene (31, 32) til dannelse av toppsømmen (6) på den ferdige posepakning (1) og bunnsømmen (5) på slangedelen (4) er stort sett plane og at deleanordningen (35) er bevegelig fra arbeidsstilling der den skiller slangeposepakningen (1) fra slangedelen (4) mellom klembakkeparene (12, 13; 14,15) og til en hvilestilling der den ligger utenfor bevegelsesrommet for forseglingsbakkene (31,32).

Innretning til tverrsømforsegling som angitt i krav 1, karakterisert ved at en av klembakkene (14) har et hulrom (46) til opptagelse av deleanordningen (35) i dens hvilestilling.

Innretning til tverrsømforsegling som angitt i krav 2, karakterisert ved at hulrommet er dannet av en gjennomgående åpning (46) i klembakken (14) gjennom hvilken en arm (36) som bærer delanordningen (35) er bevegelig.
4.
Innretning til tverrsømforsegling som angitt i et av kravene 1 til 3, karakterisert ved at deleanordningen er utformet som en flat delekniv (35) og er festet på en svingbar arm (36).
5.
Innretning til tverrsømforsegling som angitt i krav 4, karakterisert ved at armen (36) er anordnet på en vinkelarm (37) som kan svinges av en lineær motor (42).
