Abstract

一种被呼叫传真机在记录纸上打印接收信息。被呼叫传真机接收和打印来自呼叫传真机的传真件的接收信息。同时,检测是否当前页的传真页完全收到。被呼叫传真机在当前页的传真件完全收到时在记录纸上打印传真件的接收信息。这里,接收信息包括一个呼叫用户识别(CSI),一个传真件收到时间和接收页的页码。另外,传真件的接收信息最好打印在每一记录纸的底部。从而被呼叫用户可以容易地识别呼叫用户和传真件的收到时间。

Description

在传真机中记录传真件接收信息的方法
本发明涉及一种传真机，特别是涉及一种在一张记录纸上打印传真件的发送-接收信息的方法。
一般地，一个呼叫传真机发送一个传真信息，同时带有例如识别(ID)码，传送页的页码，传送的日期和时间等的发送信息。然后，被呼叫传真机在每一张记录纸的特定地方(例如顶部)打印从呼叫传真机接收的传送信息。ID码通常是使用呼叫用户识别(CSI)码，它包括一个自然码，一个区域码和一个用户码(用户的电话号码)。即，CSI码包括呼叫用户的全部电话号码(包括自然码和区域码)。此外，发送时间是呼叫用户所在的区域的当地时间。
图1表示被呼叫传真机打印在记录纸顶部的传送件的传送信息，在图中，“02-280-8474”100表示CSI码，“96-01-0120：20”102表示发送日期和时间，以及“页01”104表示传送页的页号。因此，被呼叫用户可以根据打印在记录纸上的传送信息识别呼叫用户及传真件发送的时间。
然而，即使在呼叫用户和被呼叫用户之间时间不同时，传统的传真机只打印出呼叫用户所在的地区的当地时间。因此，对于被呼叫用户来说判断传真件收到的确切时间是困难的。当然，被呼叫用户可以根据呼叫用户和被呼叫用户之间的时差计算收到的精确时间，但是这样很麻烦，特别是在呼叫用户收到来自许多不同国家的不同呼叫者的传真件时更是如此。
此外，在呼叫传真机没有用于传送发送信息的功能，被呼叫用户不能识别传真机确切的接收时间。当然，在这种情况下，被呼叫用户也可以在呼叫传真机在每次收到传真件时都打印出一个报告，以检查收到传真件的时间，但是，这样对被呼叫用户产生很大的不便。另外，用户将不方便地在拿到一份传真件时，还附一份报告。
此外，被呼叫用户可以将传真机设置成每收到一份传真件都自动地打印一份报告以告知发送信息，但这将引起记录纸的浪费。
因此，本发明的目的是提供一种方法用于在记录纸上打印传真件的接收信息。
为了获得上述和其他目的，被呼叫传真机接收和打印一个从呼叫传真机传来的一份传真信息。同时，检查当前页的传真信息是否完全收到。被呼叫传真机在完全收到当前页的传真件时在记录纸上打印传真件的接收信息。这里，接收信息包括一个呼叫用户识别(CSI)，传真件的收到时间，以及收到页的页号。另外，传真件的接收信息最好打印在每页记录纸的底部。
本发明的上述和其他目的，特点及优点通过下述的实施例的具体描述及所附的附图将变得更加显而易见。
图1表示根据现有技术在传真件的顶部打印有发送信息的记录纸；
图2表示运用本发明的普通传真机的示意框图；
图3表示用于发送一个传真件的已知控制程序；
图4表示根据本发明的一个实施例打印一份传真件的接收信息的流程图；
图5表示根据本发明的一个实施例在传真件的底部打印接收信息的一张记录纸。
下面将参照附图详细描述本发明的较佳实施例。其中，相同标号表示相同部件。此外，本技术领域的普通技术人员应该明白，许多具体实施方案，例如详细电路图，只是为了更好地理解本发明而给出的例子，没有这些具体电路也是可以实施的。
参考图2，将本发明运用到一个普通的传真机，该传真机包括一个控制器200，用于根据储存在ROM(只读存储器)212的控制程序控制传真机的整个操作。一个操作板(OPE)202包括多个数字键和功能键，以及一个显示装置，从而根据用户按键产生键数据并且根据控制器200的控制显示一个传真机的工作状态。一个实时时钟(RTC)204向控制器200提供实时信息。检测器206检测记录纸的剩余量，原始文件的提供及传真机的每一部分的工作情况。检测数据被送到控制器200。在一个控制器200的控制下，一个打印机208在记录纸上打印从呼叫传真机接收或扫描仪210扫描的图象数据。扫描仪210扫描原始文件，产生图象数据并向控制器200提供扫描图象数据。ROM212存储控制器200的控制程序，一个协议控制程序，和各种参考数据。一个RAM(随机存取存储器)214暂时储存执行控制程序过程中产生的控制数据。一个调制解调器216将来自控制器200的输出数据和图象数据调制成模拟信号，并将调制后的模拟信号通过线路接口单元(LIU)提供给被呼叫传真机，另外，调制解调器216解调来自呼叫传真机的模拟信号并且将解调信号提供给控制器200。线路接口单元218在控制器200的控制下在调制解调器216和电话线(中心局线)之间形成通信通路。
图3表示一个传真件从一个呼叫传真机300到被呼叫传真机302传送的控制程序。在操作过程中，当收到来自呼叫传真机300的振铃信号时，被呼叫传真机302通过线路接口电路218将调制解调器218与电话线连接。然后，呼叫传真机300和被呼叫传真机302交换呼叫音CNG，和被呼叫站识别码CED，以建立一个呼叫。此后，呼叫传真机300和被呼叫传真机302依次交换数据识别信号DIS，一个数据命令信号DCS，呼叫用户识别码CSI，训练数据，和一个确认-接收信号CFR，从而检测和建立相互兼容。下面，呼叫传真机300传送传真件(即，图象数据)到被呼叫传真机302。发送传真完成后，呼叫传真机300和被呼叫传真机302依次交换结束程序信号EOP，信息确认信号MCP，和断开信号DCN。当收到断开信号DCN，被呼叫传真机302的线路接口单元218将电话线从调制解调器216上断开以结束呼叫传真机300和被呼叫传真机302之间的数据通信。
图4表示根据本发明的一个实施例用于打印传真件的接收信息的流程图。其中，控制程序在ROM212中编程。当收到来自呼叫传真机300的振铃信号，被呼叫传真机302的线路接口单元218在控制器200的控制下将调制解调器216与电话线连接以形成一个通信通路。被呼叫传真机302如图3，步骤402所示执行控制程序。在该时刻，从呼叫传真机300接收的CSI码存储在RAM214中。被呼叫传真机302在步骤404检查传真件是否开始从呼叫传真机300接收。
当开始接收来自呼叫传真机300的传真件时，被呼叫传真机302在步骤406检查是否实时时钟RTC被检测到。如果实时时钟RTC没有检测到，在步骤408和410中，传真机302通过线路解码从呼叫传真机300收到的传真件的图象数据并且通过线路使用打印机208在记录纸上打印解码后的图象数据。在传真机的编码程序中，实时时钟RTC是一个用于表示当前页结束的码。在开始接收传真信息后还没有检测到实时时钟RCT，则认为传真信息还在从呼叫传真机发送。即，只要实时时钟没有检测到，被呼叫传真机302将继续打印传真信息。
同时，如图5所示，在控制器200的控制下，如果在步骤406实时时钟RTC检测到，被呼叫传真机302判定当前页的传真信息完全收到。然后，在步骤412，打印机208在记录纸的底部打印存储在RAM214中的CSI码，传真件的接收时间(Rx-Time)508，和接收页(Rx-Pg-No)510。当然，被呼叫传真机302采用常规方法在打印纸的顶部打印CSI码500，传送时间502和传送页的页码504。在图5中，根据本发明的记录纸具有呼叫传真机300的CSI码(02-280-8474)500和506，在顶部有传送时间(96-01-0120：20)502，在底部有接收时间(96-01-0118：20)508以及在发送和接收页上的页码(01页)504和510。
在打印传真件的接收信息后，被呼叫传真机302在步骤414检查是否从呼叫传真机300收到结束页信号EOP。如果结束页信号EOP收到，则被呼叫传真机302和呼叫传真机300交换信息确认MCF和断开信号DCN，如图4，步骤416所示。在步骤418，在控制器200的控制下，当从呼叫传真机300收到断开信号DCN，被呼叫传真机302的线路接口单元218从调制解调器216断开电话线。然而，如果没有收到结束页信号EOP，程序回到步骤406用相同的方法去打印下一页的传真件的接收信息。
根据前面所述，可以知道被呼叫传真机可以打印呼叫传真件的CSI码，传真件的接收时间和接收页的页号，即使在呼叫传真机没有传送传送信息的功能的情况下也是如此。因此，被呼叫用户可以容易地识别呼叫用户和传真件的接收时间，而不必浪费记录纸。
尽管已经描述了本发明的各种最佳实施例，很明显这里所揭示的基本发明思想的许多变化和修改将落在本发明所附权利要求书的范围内。例如，传真件的接收信息的细节可以由用户自由选择。另外，传真件的接收信息可以打印在记录纸的其他地方。

Claims (3)

1.一种在传真机中的一张记录纸上记录传真件的接收信息的方法，包括如下步骤：
接收和打印来自呼叫传真机的传真信息；
检查当前页的传真信息是否完全收到；
当当前页的传真信息完全收到时在记录纸上打印传真件的接收信息。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述接收信息包括至少一个呼叫用户识别(CSI)，一个传真件的接收时间和接收页的页码。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述传真件的接收信息打印在每一张记录纸的底部。
