Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating transmissible gastroenteritis of suckling piglets.
Background
Transmissible Gastroenteritis (TGE) is a highly contagious intestinal disease caused by transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) characterized by vomiting, severe diarrhea and high mortality (usually 100%) in piglets of two weeks of age or less. Although pigs of different ages are susceptible to TGEV virus, mortality in pigs over 5 weeks of age is low.
Epidemiology: when a TGEV invades a pig farm, it often quickly infects pigs of all ages, especially in winter, most pigs develop varying degrees of anorexia, vomiting and diarrhea. The piglets are seriously ill, rapidly dehydrated, and the death rate of pigs with ages of 2-3 weeks is very high, but gradually decreases with age. Sows frequently develop morbidity, show anorexia and agalactia, further leading to increased mortality in lactating piglets.
Modern medical treatment TGE method: transmissible Gastroenteritis (TGE) is a highly contagious intestinal disease caused by transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) characterized by vomiting, severe diarrhea and high mortality in piglets of less than two weeks of age. The piglets are seriously ill, rapidly dehydrated, and the death rate of pigs with ages of 2-3 weeks is very high, and is usually 100%.
Current traditional chinese/middle veterinarian treatment TGE method:
Qu Ziming New Proprietary vet therapeutic university, beijing: china university of agriculture publishers, 1993.12, P288: the treatment method comprises the following steps: clearing heat and detoxicating and stopping dysentery. The prescription comprises the following components: 10 g of coptis chinensis, 12 g of white peony root, 15g of pulsatilla chinensis, 12 g of garden burnet root charcoal, 15g of dark plum fruit, 15g of myrobalan, 6g of rheum officinale, 12 g of liquorice and 12 g of plantain seed. Decoct with water (25 kg pig dose). ("Manual for prevention and treatment of swine diseases" in the following words): the disease is a viral disease, and no special effective treatment method exists. The only method is symptomatic treatment, reducing death of the suckling piglets, promoting early recovery, and giving a sufficient amount of clean drinking water containing electrolyte and certain nutrient components every day.
Hu Yuanliang "Zhongveterinarian proved recipe and wonderful use fine edition", beijing: chemical industry Press 2019.6, P140: transmissible gastroenteritis of swine
And (2) a method 1: prescription: 30 g of coptis chinensis, 30 g of dark plum fruit, 15 g of radix isatidis, 15 g of cooked mugwort, 12 g of medicated leaven, 10g of glabrous greenbrier rhizome, 10g of myrobalan and 30 g of liquorice. Efficacy: clear away heat and toxic materials, dry dampness and stop diarrhea. (Xu Guyu Anhui agronomic advisory, 2016,8)
And (2) the method comprises the following steps: prescription: 100 g of coptis chinensis, 100 g of scutellaria baicalensis, 300 g of radix isatidis, 700 g of phellodendron amurense and 300 g of radix rehmanniae. Efficacy: clear heat and dry dampness, cool blood and detoxify. (Dong Juncheng, china pig industry, 2008.2)
And (3) the following steps: prescription: 100 g of coptis chinensis, 100 g of phellodendron bark, 100 g of ash bark, 100 g of magnolia bark, 200 g of pulsatilla chinensis, 150 g of green tangerine peel, 200 g of hawthorn, 150 g of radish seed, 150 g of wrinkled gianthyssop, 100 g of garden burnet (stir-baked charcoal), 150 g of hairyvein agrimony, 100 g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 150 g of myrobalan and 50 g of liquorice. Efficacy: clear heat and dry dampness, invigorate spleen and check diarrhea. (Zhao Yingzhen, journal of Chinese veterinary medicine, 2006.6)
The current therapeutic or prescription efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine/veterinarian treatment TGE is: clear away heat and toxic materials, clear away heat and remove dampness, invigorate spleen and check diarrhea. In practice, these formulations are not aimed at the severe and high mortality of suckling pigs, as they are TGEs with low mortality and low mortality for the light illness of fattening pigs or sows; the dehydration and acidosis of the suckling piglets cannot be corrected rapidly, and although some measures such as strengthening feeding management and environmental disinfection are adopted, the ideal effect on the treatment of the TGE of the suckling piglets cannot be obtained.
At present, no effective drug treatment is specially aimed at the TGE of the suckling piglets and reduces the high mortality rate after the TGE of the suckling piglets, so that a drug is urgently needed, the TGE of the suckling piglets can be treated, and the great difficulty in pig raising production is solved.
