Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Effect experiment
1. Tyrosinase activation assay
Preparing an L-dopa solution with the concentration of 1g/L by adopting 0.2mol/L phosphate buffer solution (pH of 6.8); preparing tyrosinase solution with concentration of 100U/mL by adopting 0.2mol/L phosphate buffer solution (pH of 6.8); preparing a liquid medicine to be tested containing the essence compositions of examples 1-3 or comparative examples 2-3 with a concentration of 2mg/mL by adopting 0.2mol/L phosphoric acid buffer solution (pH of 6.8); adding 40 mu L of L-dopa solution, 40 mu L of liquid medicine to be detected and/or 40 mu L of tyrosinase solution into a 96-well plate, and then reacting for 40min in a water bath at 30 ℃; testing absorbance at 490nm after the reaction is completed, repeating each group of experiments for 3 times, and taking the average value of the 3 tests of the absorbance of each group of experiments to obtain absorbance C; referring to the method, the tyrosinase solution is replaced by phosphate buffer solution, and the absorbance is measured to be D; replacing the liquid medicine to be tested with a phosphoric acid buffer solution, and testing to obtain absorbance A; and (3) replacing the liquid medicine to be tested and the tyrosinase solution with a phosphate buffer solution, and testing to obtain absorbance B.
Tyrosinase activation rate (%) = [ (C-D) - (a-B) ]/(a-B) 100%
Wherein, the higher the tyrosinase activation rate is, the stronger the melanin generation promoting capability is, namely the better the hair blacking effect of the essence composition is. Specific detection data are shown in Table 1 below.

According to the detection results of table 1, the essence compositions prepared in examples 1-3 of the invention have better tyrosinase activation effect, and changing the type of the conditioner in comparative example 2 can influence the absorption of the active ingredients in the plant extract to a certain extent, so that the hair blackening effect of the product can be influenced; comparative example 3 the replacement of ginger root extract and ginseng root extract with polygonum multiflorum extract also affects tyrosinase activation effect to some extent, thereby affecting hair blacking effect of the product; in conclusion, only the essence composition prepared by adopting the technical scheme of the invention has better hair blacking effect.
2. Moisturizing and water locking effects
The test method comprises the following steps: the skin inside the forearms of 9 volunteers was selected as a test area, the initial moisture content (controlled between 30-33), the post-use moisture content of 1h, 3h, 6h, 12h after application of the concentrate composition, and the moisture content change rate (%) was calculated using a skin moisture meter CM825, and the moisture content change rate (%) = [ (post-use moisture content-initial moisture content)/initial moisture content ]. Times.100%. The results were averaged and are shown in Table 2 below.

3. Product stability
The essence compositions of the embodiment and the comparative example are respectively poured into test tubes in equal amounts, sealed, and respectively placed in an environment of-10 ℃, 5 ℃ and 40 ℃ for one month and 10 cycles, wherein 1 cycle is respectively placed in an environment of-5 and 40 ℃ for 24 hours, and the appearance is observed. The appearance of the product was observed. The results are shown in Table 3 below.

As can be seen from the detection results of the above Table 3, the essence compositions prepared in examples 1-3 of the present application have better stability, and the composition is not layered and water-oil separated when being placed in an environment of-10deg.C, 5deg.C and 40deg.C for one month and 10 circulating environments respectively; comparative examples 1-3 the stability of the composition was not affected by changing the type of moisturizer, conditioner and plant extract; while changing the type of the stabilizer in comparative examples 4-5 can obviously affect the stability of the composition, the composition can be turbid after being placed for a long time in low-temperature and high-temperature environments, and the conditions of layering and water-oil separation can occur in 10 circulating environments.
The above examples are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above examples, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications that do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be made in the equivalent manner, and the embodiments are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
