Abstract

本发明涉及在一根轴上安装一旋转部件,诸如皮带轮、联轴节或齿轮等。这种安装借助于一个用于此安装的可拆卸套筒。
已知的一些可拆卸的套筒由带有径向裂缝的截锥形部件构成,内部有一轴向孔,使之可以套在传动轴上。在套筒周边有一组螺栓将其固定于旋转部件上。这类可拆卸套筒的一个例子是VECOBLOC牌的产品。
在轴和套筒相对应设置的槽内置有销键,它确保了通过轴对套筒的正驱动。
本发明的目的是取消借助销键的安装,同时又确保力矩传递系统的最佳紧固,以及使套筒的系列划分、生产和储备合理化。
根据本发明,用于在传动轴上安装旋转部件的可拆卸套筒至少包括一个有径向裂缝的截锥形套筒部件和一些用于将该部件固定于前述轴上的螺钉,其特征在于,在传动轴和套筒的截锥形部件之间有一中间部件,以使所述两部件间的传动配合最佳化。
根据一种有利的实施方式,所述中间部件由一带径向裂缝的环构成,其内孔对应于传动轴的直径,其外径则对应于套筒部件的孔径。
在一变型中,所述中间部件可由套筒部件内孔的适当的衬层构成。
有利的是,旋转部件或套筒部件上有一些附加紧固螺栓在起作用,这组螺栓使套筒在传动轴上的紧固效果最佳化。
在带缝的环和截锥形套筒部件之间的凸起的互补形可以确保系统的正驱动。
附加紧固螺栓的直径与其它紧固螺栓的直径有可能不同。
根据一种有利的实施方式,套筒可以包括一锥形、有缝的套筒部分,由一直径更小的有缝的直线部分延长,后者上装有一与所述锥形套筒部分相对于一垂直平面对称的锥形环,并由一个环来固定,该环旋紧在套筒直线部分的带螺纹的端部上。
该旋紧的环可开有径向的缝,并带有一允许调整直径的紧固系统。
套筒可与一旋转部件相配合,后者的内表面相对于一中垂面呈对称的双锥形,可拆卸的套筒可从该旋转部件的任一端安装。
从旋转部件的一侧安装套筒时,为将可拆卸的套筒固定到旋转部件上,旋转部件该侧的锥形部分带有两个呈190°分布的螺纹半孔以及一个半盲孔,后者与前述两螺纹半孔各相距95°,用于取出可拆卸套筒。
同样,当套筒位于旋转部件的另一侧时,为了套筒的固定,位于该侧的锥形部分也带有两个按190°布置的螺纹半孔和一个用于取出可拆卸套筒的、与所述两螺纹半孔各相距95°的半盲孔。
为更好地理解本发明,下面参照附图描述一优选实施例,该例仅作为举例,不具限制性。附图中:
图1是按照本发明的可拆卸的皮带轮的正视图,它允许从一侧或另一侧无差异地安装一可拆卸套筒;
图2是沿图1中II-II线的垂直剖视图;
图3是与图1、图2中的皮带轮一起作用的可拆卸套筒及有缝环的纵剖半视图;
图4是根据本发明的用于将皮带轮安装在轴上的可拆卸套筒装置及有缝环的分解视图。
参照图1及图2,其中示出皮带轮1,其内壁沿其宽度方向呈两个锥形2、3,壁面倾斜度为4°。两锥形相对于皮带轮的垂直轴X-X′对称。
锥形2带有两个按190°角分布的螺纹半孔4、4′,用于固定可拆卸套筒(图中未示出)。它还带有一个半盲孔5,与两个半孔4、4′分别成95°角,其作用是用于拆下可拆卸的套筒。
锥形3具有两个螺纹半孔4和4″,成190°角分布,用于固定可拆卸套筒。它也带有一个半盲孔6,用于取下可拆卸套筒,并与半孔4、4″分别成95°角。
可以理解,按照皮带轮1的可接近性,可无差异地从锥形部分2一侧或从对称的锥形部分3一侧在皮带轮上安装一外部为4°锥角的传统形式的可拆卸套筒。在前一情形下,套筒在皮带轮上的固定是通过旋紧的螺栓实现的,螺栓从锥形2上的螺纹半孔4、4′及套筒上的相应半孔旋入;而在后一情形下,螺栓则旋紧在锥形3的螺纹半孔4、4″及套筒上相应的半孔之中。
按照本发明,皮带轮上装有一个不带销键的可拆卸套筒,如图3和图4所示。预先镗孔的套筒在其内部可与有缝环7相配合,并具有一直径更大的有缝锥形部分8。与锥形部分8相邻的是直径缩小的有缝直线部分9,后者在其端部有螺纹10。在直线部分9上装有有缝环11,后者有与套筒部分8相对于一垂直平面相对称的锥度。环11由带内螺纹并旋紧于套筒部分10上的环12来固定。
可以理解,相对于旋转部件的锥形部分2和3而言,套筒可沿图中所示方向使用,也可沿另一方向使用。
可以由不同于套筒的材料制成的有缝环7通过其自身的变形能大大提高其在轴A上的附着力,从而确保轴对套筒的驱动,并因此而取消了销键固定。沿环7长度方向的中缝18使环易于变形。环7外壁上的图中未示出的一些凸起部可以与套筒上的凹陷部分相配合,以利于环7与套筒间的正驱动。环7使套筒的系列划分得以合理化,进而简化了其生产与存储。
还可注意到,环7的缝可有利地具有轴A直径的标准化键槽的宽度。
在图4中,套筒的部分8的与环11相对的面13与直线部分9成一钝角。如图4所示,锥形环11有两个光滑的半孔14、14′,用于与皮带轮1的螺纹半孔相对。该环还具有一个与皮带轮1上的半盲孔相对的螺纹半孔15。三个拆卸用螺栓16、16′、16″插在由环11的半孔14、14′、15和皮带轮1上相应的半孔所形成的孔中。
倾斜面13有助于使螺栓作用到皮带轮1的螺纹半孔内,从而在拆卸时提高了作用在面13上的力。
螺母12上的螺栓17的作用是在安装时,使有缝环11向套筒锥形部分8的方向上紧。
应注意到,上述说明只是举例,而不具任何限制性,并且,在不超出本发明范围的前提下,可进行结构上的增添或改动。

Claims (11)

1.用于在传动轴(A)上安装旋转部件(1)的可拆卸套筒,包括至少一个有径向裂缝的套筒部件(8,9)和一些用于将所述套筒部件紧固于所述轴上的紧固螺栓,其特征在于,在传动轴(A)及套筒部件(8,9)之间置有一中间部件(7),以使套筒部件在轴上的固定最佳化。
2.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸套筒,其特征在于,所述中间部件(7)由一带径向裂缝的环构成,其内孔与传动轴(A)的直径相对应,其外径则与套筒部件(8,9)的内孔相对应。
3.如权利要求1所述的可拆卸套筒,其特征在于,所述中间部件(7)由套筒部件(8,9)内孔的衬层所构成。
4.如上述权利要求之一所述的可拆卸套筒,其特征在于,它有一直径较大有缝锥形套筒部分(8),并接着一个直径较小的有缝直线部分(9),在螺母(12)的作用下,一个相对于垂直平面与锥形部分(8)相对称的有缝锥形环(11)紧固在直线部分(9)上。
5.如上述权利要求之一所述的可拆卸套筒,其特征在于,它具有一些螺纹孔或半孔,以容纳附加紧固螺栓,这些孔可以具有与前述紧固螺栓不同的直径。
6.借助于如权利要求1至5之一所述的可拆卸套筒而安装在一传动轴上的旋转部件,其特征在于,它具有相对于一中垂面对称的双锥(2,3)形状的内壁,使得可以从该旋转部件(1)两侧安装所述可拆卸套筒。
7.如权利要求6所述的旋转部件,其特征在于,旋转部件的所述第一个锥形部分(2)有呈190°角分布的两个螺纹半孔(4,4′),当从旋转部件(1)的该侧安装可拆卸套筒时,所述螺纹半孔有助于可拆卸套筒的固定。
8.如权利要求7所述的旋转部件,其特征在于,所述第一个锥形部分(2)有一用于取出可拆卸套筒的半盲孔(5),它的位置与所述螺纹半孔(4,4′)各成95°角。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的旋转部件,其特征在于,所述锥形部分(2,3)的另一个(3)带有两个按190°角分布的螺纹半孔(4,4″),其作用是在从旋转部件(1)的另一侧安装时用来固定可拆卸套筒。
10.如权利要求9所述的旋转部件,其特征在于,所述另一锥形部分(3)具有一用于取出可拆卸套筒的半盲孔(6),后者与所述螺纹半孔(4,4″)成95°角。
11.如权利要求5至10之一所述的旋转部件,其特征在于,它具有一些用于容纳附加螺栓的螺纹孔,后者可以具有与所述紧固螺栓不同的直径。
