如(例如)通过本文所述的分析所反映,由非织造微纤维(诸如PET/PE材料)形成的化妆品气垫可以在美学上和感觉上更受消费者喜爱。根据本公开的实施方案的用于化妆品气垫的微纤维模切材料可以最佳地保留具有200gsm至400gsm基重和250cfm至400cfm透气性的制剂。根据本公开的实施方案的化妆品气垫材料的厚度可以为大约2mm至20mm、优选地5mm至15mm,并且直径可以为大约20mm至100mm。应当理解,根据本公开的实施方案的形成化妆品气垫的材料可以是圆形的;然而,在不脱离本公开的情况下,材料或气垫本身可以采取其他形状。还应当理解,根据本公开的实施方案的非织造材料可以由来自原生树脂或回收树脂的纤维制成,以便更具有可持续性。
进行各种实验分析以评估根据本公开的实施方案的PET/PE非织造材料的回弹性和吸收性。这些分析是通过调整纤维材料、直径、横截面形状、刚度以及纤维结合、基重和制造中使用的其他工艺参数来进行的。PET/PE非织造材料允许平衡来自PET的刚性和来自PE的柔软性,从而在整个使用过程中产生更加一致的结构。另外地,选择小的纤维直径(诸如微纤维),以产生较大的孔并增加孔隙率和吸附性。将PET/PE分析与现有聚氨酯(PU)泡沫和现有化妆品材料(ECM)(即,非微纤维)进行比较。各种化妆品气垫材料的表征包括纤维直径(如果适用)、密度以及吸附性的评估。PET/PE、PU和ECM的材料规格列于表1中。

使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)评估各种材料的纤维直径。图1描绘了根据本公开的实施方案的具有SEM图像的填充化妆品气垫的美学外观。对于20kg/m^3至35kg/m^3的密度,PET/PE材料具有18μm至30μm的纤维直径范围,如上表1中所反映。如表1中所反映,根据本公开的实施方案的PET/PE材料具有比PU泡沫更大的密度和比ECM更大的吸附性,从而允许材料容纳更高粘度的产品。类似地,PET/PE微纤维材料的吸附性或材料通过毛细作用吸水的能力大于ECM,并且更像PU。
为了评估各种化妆品气垫材料的回弹性,还对压缩和恢复进行了评估。在PU、ECM和PET/PE的干燥材料与填充/浸透材料的比较中,对通过在模切材料的整个表面区域上施加6N的力的压缩距离进行了评估。图2描绘了根据本公开的实施方案的干燥材料与填充/浸透材料通过施加6N的力的压缩距离的图形比较。如图2中所反映,与PU(0.90mm与5.67mm)和ECM(2.57mm与5.12mm)相比,干燥材料和填充/浸透PET/PE材料的压缩距离(以毫米计)彼此最相似(4.57mm与4.45mm)。鉴于PET/PE材料的压缩距离的相似性,与由PU材料或ECM形成的气垫相比,消费者可以在整个产品生命周期中体验到由根据本发明的实施方案的PET/PE材料形成的气垫的更一致的表现(即,当气垫被排空时)。
中心位置测试和模拟消费者评价证实,与PU材料或ECM相比,根据本公开的实施方案的PET/PE材料在每次按压所拾取或装载的产品量的一致性方面表现更好。粉底分布在由PET/PE材料形成的气垫的100次至200次按压之间保持稳定。因此,与由非微纤维形成的气垫相比,在整个使用过程中化妆品组合物在由PET/PE材料形成的化妆品气垫上的分布保持更稳定。该测试反映了PET/PE材料在每次按压所拾取的产品量上具有较小的变化,表明当与PU材料或ECM相比时,关于所拾取的量的一致性的表现更好。
使用Thwing Albert压缩/柔软度仪器测量PU和PET/PE材料的恢复或化妆品气垫恢复到其原始厚度的记忆性。压缩和恢复可以以滞后的形式记录。图3描绘了根据本公开的实施方案的PU和PET/PE材料的化妆品材料滞后曲线。如本文所描绘,该曲线通过测量施加压力(1.5psi/17.5N力)时材料厚度(以毫米测量)的变化开始。当压力释放时,可以继续测量厚度变化,并且由该材料形成的气垫恢复到其原始厚度。图3中描绘的曲线反映了PU材料在压缩和恢复之间具有更大的面积,表示“柔软”感觉和逐渐恢复时间。相反,PET/PE的滞后表示压缩的立即且相同的恢复(即,PET/PE比PU材料更一致)。
图4描绘了根据本公开的实施方案的化妆品气垫相容性特征。更具体地说,图4描绘了可以在气垫内评估化妆品汇集的位置。在本公开的实施方案中,厚度和弹性/回弹性也可以与表面光滑度和美观性、化学相容性和/或填充容易度/不均匀填充一起测量。例如,通过调节材料来评估浸透防晒成分的化妆品气垫的性能,共进行四周。将每种类型的样品在50℃下调节以与室温样品进行比较。所有这三种材料(PU、PET/PE和ECM)保留材料记忆性和吸收性。一些不相容的特性可能是硬度或明显的压缩以及表面上的产品汇集。
在调节之后用6N的施加力测试每种材料的相容性样品的压缩。将这些结果与初始压缩结果进行比较。图5描绘了根据本公开的实施方案的具有6N的施加力的兼容性压缩的比较。更具体地说,比较样品(PU、ECM、PET/PE)从它们被填充的时间、在室温下填充后4周和在50℃下4周的压缩距离(mm)。如图5中所反映,当与PU材料和ECM进行比较时,PET/PE材料同时在室温和50℃下从初始填充到4周的百分比变化较小。因此,这些结果反映了PET/PE材料可以在整个产品寿命期间表现一致。
填充效率对于使用所选择的化妆品气垫的生产是重要的。在填充材料时观察到的客观机器参数包括但不限于活塞速度、压制时间和向上延迟。表2示出了根据本公开的实施方案的与PET/PE材料相比PU材料的这些参数如何增加/减小。如表2中所反映,PET/PE材料增加了活塞填充速度和向上延迟并且减少了压制时间;这些参数反映了根据本公开的实施方案的PET/PE材料比PU材料填充得更快。

通过化妆品气垫的模拟消费者使用来评估通过施加力的产品获取以及使用前后的材料比较。将产品从由PU材料以及ECM(非微纤维材料)和PET/PE材料形成的气垫材料中排出。表3反映了用过的材料和填充的、未使用的(新的)材料之间的差异。

如表3中所描绘,PU材料厚度保持相当,而ECM因使用而轻微压缩并且从未完全恢复。从气垫材料中排出产品所施加的力随着消费者使用而增加,因为较少的产品保留在衬垫中。平均起来,施加到ECM上的力大于具有较小产品获取的PU材料。然而,通过中心位置测试,在第一次施加和100/200/300次按压之后,ECM和PET/PE材料的质地和外观之间没有显著差异。
图6描绘了根据本公开的实施方案的PU材料、PET/PE材料和ECM的通过抽吸施加力(N)的产品获取(g)。如图6中所反映,PET/PE材料在整个使用过程中具有一致的产品负载,而PU材料具有更大的变化。
图7描绘了根据本公开的实施方案的ECM与PET/PE材料关于通过中心位置测试的每次按压所拾取的量的图形比较。如本文所反映,在整个使用过程中,当与ECM(在200次至250次按压后63%的变化)进行比较时,PET/PE材料(在200次至250次按压后47%的变化)的产品拾取更一致。这与模拟消费者使用测试结果一致。因此,与PU材料或ECM相比,使用根据本公开的实施方案的由PET/PE材料形成的气垫,消费者将在整个产品生命周期中感受到一致的表现。
进一步的测试证实,与由ECM形成的气垫(图9)(174.32μm与116.69μm)相比,根据本公开的实施方案的由PET/PE材料形成的气垫在限定区域(Sa)(图8)内的每个点处表现出更大的高度平均值。峰和谷更占优势,据观察这降低了产品负载。通过消费者使用研究进一步证实了该测试。

Claims (20)
1.一种用于容纳化妆品组合物的化妆品气垫,所述气垫包括:
由具有18μm至30μm的纤维直径范围的双组分纤维形成的非织造材料,
其中与由非微纤维形成的气垫相比,在整个使用过程中所述化妆品组合物在由所述非织造材料形成的所述化妆品气垫上的分布保持更稳定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品气垫,所述双组分纤维选自由包括以下各项的组:
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)芯/聚乙烯(PE)壳组合物、聚丙烯(PP)/聚丙烯(PP)组合物、聚丙烯(PP)/聚乙烯(PE)组合物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/聚丙烯(PP)组合物以及它们的共混物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品气垫,所述双组分纤维包括:
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)核/聚乙烯(PE)壳组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品气垫,所述非织造材料至少部分地由来自原生树脂或回收树脂的纤维形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品气垫,所述化妆品气垫具有大约2mm至20mm的厚度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品气垫,所述化妆品气垫具有大约20mm至100mm的直径。
7.根据权利要求3所述的化妆品气垫,所述非织造材料具有20kg/m^3至35kg/m^3的密度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的化妆品气垫,其中所述非织造材料的密度和纤维直径低于由非微纤维形成的化妆品气垫。
9.根据权利要求7所述的化妆品气垫,其中所述非织造材料的密度高于由聚氨酯形成的化妆品气垫。
10.根据权利要求3所述的化妆品气垫,所述非织造材料具有0.0900g/m^2t^5的吸附性。
11.根据权利要求9所述的化妆品气垫,其中所述非织造材料的吸附性高于由非微纤维形成的化妆品气垫。
12.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品气垫,所述化妆品气垫进一步包括:
添加到所述非织造材料中的一种或多种粘合纤维。
13.根据权利要求3所述的化妆品气垫,通过施加6N的力,所述化妆品气垫具有压缩距离,所述压缩距离对于干燥气垫与填充有所述化妆品组合物的气垫大致相同。
14.一种用于容纳化妆品组合物的化妆品气垫,所述气垫包括:
由具有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)芯/聚乙烯(PE)壳组合物的双组分纤维形成的非织造材料,所述双组分纤维具有为18μm至30μm的直径范围。
15.根据权利要求14所述的化妆品气垫,其中与由非微纤维形成的气垫相比,在整个使用过程中所述化妆品组合物在由所述非织造材料形成的所述化妆品气垫上的分布保持更稳定。
16.根据权利要求14所述的化妆品气垫,其中所述非织造材料的密度和纤维直径低于由非微纤维形成的化妆品气垫。
17.根据权利要求14所述的化妆品气垫,其中所述非织造材料的密度高于由聚氨酯形成的化妆品气垫。
18.根据权利要求14所述的化妆品气垫,其中所述非织造材料的吸附性高于由非微纤维形成的化妆品气垫。
19.一种用于容纳化妆品组合物的化妆品气垫,所述气垫包括:
由双组分纤维形成的非织造材料,所述双组分纤维选自包括以下各项的组:
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)芯/聚乙烯(PE)壳组合物、聚丙烯(PP)/聚丙烯(PP)组合物、聚丙烯(PP)/聚乙烯(PE)组合物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/聚丙烯(PP)组合物以及它们的共混物,
其中通过施加6N的力,所述化妆品气垫具有压缩距离,所述压缩距离对于干燥气垫与填充有所述化妆品组合物的气垫大致相同。
20.根据权利要求19所述的化妆品气垫,其中所述非织造材料的密度和纤维直径低于由非微纤维形成的化妆品气垫,并且
