The composition containing hyaluronic acid prepared by compounding and synergistic effect of the components has good moisturizing effect, and has excellent moisturizing effect when being added into various moisturizing products.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composition containing hyaluronic acid and application of the composition in preparation of moisturizing products.
Background
The skin is a natural coat of human body, and is composed of three parts of outermost epidermis, dermis and innermost subcutaneous tissue, and the epidermis is divided into horny layer, transparent layer, granular layer, thorn layer and basal layer. The skin is damaged by various external stimuli and environment, so that skin epidermal cells are damaged, skin dryness and water shortage are easy to occur, and the conventional small molecular moisturizer can bring instant water supplement to the skin, but cannot achieve lasting moisturizing. Traditional cosmetics, on one hand, consider dry skin due to the lack of lipid material on the skin surface. It was demonstrated that the application of grease to the skin surface alone did not soften the skin. The skin is truly due to insufficient moisture, the stratum corneum controls the skin moisture to play a barrier role, the stratum corneum should keep certain moisture to resist the humidity change of the external environment, the moisture content of the stratum corneum at the outermost layer of the skin is required to make the skin smooth, soft and elastic, the moisture content of the stratum corneum should be about 10% under normal conditions, and if the moisture content is lower than the moisture content, the skin is in a water-deficient state, and the skin becomes dry, dark in color and even molts. By adding a moisturizing component (humectant) to the cosmetic, the skin can be effectively protected from dryness and tightness.
Hyaluronic acid, also known as hyaluronic acid, is an acidic mucopolysaccharide with excellent lubricity and moisture retention, is honored as a natural moisture retention factor, has been widely applied to cosmetics, and is also appreciated by consumers. The molecular weight distribution of hyaluronic acid is very wide, and different molecular weights have different physicochemical and biological properties. The traditional cosmetic is added with a plurality of efficacy moisturizing components, and the percutaneous absorption is not fully considered, so that the efficacy moisturizing components stay on the surface of the skin and do not enter into the stratum corneum of the skin, and the deep moisturizing capability of the skin is effectively stimulated. The skin cannot be moisturized for a long time, and the cost of the functional components of the cosmetics is wasted. The types of moisturizing agents containing hyaluronic acid in the market are various, the moisturizing effect and the moisturizing time period of various moisturizing agents are different, but the overall effect is not ideal, so that the development of the moisturizing product containing hyaluronic acid with strong efficacy and long-acting moisturizing capability is very significant.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composition containing hyaluronic acid and application thereof in preparing moisturizing products, and the prepared composition containing hyaluronic acid has good moisturizing effect and excellent moisturizing effect when being added into various moisturizing products through compounding and synergistic effect of various components.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
the hyaluronic acid-containing composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 14-20 parts of hyaluronic acid, 6-11 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 11-16 parts of oat polypeptide, 3-8 parts of erythritol, 5-10 parts of acetyl hexapeptide-8 5, 5-10 parts of sodium polyglutamate, 8-13 parts of nicotinamide, 2-7 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 9-14 parts of shea butter, 10-15 parts of pleurotus citrinopileatus extract, 11-16 parts of ceramide and 5-10 parts of phospholipid.
Further, the hyaluronic acid is in a mass ratio of 1:1.3-1.5 hyaluronic acid with molecular weight of 1100kDa and hyaluronic acid with molecular weight of 400 kDa.
Further, the preparation method of the oat polypeptide comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing oat bran and water in a mass ratio of 1:13-15, adjusting the pH value to 9-10, adding alkaline protease and cellulase in a mass ratio of 2-3:1, stirring and extracting for 3-5h at 50-53 ℃, standing, and taking supernatant;
(2) Adding activated carbon with the supernatant mass of 8-10%, maintaining the temperature at 90-92 ℃ for 1-1.5h, standing for 1-1.5h, filtering, concentrating, and sterilizing to obtain the oat polypeptide.
Further, the total mass of the alkaline protease and the cellulase accounts for 2% -2.5% of the water mass.
Further, the preparation method of the pleurotus citrinopileatus extract comprises the following steps:
(1) Drying Pleurotus citrinopileatus, and superfine pulverizing to obtain Pleurotus citrinopileatus powder;
(2) Mixing Pleurotus citrinopileatus powder with water at a mass ratio of 1:6-10, leaching at 85-90deg.C for 1.5-2 hr to obtain leaching solution;
(3) Adding active carbon with the mass of 5-7% of the leaching solution, preserving heat at 90-95 ℃ for 80-100min, and standing for 30-50min to obtain Pleurotus citrinopileatus extract.

Performance testing
80 subjects aged 20-40 years were tested using the skin moisture content test probe Corneometer CM 825 from CK, germany. The compositions of examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-6 were mixed with a water volume ratio of 1:2 to give test samples, and the inner sides of the subject's forearms were allowed to remain free of any cosmetic product 2-3 days prior to application of the test samples, with a test area of 3cm x 3 cm. Equal amounts of test samples were uniformly coated in the test area. The test sample is applied to the test area by the subject in the morning and evening daily during the test period. Before each instrument test, the inner sides of the forearms of the two hands of a subject need to be cleaned uniformly, the cleaning method is to wipe the inner sides with dry facial tissues, then sit still for 20 minutes in a room meeting the standard, water and beverage cannot be drunk, the forearms are exposed, and the test state is kept for relaxation. The test time was before use, after 8 hours of use, after 2 weeks and after 4 weeks.
