1. Performance testing and related testing
Cleaning performance: the cleansing effect of the facial cleanser reduces the adhesion of grease, dust and the like on the skin surface through the properties of wetting, penetrating, emulsifying, dispersing, solubilizing and the like of the surfactant, and then the grease, dust and the like are washed away with water, while foam is an important measure of detergency, and the tea bran extract is combined with common surfactants such as: the cleaning ability test of coco glucoside, disodium laureth sulfosuccinate, potassium laureth phosphate and octyl glucoside is shown in fig. 1, and the test method is referred to GB/T7462-1994, and the standard test temperature is changed to 32±2 ℃ considering that the consumer product is used at normal temperature.
As a result, as shown in fig. 1, the foaming of cocoyl glucoside was optimal, the foam stabilizing effect of the tea bran extract was optimal, and of these surfactants, the foaming stabilizing effect was the best, and the foam was an important measure of detergency, indicating that the cleaning effect of the tea bran extract was better, and the tea bran extract was suitable as a surfactant for a facial cleanser.
Stability test: the cold resistance and heat resistance stability of the products 1-8 obtained by production are tested, and the results are shown in table 1, and the test method refers to the heat resistance and cold resistance test in GB/T29680-2013.
TABLE 1 Heat and Cold resistance test Condition Table
The results are shown in Table 1, and the volatile oil is not removed during extraction, so that the volatile oil is subjected to oxidative discoloration to cause the obtained composition to be easy to discolor, even form resin-like substances, and the obtained composition is thickened.

TABLE 3 tyrosinase activity inhibition rates of the products
Inhibition ratio (%) | |
Product 1 | 74.1 |
Product 2 | 75.9 |
Product 3 | 72.5 |

The higher the inhibition ratio, the higher the ability to inhibit the formation of melanin, which is known to be. As shown in table 3, the pharmaceutical composition and the composition ratio of the raw materials of the invention all contain, and the inhibition rate is high and the effect is best; the pharmaceutical composition partially containing the raw materials of the invention has low phase inhibition rate and poor effect. The inhibition rate of the product 2 is obviously reduced when the product 6 is compared with the product 6, and the inhibition rate is obviously reduced when the product 2 is compared with the product 4, wherein the product 4 is prepared by replacing white rose with nicotinamide, and the synergistic effect of the extracts of white rose, calendula, white poria, ampelopsis and the like is shown to be better than that of the extracts of the nicotinamide, the white poria, the ampelopsis and the like.
4. In vitro test antioxidant test (DPPH free radical scavenging test)
Test principle: DPPH is a 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical. Due to the presence of multiple electron-withdrawing-NO in the molecule 2 And pi of benzene ring, helium free radical exists stably. As DPPH radicals are scavenged, the absorbance a at 519mm of their absorption maximum wavelength decreases.
The test method comprises the following steps: adding 4mL DPPH test and sample solution into a 10mL cuvette, adding absolute ethanol to scale, mixing, and immediately adding 1mL cuvetteAbsorbance A measured at 519mm wavelength i Further preserving at room temperature for 30min under dark condition to measure absorbance A j The control experiment is that only DPPH ethanol solution is added, and the absorbance value is A c The calculation formula of the free radical clearance is as follows: clearance (%) = [ 1- (a) i -A j )〕/A c *100%. The results are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 4 DPPH radical scavenging effect of the products
/>
The DPPH free radical scavenging effect test is an important test mode for detecting the components in vitro to resist oxidation and scavenge free radicals, wherein the antioxidation components in the components can be combined with oxygen ion free radicals, so that the number of free oxygen ion free radicals is reduced, and the oxygen ion free radicals oxidize the tyrosine to form dopa or destroy cell membranes to cause cell aging and decay. From the results shown in Table 4, it is clear that the clearance rate of product 7 is the lowest due to lack of Atractylodis rhizoma to promote component absorption and antioxidation of radix Ampelopsis, poria, and flos Rosae Rugosae.
