Background

The oral liquid is prepared by adopting an isotonic isobaric technology, the osmotic pressure of the oral liquid is similar to that of a human body, the permeable membrane absorption can be realized, the possibility of denaturation in the digestion process is avoided, the absorption rate of the human body to glutathione is improved, and the oral liquid is easier to be absorbed by the human body.
The Chinese further patent application CN104286288A discloses a chamomile violet toxin-expelling and freckle-removing tea which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: 5-10 g of chamomile dried product, 5-10 g of violet dried product, 3-6 g of cassia seed, 10-15 g of medlar, 5-10 g of liquorice, 10-15 g of agilawood, 5-15 g of honeysuckle and 10-20 g of rock candy. Has the effects of whitening skin, removing freckle, promoting skin metabolism, promoting endocrine circulation, delaying cell aging, improving immunity, expelling toxin and caring skin.
The prior art has explored the special medical formula of chloasma, dietary therapy of health products and treatment of traditional Chinese medicines, but the traditional Chinese medicine formula has a plurality of raw materials, which is unfavorable for elucidation of the drug effect substance basis, but the whole regulation of the organism by pure foods, whitening peptide molecules and vitamin C is weaker, so that the problems of skin relaxation and chloasma can not be fundamentally improved.

Preferably, the lactobacillus plantarum S58 is an inactivated lactobacillus, and the concentration of the strain before inactivation is 4000 hundred million CFU/g.
Preferably, the composition further comprises a flavouring agent; the correctant is one or two selected from citric acid, sucralose and mogroside.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a method for preparing the above composition, comprising the steps of:
(1) Pulping tremella to obtain pulp;
(2) Mixing and extracting Aronia melanocarpa fruit powder and flos Rosae Laevigatae powder to obtain extractive solution;
(3) Mixing the extract with the beating solution to obtain a solution, then adding lactobacillus plantarum S58, and mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) Mixing elastin peptide and the mixed solution or adding correctant and mixing.
Preferably, the beating in the step (1) is carried out by adding 3-5 times of water and beating for 3-5min.
Preferably, the extraction in the step (2) is a heating reflux extraction, and the extraction time is 1-2h.
Preferably, the step (2) is carried out by performing enzymolysis, filtering to obtain enzymolysis liquid and residue, adding aqueous solution containing 0.5-1% lecithin into residue, extracting to obtain feed liquid, and adding into enzymolysis liquid to obtain extract.

Elliott) is a shrub of Aronia genus of Rosaceae, and its fruit and extract have special therapeutic effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as heart disease and hypertension, and can be widely used in medicine and functional food industry in European and American regions. Anthocyanin, flavone (the content of fresh fruits is up to 0.25% -0.35%), polyphenol, multiple vitamins and mineral elements in the fruits. Guan Shanying pollen is a flower of Prunus Guan Shanying (Cerasus serrulate 'Sekiyama') of Rosaceae Li Yake. The variety of sakura is numerous and can reach hundreds. Of all sakura varieties, only sakura in Guanshan China is currently available as a new food raw material. Toxicity studies have shown to be safe. The total flavone content of the Guanshan cherry dried product is up to 11.25%, and the main components are sakura glycoside and sakura extract, so that the effect of removing nitrite is good. (2) Mixing Aronia melanocarpa fruit powder and sakura powder, adding 1 times of water, adding 1% of mixed enzyme (laccase, 1398 neutral protease and soybean peptide extraction enzyme with the mass ratio of 1:1:1) by stirring, performing enzymolysis at 45deg.C and pH7.0 for 2h, boiling for 2min for inactivating, filtering to obtain enzymolysis solution and residue, adding 3 times of 1% lecithin-containing water solution into residue, reflux extracting for 1h, filtering to obtain feed liquid, and adding enzymolysis solution to obtain extractive solution;
(3) Mixing the extractive solution and the beating solution to obtain a solution, adding lactobacillus plantarum S58 (the mass ratio of lactobacillus plantarum S58 to the solution is 0.05:1), and mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) Mixing elastin peptide and the mixed solution, and homogenizing.
Example 2
The moisturizing and freckle-removing composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of elastin peptide, 20 parts of tremella, 2 parts of Aronia melanocarpa fruit powder, 5 parts of Guan Shanying pollen and 0.5 part of lactobacillus plantarum S58.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding 5 times of water into tremella, pulping for 5min to obtain a pulping liquid;
(2) Mixing Aronia melanocarpa fruit powder and sakura powder, adding 1 times of water, adding 1% of mixed enzyme (laccase, 1398 neutral protease and soybean peptide extraction enzyme with the mass ratio of 1:0.5:0.5) by stirring, mixing, performing enzymolysis at 50deg.C and pH7.0 for 1 hr, boiling for 2min for inactivating, filtering to obtain enzymolysis solution and residue, adding 3 times of water solution containing 0.5% lecithin into residue, reflux extracting for 1 hr, filtering to obtain feed liquid, and adding enzymolysis solution to obtain extractive solution;

Comparative example 4
The moisturizing and freckle-removing composition of the comparative example is different from the composition of the example 1 in the extraction process, and the specific raw materials and preparation are as follows:
the raw materials are composed of the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of elastin peptide, 20 parts of tremella, 2 parts of Aronia melanocarpa fruit powder, 8 parts of Guan Shanying pollen and 1 part of lactobacillus plantarum S58.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding 3 times of water into tremella, pulping for 3min to obtain a pulping liquid;
(2) Mixing Aronia melanocarpa fruit powder and sakura powder, adding 1 times of water, adding 1% of mixed enzyme (laccase, 1398 neutral protease and soybean peptide extraction enzyme with the mass ratio of 1:1:1) by stirring, performing enzymolysis at 45deg.C and pH7.0 for 2h, boiling for 2min for inactivation, filtering to obtain enzymolysis liquid and residue, adding 75% ethanol water solution into residue, reflux extracting for 1h, filtering to obtain feed liquid, recovering ethanol from feed liquid, and adding enzymolysis liquid to obtain extractive solution;
(3) Mixing the extractive solution and the beating solution to obtain a solution, adding lactobacillus plantarum S58 (the mass ratio of lactobacillus plantarum S58 to the solution is 0.05:1), and mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) Mixing elastin peptide and the mixed solution, and homogenizing.
Comparative example 5
The composition of this comparative example differs from that of example 1 in the composition of the raw materials. The specific raw materials and the preparation method are as follows:

(3) Mixing the extractive solution and the beating solution to obtain a solution, adding lactobacillus plantarum S58 (the mass ratio of lactobacillus plantarum S58 to the solution is 0.05:1), and mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) Mixing elastin peptide and the mixed solution, and homogenizing.
Comparative example 6
The composition of this comparative example differs from that of example 1 in the composition of the raw materials. The specific raw materials and the preparation method are as follows:
the raw materials are composed of the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of elastin peptide, 6 parts of Aronia melanocarpa fruit powder, 24 parts of Guan Shanying pollen and 1 part of lactobacillus plantarum S58.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding 3 times of water into tremella, pulping for 3min to obtain a pulping liquid;
(2) Mixing Aronia melanocarpa fruit powder and sakura powder, adding 1 times of water, adding 1% of mixed enzyme (laccase, 1398 neutral protease and soybean peptide extraction enzyme with the mass ratio of 1:1:1) by stirring, performing enzymolysis at 45deg.C and pH7.0 for 2h, boiling for 2min for inactivating, filtering to obtain enzymolysis solution and residue, adding 3 times of 1% lecithin-containing water solution into residue, reflux extracting for 1h, filtering to obtain feed liquid, and adding enzymolysis solution to obtain extractive solution;

(4) Mixing elastin peptide and the mixed solution, and homogenizing.
Test I, freckle removing and whitening human body test feeding test
Human body test food test is carried out on the product according to the health food inspection and evaluation criterion

1.3 dose and administration method: each group of volunteers took orally the compositions prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-6, respectively, 20mL each time, twice a day, for 2 months in succession, without changing the original eating habits during the trial period.
1.4 evaluation method of effect:
(1) Scale for detecting the area of facial chloasma measures the area (mm) of the whole facial chloasma before and after the test 2 );

110 female volunteers 30-50 years old were randomly selected, and the skin of the volunteers was healthy and free from chronic skin diseases.

Grouping: two control designs, self and inter-group, were used. The skin moisture conditions of the subjects were randomly divided into a group of example 1, a group of example 2, a group of example 3, a group of example 4, a group of example 5, a group of comparative example 1, a group of comparative example 2, a group of comparative example 3, a group of comparative example 4, a group of comparative example 5, a group of comparative example 6, 10 persons each, and examples 1 to 5 were test groups, and the number of subjects was 50. Comparative examples 1-6 were control groups, and the number of subjects in the control groups was 60. As much as possible, the main factors affecting the results, such as age, etc., are considered for the balance check to ensure comparability between groups.
The administration method comprises the following steps: the samples prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 of the corresponding group were taken once a day, 20mL each time, for 45 days. The subject had to take other items that retain skin moisture during the test period and had no effect on the cosmetic product that affected the outcome determination. The original eating habit is not changed during the test period, and the diet is normal.
Test: the skin between the forehead was tested for moisture. The measurement environment is carried out in a detection room with wide space environment, good ventilation condition, stable temperature, humidity and the like. In a quiet state, the measured part is cleaned by dipping a clean cotton ball in distilled water, the water content is measured 15 minutes after the cleaning, and the measurement work before and after the test is performed by the same instrument and the same person.
Skin moisture and skin elasticity before and after 45 days of test feeding were tested using an MLB-D0028 intelligent skin detector, and then the skin moisture increase% and elasticity increase% were calculated and averaged. As in table 3.

Claims (10)
1. The composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: elastin peptide, tremella, aronia melanocarpa fruit powder, guan Shanying pollen and lactobacillus plantarum S58.
2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials of the composition comprise the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of elastin peptide, 1-50 parts of tremella, 0.1-5 parts of Aronia melanocarpa fruit powder, 1-10 parts of Guan Shanying pollen and 0.1-5 parts of lactobacillus plantarum S58.
3. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the raw materials of the composition comprise the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of elastin peptide, 10-20 parts of tremella, 0.5-2 parts of Aronia melanocarpa fruit powder, 5-10 parts of Guan Shanying pollen and 0.5-2 parts of lactobacillus plantarum S58.
4. The composition of claim 1, wherein lactobacillus plantarum S58 is an inactivated lactobacillus with a strain concentration of 4000 hundred million CFU/g before inactivation.
5. The composition of claim 1, wherein the composition further comprises a flavoring agent; the correctant is one or two selected from citric acid, sucralose and mogroside.
6. A process for the preparation of a composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
(1) Pulping tremella to obtain pulp;
(2) Mixing and extracting Aronia melanocarpa fruit powder and flos Rosae Laevigatae powder to obtain extractive solution;
(3) Mixing the extract with the beating solution to obtain a solution, then adding lactobacillus plantarum S58, and mixing to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) Mixing elastin peptide and the mixed solution or adding correctant and mixing.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein in the step (1), the beating is carried out by adding 3-5 times of water and beating for 3-5min; in the step (2), the extraction is heating reflux extraction, and the extraction time is 1-2h.
8. The method according to claim 6, wherein in the step (2), the step of extracting is carried out by performing enzymolysis, filtering to obtain an enzymolysis liquid and a residue, adding an aqueous solution containing 0.5-1% lecithin into the residue, extracting to obtain a feed liquid, and adding the enzymolysis liquid to obtain an extract.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the enzyme used for the enzymolysis comprises laccase, 1398 neutral protease and soybean peptide extracting enzyme in a mass ratio of 1:0.5-1:0.5-1; the enzymolysis pH is 5-7, the enzymolysis temperature is 30-50 ℃, and the enzymolysis time is 1-3h.
10. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or a composition according to any one of claims 6 to 9 in the preparation of a product for promoting collagen regeneration, moisturizing, improving skin elasticity and/or improving skin chloasma.
