Abstract

Description
本发明涉及在卷轴上缠绕相邻排列的钢丝带的方法,该卷轴包括芯子和两个凸缘。
目前,通常利用胶粘带将钢丝带的前端固定在卷轴的芯子上来缠绕相邻排列的钢丝带,例如在申请人N.V.BEKAERT S.A.的比利时专利第796955号中描述了这种相邻排列的钢丝带,这种相邻排列的钢丝带可以由100至200根钢丝组成,其中,钢丝几乎具有矩形截面。
最好用胶将钢丝都粘结在一起。
将相邻排列的钢丝带的前端固定在卷轴芯子上的目前的方法的第一个缺点是:它必需利用胶粘带固定它的始端,这是相当麻烦和费时的,此外,这种方法需要使用胶粘带。
该方法的第二个缺点是:相邻排列的钢丝带的端部会形成一个非常锐利的端部,当在卷轴的芯子上缠绕和放开相邻排列的钢丝带时,这种锐利的端部会损坏邻近的卷线。
本发明的目的就是要消除上面所述的缺点。
为了这个目的,在开始所叙述的那种方法的情况下,本发明的方法是,准备一个卷轴,其芯子设有至少一个横向槽,将相邻排列的钢丝带的前端装入横向槽中,然后,连续地在卷轴上顺次缠绕钢丝带。
根据本发明的方法的优点是,不再需要利用胶粘带将钢丝带的始端固定在卷轴的芯子上。
根据本发明的方法的另一个显著的优点是,相邻排列的钢丝带锐利的始端完全装入芯子内,因此,它对其它相继线圈的切割作用被完全消除。
最好卷轴的芯子由若干个几乎相同的部分组成,因此,在每对相邻的芯子部分之间形成一横向槽。
现对照以下附图,进一步说明本发明。
图1是一部分相邻排列的钢丝带的透视图;
图2的透视图表示相邻排列的钢丝带的始端固定在卷轴芯子上的情况。
图3的透视图表示将芯子部分放置在卷轴的凸缘上的情况。
图1是一部分相邻排列的钢丝2的带1的透视图。例如,带1的宽度可以从100mm到200mm不等,带1由相互紧密排列的100至200根钢丝组成。在这种钢丝带中,钢丝呈现几乎是矩形截面,每根钢丝矩形截面的尺寸是0.95mm至0.64mm。钢丝2最好是相互粘结在一起,这种粘结的钢丝带特别应用在U形钉的制作中。这种钢丝带已经在申请人N.V.BEKAERT S.A的比利时专利第796955号中有所描述。
图2是显示相邻排列的钢丝2的带1的前端是如何固定在卷轴4的芯子3上的透视图。为了这个目的,卷轴4的芯子3至少具有一个横向槽5,带1的始端放入横向槽5中,最好,横向槽5延伸在卷轴4的两个凸缘6之间的距离上,带的宽度小于两凸缘之间的距离。带1的前端固定之后,顺次将带1缠绕在卷轴4上,最后利用胶粘带、捆扎用钢丝或其它固定材料固定带1的最后卷带的尾端。
图3显示当卷轴4的芯子3由两个几乎相同的芯子部分3组成时,在组卷轴4期间,在凸缘6上设置两个芯子部分3的透视图。卷轴4由两个几乎相同的凸缘6和两个几乎相同的芯子部分3组成。因此,芯子部分3利用螺杆7和螺帽8固定在凸缘6上。例如,两个几乎相同的芯子部分3由2mm厚的钢板弯成内径±500mm,宽±160mm的半圆形环状面制成的。在每片钢板的两个适当位置上设置有细管9,它是焊接在钢板上的,细管9用于接纳螺杆7。凸缘6最好由木料制成,具有4个等间隔隔开的托座,以便将芯子部分3固定在正确的位置上并支承芯子部分3。凸缘6还具有轴孔11和4个孔12,以便接纳螺杆7。
重要的是要注意两个相邻的芯子部分3的边缘之间的距离d要足够大,以便在形成的横向槽5中插入相邻排列的钢丝带的前端。最好,距离d大约在10mm到20mm。
当使用至少两个芯子部分构成的金属芯子时,其它的优点是:当拆卸卷轴4时,芯子部分3可以相互叠放在一起;当搬运这些芯子部分3时,可以节省相当大的空间,因为金属芯子部分3没有压缩性,所以凸缘6可以紧固得非常牢固,而使用硬纸板芯子时则没有这种情况。
以上所述的所有尺寸仅仅是提供一个范例。
Claims (4)
1.在卷轴(4)上缠绕相邻排列的钢丝(1)的方法,卷轴(4)是由芯子(3)和两个凸缘(6)组成的,其特征在于:准备一个卷轴(4),其芯子(3)设有至少一个横向槽(5);将相邻排列的钢丝带(1)的前端装入横向槽(5);然后,连续地将钢丝带缠绕在卷轴上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:准备一个卷轴(4),其芯子由若干个几乎相同的部分(3)组成,因此,横向槽(5)在每对邻接的芯子部分(3)之间形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:芯子(3)是由两个几乎相同的芯子部分(3)组成的。
4.根据权利要求1-3中的一项或多项所述的方法,其特征在于:横向槽(5)在卷轴(4)的两个凸缘(6)之间的距离上延伸。
