Abstract
本发明涉及纺织面料制备技术领域,且公开了一种高强度校服面料,所述高强度的校服面料由耐磨层和内衬层所构成,所述耐磨层由以下重量份纤维混编而成:改性涤纶纤维60‑100份、氨纶纤维10‑15份和尼龙纤维10‑20份,所述内衬层由羊毛纤维和棉纤维混纺织造而成。本发明通过在校服面料中加入由石墨烯改性后的聚酯纤维,可有效提聚酯纤维的力学性能,增强其耐磨性和强度,同时由石墨烯改性后的聚酯纤维对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率可达到99%,具有良好的抑菌效果,且高密织物其具备的微孔结构可有效防止螨虫的侵入,而热塑性聚氨酯薄膜的涂覆,可实现内衬层面料贴合人体肌肤不伤身的同时具有较强的透气性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体为一种高强度校服面料。
背景技术
校服是学校规定的统一样式的学生服装,作为中小学生日常穿着的衣物,其安全环保性尤其重要。目前校服的生产质量参差不齐,有些甚至会危害学生健康,这就需要开发一种绿色、环保的校服加工工艺,保证面料的质量要求。
学生特别是中小学生由于处于成长阶段,具有运动量大、易出汗、对外界有毒有害物质抵抗能力较差等特点,一直以来他们的健康成长都是全社会关注的焦点,而作为与之密切相关的学生服装质量的好坏也就越来越多的得到了社会各方的重视,因此,对校服面料的生产质量水平提出了更高的要求,但是,目前所使用的校服面料还存在以下问题:
1、不耐磨,学生作户外时,容易被刮花,甚至损坏;
2、力学强度较低,容易损坏,使用寿命较短;
3、学生户外时,出汗量大不易透气,更难以做到兼顾良好的弹性、良好的耐磨性能和力学强度等综合性能。
因此针对上述问题,我们提出一种高强度校服面料。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明通过在校服面料中加入由石墨烯改性后的聚酯纤维,可有效提聚酯纤维的力学性能,增强其耐磨性和强度,同时由石墨烯改性后的聚酯纤维对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率可达到99%,具有良好的抑菌效果,且高密织物其具备的微孔结构可有效防止螨虫的侵入,而热塑性聚氨酯薄膜的涂覆,可实现内衬层面料贴合人体肌肤不伤身的同时具有较强透气性能的优点,解决了目前所使用的校服面料还存在以下问题:1、不耐磨,学生作户外时,容易被刮花,甚至损坏;2、力学强度较低,容易损坏,使用寿命较短;3、学生户外时,出汗量大不易透气,更难以做到兼顾良好弹性、良好耐磨性能和力学强度等综合性能的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度校服面料,所述高强度的校服面料由耐磨层和内衬层所构成,所述耐磨层由以下重量份纤维混编而成:改性涤纶纤维、氨纶纤维和尼龙纤维,所述内衬层由羊毛纤维和棉纤维混纺织造而成,所述内衬层表面涂覆有热塑性聚氨酯薄膜,所述耐磨透气的校服面料制备方法包括以下具体步骤:
S1:面料选择;
S2:对所选用的耐摩层纤维进行特殊处理,采用纳米技术,将纤维表面以静电喷涂的方式覆盖上一层特殊纳米材料,增强其耐磨性能;
S3、对处理后的耐磨层纤维利用高密度编织方式,增加面料的密度和强度,降低磨损率,提高使用寿命;
S4:对内侧层所选用的纤维进行混纺织造,得到内衬层;
S5:对纺织结束后的内衬层采涂覆热塑性聚氨酯薄膜,实现透气散热功能;
S6:对S5所处理的耐磨层及内衬层以缝合方式连接,得到校服面料基布层;

优选的,所述热塑性聚氨酯薄膜涂覆方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将热塑性聚氨酯薄膜涂覆到离型纸上,然后将内衬层贴到离型纸上,最后将内衬层与涂层一起从离型纸上剥离即可得到覆膜后的内衬层。
优选的,所述步骤S5中热塑性聚氨酯薄膜的厚度为0.3mm。
优选的,所述步骤S7中,升温的速率为1.2℃/min~2.0℃/min。
优选的,所述S2步骤中所采用的纳米材料为纳米二氧化硅。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种高强度校服面料,具备以下有益效果:
本发明通过在校服面料中加入由石墨烯改性后的聚酯纤维,可有效提聚酯纤维的力学性能,增强其耐磨性和强度,同时由石墨烯改性后的聚酯纤维对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率可达到99%,具有良好的抑菌效果,且高密织物其具备的微孔结构可有效防止螨虫的侵入,而热塑性聚氨酯薄膜的涂覆,可实现内衬层面料贴合人体肌肤不伤身的同时具有较强的透气性能。

实施例一:
一种高强度校服面料,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、面料选择:包括耐摩层所选用料改性涤纶纤维、氨纶纤维和尼龙纤维,内衬层所选用料羊毛纤维和棉纤维;
其中改性涤纶纤维制备方法如下:
步骤一:先用塑料粉磨机将聚酯原料磨成粉末,再将生物质石墨烯按聚酯原料重量份的5%添加到聚酯原料粉末中,混和均匀后,加到螺杆挤出机中挤出、切粒,制得生物质石墨烯改性再生聚酯母粒;
步骤二:将制备的生物质石墨烯改性再生聚酯母粒按照一定的比例加入到聚酯熔体纺丝液,通过熔体纺丝机进行纺丝,制备出生物质石墨烯改性聚酯纤维。
S2、对所选用的耐摩层纤维进行特殊处理,采用纳米技术对纤维表面以静电喷涂的方式覆盖上一层纳米二氧化硅,增强其耐磨性能。
S3、对处理后的耐磨层纤维利用高密度编织方式,增加面料的密度和强度,降低磨损率,提高使用寿命。
S4:对内侧层所选用的纤维进行混纺织造,得到内衬层。
S5:对纺织结束后的内衬层采涂覆热塑性聚氨酯薄膜,实现透气散热功能;
其中热塑性聚氨酯薄膜涂覆方法具体包括以下步骤:
将热塑性聚氨酯薄膜涂覆到离型纸上,然后将内衬层贴到离型纸上,最后将内衬层与涂层一起从离型纸上剥离即可得到覆膜后的内衬层,热塑性聚氨酯薄膜的厚度在0.3mm。
S6:对S5所处理的耐磨层及内衬层以缝合方式连接,得到校服面料基布层。

实验结果表明,本发明制备的高强度校服面料其耐磨性及强度均有效提高同时具备优异的吸湿排汗性能。

1.一种高强度校服面料,其特征在于:所述高强度的校服面料由耐磨层和内衬层所构成,所述耐磨层由以下重量份纤维混编而成:改性涤纶纤维、氨纶纤维和尼龙纤维,所述内衬层由羊毛纤维和棉纤维混纺织造而成,所述内衬层表面涂覆有热塑性聚氨酯薄膜,所述耐磨透气的校服面料制备方法包括以下具体步骤:
S1:面料选择;
S2:对所选用的耐摩层纤维进行特殊处理,采用纳米技术,将纤维表面以静电喷涂的方式覆盖上一层特殊纳米材料,增强其耐磨性能;
S3、对处理后的耐磨层纤维利用高密度编织方式,增加面料的密度和强度,降低磨损率,提高使用寿命;
S4:对内侧层所选用的纤维进行混纺织造,得到内衬层;
S5:对纺织结束后的内衬层采涂覆热塑性聚氨酯薄膜,实现透气散热功能;
S6:对S5所处理的耐磨层及内衬层以缝合方式连接,得到校服面料基布层;
