发明内容

具体实施方式
本发明通常涉及用于保持和展示容器(例如罐、瓶、罐头等)的载体、包装件、结构、套筒、纸箱等。例如，容器可以用于包装食品和饮料产品。容器可以由组分适合包装特定食品或饮料物品的材料来制造，该材料包括但不局限于：玻璃；塑料，例如PET、LDPE、LLDPE、HDPE、PP、PS、PVC、EVOH和尼龙等；铝和/或其他金属；或者它们的任何组合。

因此，在如图3和图4所示的形成的载体105中，容器可以由相应附接板131a、131b来接合，并可以在装配的载体105/包装件110中的相应容器保持部分135a、135b下方延伸。在这种布置中，容器CA1、CA2、CA3在载体105的前部部分106中的容器保持部分135a下方延伸，且容器CB1、CB2、CB3在载体105的后部部分108中的容器保持部分135b下方延伸，其中，顶板159和附接折片177覆盖相应容器保持部分135a、135b的相应部分，并与该相应部分至少局部面对面接触。
而且，从载体105的前部部分106延伸至载体105的后部部分108的加强板115的定位在运动或其他负载(例如运输、存储、承载、偶然使用等)的过程中为载体105提供加强。在这方面，加强板115在顶板159、177/附接部分135a、135b下方间隔开并大致平行的布置为载体105提供了增加的能力，以便最小化、抑制、避免、防止和/或以其他方式抵抗弯曲、翘曲、挠曲、屈曲、卷曲、偏转和/或其他变形。
在一个实施例中，加强板115从载体105的前部部分106的倾斜布置的内部边缘部分136a延伸至载体105的后部部分108的倾斜布置的内部边缘部分136b的布置可以提供拱形结构，该拱形结构倾向于将施加的力分解成远离加强板115向外的压缩应力，例如以便沿载体105有利地分布应力。
仍然参考图3和4，可以通过将用户的手指穿过手柄开口163插入下方的手柄孔130中而抓握载体105，以方便用户的手指接触加强板115、前部附接板131a和后部附接板131b中的一个或多个的底侧。用户对载体105的这种接合可以使一个或两个手柄加强折片165在相应纵向折叠线167处向下折叠，这又可以使相应手柄加强折片132在相应折叠线134处进一步向下折叠，以便在用户的手指和载体105的底侧之间提供一个或多个附加材料层，例如为了舒适，以避免夹捏等，和/或提供用于由用户接合的加强结构，该加强结构抵抗由于承载应力而引起的撕开或其他变形。另外，手柄加强折片165中的弱化线175可以允许它至少局部重新构造，例如以便绕用户的手指至少局部折叠、挠曲、卷曲等，以提供附加的缓冲和支承。在这方面，手柄孔130、手柄加强折片132、手柄开口163和手柄加强折片165可以组合和子组合地形成载体105的手柄特征。
上述包装件110/载体105有紧凑结构，它可以例如节省材料和减少浪费。另外，加强板115在载体105的前部部分106和后部部分108之间的定位产生了用于保持和承载容器CA1、CA2、CA3、CB1、CB2、CB3的坚固结构。而且，容器CA1、CA2、CA3、CB1、CB2、CB3的一个或多个部分暴露在载体105/包装件110的外部部分上将为消费者提供与容器CA1、CA2、CA3、CB1、CB2、CB3相关联的标签或表面图形的清晰视图，以及提供方便的接近，以便从载体105/包装件110中移除一个或多个容器CA1、CA2、CA3、CB1、CB2、CB3，例如通过相应切口141a、141b来取出相应容器，以使得容器与相应板131a、131b、159、177脱离。
应当理解，本文所述的坯料和载体可以以不同构造来提供，而并不脱离本发明。例如，本文所述的坯料和载体可以设定尺寸，并设有适合与所希望数量和构造的容器接合的对应数量的特征。
通常，坯料可以由具有一定厚度的纸板来构成，以使得它比普通纸更重更刚性。坯料也可以由其他材料构成，例如硬纸板，或具有适合使载体可以至少大致如上所述起作用的性质的任何其他材料。坯料可以涂覆有例如粘土涂层。然后，可以在该粘土涂层上面印刷有产品、广告和其他信息或图像。然后，可以用清漆涂覆坯料，以便保护印刷在坯料上的信息。坯料还可以在它的任一侧或两侧上涂覆有例如防潮层。坯料也可以在选定的板或板部分处层压或涂覆有一种或多种片状材料。
作为实例，撕开线可以包括：狭缝，该狭缝沿合适的弱化线局部延伸至材料中；和/或一系列间隔开的狭缝，该狭缝沿合适的弱化线局部延伸至材料中和/或完全穿过材料；或这些特征的各种组合。作为更具体实例，一种类型的撕开线是一系列间隔开的狭缝的形式，这些狭缝完全延伸穿过材料，其中相邻狭缝稍微间隔开，以使得在相邻狭缝之间限定刻痕(例如，材料的稍微桥接状的较小片)，用于通常横过撕开线暂时连接材料。在沿撕开线撕开时，刻痕被破坏。该刻痕通常是撕开线的相对小的百分比，替代地，刻痕可以从撕开线中省略或在撕开线中撕开，以使得撕开线是连续的切割线。也就是说，用连续狭缝等替换各撕开线也在本发明的范围内。例如，切割线可以是连续的狭缝，或者可以比狭缝更宽，而并不脱离本发明。
根据示例实施例，折叠线可以是便于折叠的任何基本线性的弱化形式，但不一定是直的。更具体地说(但不是为了缩小本发明的范围的目的)，折叠线包括：刻划线，例如用钝刻刀等形成的线，它沿所希望的弱化线在材料中产生压扁或凹陷部分；切口，该切口沿所希望的弱化线而局部延伸至材料中；和/或一系列切口，这些切口沿所希望的弱化线局部延伸至材料中和/或完全穿过该材料；以及这些特征的各种组合。在通过切割来产生折叠线的情况下，通常切割不会以可能导致合理的用户不正确地将折叠线视为撕开线的方式过度延伸。
上述实施例可以介绍为具有在设立载体实施例的过程中通过胶水粘附在一起的一个或多个板。术语“胶水”将覆盖通常用于使载体板固定就位的所有粘接剂。

Claims (45)

1.一种用于保持多个容器的载体，该载体包括：
前部部分，该前部部分包括前部附接板，用于至少局部接收所述多个容器中的相应容器；
后部部分，该后部部分包括后部附接板，用于至少局部接收所述多个容器中的相应容器；以及
加强部分，该加强部分从所述前部部分延伸至所述后部部分，用于加强所述载体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的载体，其中：所述加强部分包括加强板，该加强板与所述前部附接板和后部附接板中的每一个可折叠地连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的载体，其中：所述前部部分还包括前部顶板，该前部顶板与所述前部附接板至少局部面对面接触，所述加强板与前部顶板间隔开。
4.根据权利要求2所述的载体，其中：所述前部附接板和后部附接板中的至少一个包括多个切口，用于至少局部接收穿过其中的所述多个容器中的相应容器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的载体，其中：所述前部部分还包括与所述前部附接板可折叠地连接的前部侧板和与所述前部侧板可折叠地连接的前部顶板，该前部顶板定位成与所述前部附接板至少局部面对面接触。
6.根据权利要求5所述的载体，其中：所述前部附接板包括附接部分、与所述附接部分可折叠地连接的内部边缘部分和与所述附接部分可折叠地连接的外部边缘部分。
7.根据权利要求6所述的载体，其中：所述加强板定位成与所述前部附接板的所述附接部分成间隔开的平行的关系。
8.根据权利要求7所述的载体，其中：所述内部边缘部分和外部边缘部分中的每一个相对于所述前部附接板的附接部分倾斜地布置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的载体，其中：所述加强板与所述前部附接板的内部边缘部分可折叠地连接，且所述前部侧板与所述前部附接板的外部边缘部分可折叠地连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的载体，其中：所述载体的后部部分还包括与所述后部附接板可折叠地连接的后部侧板以及与所述后部侧板可折叠地连接的后部顶板，该后部顶板定位成与所述后部附接板至少局部面对面接触。
11.根据权利要求10所述的载体，其中：所述载体还包括手柄特征部，该手柄特征部包括至少一个上部手柄开口，该上部手柄开口形成于所述顶板中，并在形成于所述加强板中的至少一个下部手柄开口上方对齐。
12.根据权利要求11所述的载体，其中：上部手柄加强折片与所述前部顶板可折叠地连接，并定位成延伸到所述至少一个上部手柄开口中，下部手柄加强折片与所述加强板可折叠地连接，并定位成延伸到所述至少一个下部手柄开口中。
13.一种用于形成载体的坯料，该载体用于保持多个容器，该坯料包括：

后部部分，该后部部分包括后部附接板，用于至少局部接收所述多个容器中的相应容器；以及

17.根据权利要求16所述的坯料，其中：所述前部附接板包括附接部分、与所述附接部分可折叠地连接的内部边缘部分和与所述附接部分可折叠地连接的外部边缘部分。
18.根据权利要求17所述的坯料，其中：所述加强板与所述前部附接板的内部边缘部分可折叠地连接，所述前部侧板与所述前部附接板的外部边缘部分可折叠地连接。
19.根据权利要求18所述的坯料，其中：所述坯料的后部部分还包括与所述后部附接板可折叠地连接的后部侧板以及与所述后部侧板可折叠地连接的后部顶板。
20.根据权利要求19所述的坯料，其中：所述坯料还包括手柄特征部，该手柄特征部包括至少一个上部手柄开口，该上部手柄开口形成于所述顶板中，并用于在由坯料形成载体时在形成于所述加强板中的至少一个下部手柄开口上方对齐。
21.根据权利要求20所述的坯料，其中：上部手柄加强折片与所述前部顶板可折叠地连接，并定位成延伸到所述至少一个上部手柄开口中，下部手柄加强折片与所述加强板可折叠地连接，并定位成延伸到所述至少一个下部手柄开口中。
22.一种用于形成载体的方法，该载体用于保持多个容器，该方法包括：
获得坯料，该坯料包括前部部分、后部部分和加强部分，该加强部分从所述坯料的前部部分延伸至坯料的后部部分，该前部部分包括前部附接板，该后部部分包括后部附接板，该加强部分包括加强板；以及
定位用于至少局部接收所述多个容器中的相应容器的前部附接板，以便形成所述载体的前部部分；定位用于至少局部接收所述多个容器中的相应容器的后部附接板，以便形成所述载体的后部部分；
定位从所述载体的前部部分延伸至载体的后部部分的加强板，以便加强所述载体。
23.根据权利要求22所述的方法，其中：所述加强板与前部附接板和后部附接板中的每一个可折叠地连接。
24.根据权利要求23所述的方法，其中：所述坯料的前部部分还包括前部顶板，该方法还包括：将所述前部顶板定位成与所述前部附接板至少局部面对面接触，以使得所述加强板与前部顶板间隔开。
25.根据权利要求23所述的方法，其中：所述前部附接板和后部附接板中的至少一个包括多个切口，这些切口用于至少局部接收穿过其中的所述多个容器中的相应容器。

加强部分，该加强部分从所述前部部分延伸至后部部分，用于加强所述包装件。
35.根据权利要求34所述的包装件，其中：所述加强部分包括与所述前部附接板和后部附接板中的每一个可折叠地连接的加强板。
