本发明属于碳酸钠制备技术领域,具体涉及以石灰石和硫酸钠为原料,以氨气为循环媒介,制备纯碱,联产硫酸钙。
背景技术
碳酸钠为大宗化工原料,目前一般由氨碱法(索尔维制碱法)或联碱法(侯氏制碱法)制取,原料氯化钠大多为海水晾晒并精制或经盐井获得。氨碱法产生大量含氯化钙和氯化钠的高盐废水。
我国硫酸钠产生量大,大量硫酸钠过剩,并在堆场堆存,环境风险及资源浪费严重。如能以硫酸钠代替氯化钠为原料制备碳酸钠,经济效益及环境效益极为显著。
发明内容
本发明提供一种以石灰石和硫酸钠为原料,以氨气为循环媒介,制备纯碱,联产硫酸钙,无废渣、废水,通过采用以下技术方案得以实现,具体步骤如下:
S1碳酸氢钠的制备:向硫酸钠饱和溶液中通二氧化碳和氨气,硫酸钠被碳酸化成碳酸氢钠,固液分离得到碳酸氢钠和碳酸化母液;
S2纯碱的制备:步骤S1所得的碳酸氢钠煅烧得到纯碱和二氧化碳,二氧化碳返回步骤S1;
S3碳酸化母液脱铵:步骤S1所得的碳酸化母液加硫酸钠析出硫酸铵钠复盐,固液分离得到复盐和硫酸钠溶液,硫酸钠溶液返回步骤S1;
S4碳酸钙煅烧得到二氧化碳和生石灰,二氧化碳用于步骤S1;
S5步骤S4所得的生石灰用碳酸化母液配制石灰乳;
S6用碳酸化母液溶解硫酸铵钠复盐,加石灰乳苛化、蒸氨,得到氨气,固液分离得到硫酸钠溶液和硫酸钙,氨气、硫酸钠溶液返回步骤S1制备碳酸氢钠;
S7原理:
S71复分解反应制备碳酸氢钠:2CO2+2NH3+Na2SO4+2H2O=2NaHCO3↓+(NH4)2SO4
S72煅烧碳酸氢钠制备碳酸钠:2NaHCO3=Na2CO3+CO2↑+H2O
S73苛化蒸氨:(NH4)2SO4+Ca(OH)2=Ca SO4·2H2O↓+2NH3↑
S74石灰石煅烧:CaCO3=CaO+CO2↑
S75生石灰消化:CaO+H2O=Ca(OH)2
S76总反应:CaCO3+Na2SO4+2H2O—→Na2CO3+CaSO4·2H2O

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图,对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步的具体说明。
1用氢氧化钙除镁、碳酸钠除钙精制硫酸钠饱和溶液;
2向硫酸钠饱和溶液中以1:1摩尔比通二氧化碳和氨气制备碳酸氢钠,固液分离出碳酸化母液;
3碳酸氢钠煅烧制备纯碱,煅烧产生的二氧化碳回用于制备碳酸氢钠;
4碳酸化母液加硫酸钠析出硫酸铵钠复盐;
5用碳酸化母液与生石灰配制石灰乳;
5用碳酸化母液溶解硫酸铵钠复盐,加石灰乳苛化、蒸氨,氨气返回制备碳酸氢钠;
6蒸氨后料浆固液分离,得硫酸钠溶液和硫酸钙,硫酸钠溶液返回制备碳酸氢钠;
7碳酸钙煅烧,所得二氧化碳用于制备碳酸氢钠;所得生石灰用于制备石灰乳;
8硫酸钙洗涤烘干。
Claims (6)
1.硫酸钠联氨制碱法,以石灰石和硫酸钠为原料,以氨气为循环媒介,制备纯碱,联产硫酸钙,其特征在于以下步骤:
S1碳酸氢钠的制备:向硫酸钠饱和溶液中通二氧化碳和氨气,硫酸钠被碳酸化成碳酸氢钠,固液分离得到碳酸氢钠和碳酸化母液;
S2纯碱的制备:步骤S1所得的碳酸氢钠煅烧得到纯碱和二氧化碳,二氧化碳返回步骤S1;
S3碳酸化母液脱铵:步骤S1所得的碳酸化母液加硫酸钠析出硫酸铵钠复盐,固液分离得到复盐和硫酸钠溶液,硫酸钠溶液返回步骤S1;
S4碳酸钙煅烧得到二氧化碳和生石灰,二氧化碳用于步骤S1;
S5步骤S4所得的生石灰用碳酸化母液配制石灰乳;
S6用碳酸化母液溶解硫酸铵钠复盐,加石灰乳苛化、蒸氨,得到氨气,固液分离得到硫酸钠溶液和硫酸钙,氨气、硫酸钠溶液返回步骤S1制备碳酸氢钠。
2.根据权利要求1步骤S1所述,通入硫酸钠饱和溶液的二氧化碳与氨气摩尔比1:1。
3.根据权利要求1步骤S1所述的硫酸钠饱和溶液,通常是指去除钙镁离子的硫酸钠饱和溶液。
4.根据权利要求1步骤S3所述的硫酸钠,硫酸钠质量分数大于98%。
5.根据权利要求1步骤S3所述的复盐,主成份为(NH4)2SO4·Na2SO4·4H2O。
6.根据权利要求1所述,配制灰石乳、溶解复盐用碳酸化母液,以保持系统的水平衡。
