本申请涉及医用胶黏剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂、制备方法以及应用。
背景技术
医用敷料,是包伤的用品,用以覆盖疮、伤口或其他损害的医用材料,常用的医用敷料包括天然纱布、合成纤维类敷料、多聚膜类敷料、发泡多聚类敷料、水胶体类敷料、藻酸盐敷料等。目前,较为的理想的医用敷料应保护伤口免于细菌和污染物以及外部应力等外部刺激,为伤口提供湿润的环境有助伤口愈合以及高度的通透性减少伤口浸渍,起泡等,同时还要在更换敷料时不会与伤口发生黏连,以免造成二次创伤。但是,现今市面上使用的医用敷料通常采用丙烯酸酯型压敏胶,其在剥离时会造成伤口创伤。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂、制备方法以及应用,以解决现有使用的医用敷料在剥离时会造成伤口创伤的问题。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,包括A组分以及B组分,其中,所述A组分包含以下质量配比的原料:90%以上的乙烯基硅油,0.01-2%偶联剂,低于2%的填充剂,0.02-1%催化剂,低于2%的改性剂;
所述B组分包括以下重量配比的原料:90%以上的乙烯基硅油,0.01-2%偶联剂,0.2~2%含氢硅油,0.002-0.1%抑制剂,低于10%的添加剂。
第二方面,本申请还提供了一种上述医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
获取以下质量配比的原料:90%以上的乙烯基硅油、0.01-2%偶联剂、低于2%的填充剂、0.02-1%催化剂以及低于2%的改性剂,充分搅拌溶解置于反应釜中,升温至60~90℃,反应时间为3~7小时;反应后,降温至室温,即得A组分,备用;
获取以下质量配比的原料:90%以上的乙烯基硅油、0.01-2%偶联剂、0.2~2%含氢硅油、0.002-0.1%抑制剂以及低于10%添加剂,充分搅拌溶解置于反应釜中,升温至60~90℃,反应时间为3~7小时;反应后,降温至室温,即得B组分,备用;
将A,B两组分混合均匀,搅拌脱气后硫化,即得医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其中,硫化温度为100~150℃,硫化时间为3~10min。
第三方面,本申请还提供了一种所述的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂在医用敷料中的应用。
本申请的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂在剥离时伤口无损伤,与伤口接触面柔软,温柔的粘附力且具有很好的固定作用,无皮肤牵扯,可最大程度减少伤口创伤和疼痛。另外,本申请的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂无毒、无刺激、生理惰性,使用温度范围广,除用于制备伤口敷料外,因其合适的粘接强度和药物透释性,也可在医疗上和经皮治疗系统制剂中广泛应用。

在本申请一些实施例中,所述添加剂由增粘树脂和抑菌剂混合而成。所述添加剂由增粘树脂和抑菌剂按照重量比10:1混合而成。所述增粘树脂为松香酯,其中,所述抑菌剂为粒径为10-25μm的纳米银或壳聚糖。
在本申请一些实施例中,所述偶联剂包括硅烷偶联剂或钛酸酯偶联剂中的任意一种或多种的组合。
第二方面,本申请还提供了一种医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
获取以下质量配比的原料:90%以上的乙烯基硅油、0.01-2%偶联剂、低于2%的填充剂、0.02-1%催化剂以及低于2%的改性剂,充分搅拌溶解置于反应釜中,升温至60~90℃,反应时间为3~7小时;反应后,降温至室温,即得A组分,备用;
获取以下质量配比的原料:90%以上的乙烯基硅油、0.01-2%偶联剂、0.2~2%含氢硅油、0.002-0.1%抑制剂以及低于10%添加剂,充分搅拌溶解置于反应釜中,升温至60~90℃,反应时间为3~7小时;反应后,降温至室温,即得B组分,备用;
将A,B两组分混合均匀,搅拌脱气后硫化,即得医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其中,硫化温度为100~150℃,硫化时间为3~10min。
第三方面,本申请还提供了一种医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂在医用敷料中的应用。
下面将结合实施例对本申请做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例为一种医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,包括A组分以及B组分,其中,所述A组分包含以下质量配比的原料:96.5%乙烯基硅油,1%偶联剂,1%填充剂,0.5%催化剂,1%改性剂;所述B组分包括以下质量配比的原料:94%乙烯基硅油,0.95%偶联剂,1%含氢硅油,0.05%抑制剂,4%添加剂。
本实施例为一种医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂的制备过程如下:
获取以下质量配比的原料:96.5%乙烯基硅油,1%偶联剂,1%填充剂,0.5%催化剂,1%改性剂,充分搅拌溶解置于反应釜中,升温至60℃,反应时间为6小时;反应后,降温至室温,即得A组分,备用;
获取以下质量配比的原料:94%乙烯基硅油,0.95%偶联剂,1%含氢硅油,0.05%抑制剂,4%添加剂,充分搅拌溶解置于反应釜中,升温至65℃,反应时间为6.5小时;反应后,降温至室温,即得B组分,备用;
将A,B两组分混合均匀,搅拌脱气后硫化,即得医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其中,硫化温度为110℃,硫化时间为9min。
实施例2
本实施例为一种医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,包括A组分以及B组分,其中,所述A组分包含以下质量配比的原料:98.9%乙烯基硅油,0.05%偶联剂,0.5%填充剂,0.05%催化剂,0.5%改性剂;所述B组分包括以下质量配比的原料:91.4%乙烯基硅油,0.05%偶联剂,0.54%含氢硅油,0.01%抑制剂,8%添加剂。
本实施例为一种医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂的制备过程如下:
获取以下质量配比的原料:98.9%乙烯基硅油,0.05%偶联剂,0.5%填充剂,0.05%催化剂,0.5%改性剂,充分搅拌溶解置于反应釜中,升温至70℃,反应时间为5小时;反应后,降温至室温,即得A组分,备用;
获取以下质量配比的原料:91.4%乙烯基硅油,0.05%偶联剂,0.54%含氢硅油,0.01%抑制剂,8%添加剂,充分搅拌溶解置于反应釜中,升温至75℃,反应时间为5小时;反应后,降温至室温,即得B组分,备用;
将A,B两组分混合均匀,搅拌脱气后硫化,即得医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其中,硫化温度为125℃,硫化时间为7min。
实施例3
本实施例为一种医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,包括A组分以及B组分,其中,所述A组分包含以下质量配比的原料:94.62%乙烯基硅油,1.8%偶联剂,1.7%填充剂,0.08%催化剂,1.8%改性剂;所述B组分包括以下质量配比的原料:93.52%乙烯基硅油,1.7%偶联剂,1.7%含氢硅油,0.08%抑制剂,3%添加剂。
本实施例为一种医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂的制备过程如下:
获取以下质量配比的原料:94.62%乙烯基硅油,1.8%偶联剂,1.7%填充剂,0.08%催化剂,1.8%改性剂,充分搅拌溶解置于反应釜中,升温至85℃,反应时间为3.5小时;反应后,降温至室温,即得A组分,备用;
获取以下质量配比的原料:93.52%乙烯基硅油,1.7%偶联剂,1.7%含氢硅油,0.08%抑制剂,3%添加剂,充分搅拌溶解置于反应釜中,升温至85℃,反应时间为3.5小时;反应后,降温至室温,即得B组分,备用;
将A,B两组分混合均匀,搅拌脱气后硫化,即得医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其中,硫化温度为145℃,硫化时间为3.5min。
对比例
一种改性医用硅橡胶压敏胶,包括按质量配比数计的组分:硅橡胶本体42份、高分子亲水性化合物25份、添加剂8份;所述添加剂由增粘树脂和抑菌剂按照重量比10:1混合而成。其中,所述增粘树脂为松香酯。所述抑菌剂为壳聚糖。测试试样准备:实施例1~3制备的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂涂于聚氨酯膜上,进行一下测试:
1、感官测试:实施例以及对比例透气胶带均表现为:外观洁净、无色斑、无污点、无毛发和异物、背面无残胶、触感柔软、无臭味;
2、持粘性测试:采用持粘性测试仪CNY-H进行测试;
3、180°剥离强度测试:按照GB/T2792-2014标准测定;
4、测试有机硅胶黏剂或硅橡胶压敏胶固化30分钟时的粘接性能。
将实施例1~3以及对比例制备的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂进行性能检测,测得的各项技术指标参见下表。

综上,从实施例1-3以及对比例的测试结果可以看出,本申请医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂的抗剥离,且粘结强度高。
本申请的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂在体系内添加硅烷或钛酸酯偶联剂等助剂增强附着力,且在剥离时伤口无损伤,与伤口接触面柔软,温柔的粘附力且具有很好的固定作用,无皮肤牵扯,可最大程度减少伤口创伤和疼痛。另外,本申请的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂无毒、无刺激、生理惰性,使用温度范围广,除用于制备伤口敷料外,因其合适的粘接强度和药物透释性,也可在医疗上和经皮治疗系统制剂中广泛应用,并且生产工艺简单,易于广泛推广使用。

Claims (10)
1.一种医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括A组分以及B组分,其中,所述A组分包含以下质量配比的原料:90%以上的乙烯基硅油,0.01-2%偶联剂,低于2%的填充剂,0.02-1%催化剂,低于2%的改性剂;
所述B组分包括以下重量配比的原料:90%以上的乙烯基硅油,0.01-2%偶联剂,0.2~2%含氢硅油,0.002-0.1%抑制剂,低于10%的添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括A组分以及B组分,其中,所述A组分包含以下质量配比的原料:96.5%乙烯基硅油,1%偶联剂,1%填充剂,0.5%催化剂,1%改性剂;
所述B组分包括以下重量配比的原料:94%乙烯基硅油,0.95%偶联剂,1%含氢硅油,0.05%抑制剂,4%添加剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述含氢硅油由支链含氢硅油、端轻硅油和含氢环硅烷单体制备得到。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述填充剂为气相二氧化硅。
5.根据权利要求1所述的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述催化剂为氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷络合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述改性剂由马来酸接枝剂、纳米二氧化钛和羟基聚硅氧烷混合而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述添加剂由增粘树脂和抑菌剂混合而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述偶联剂包括硅烷偶联剂或钛酸酯偶联剂中的任意一种或多种的组合。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一项所述的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
获取以下质量配比的原料:90%以上的乙烯基硅油、0.01-2%偶联剂、低于2%的填充剂、0.02-1%催化剂以及低于2%的改性剂,充分搅拌溶解置于反应釜中,升温至60~90℃,反应时间为3~7小时;反应后,降温至室温,即得A组分,备用;
获取以下质量配比的原料:90%以上的乙烯基硅油、0.01-2%偶联剂、0.2~2%含氢硅油、0.002-0.1%抑制剂以及低于10%添加剂,充分搅拌溶解置于反应釜中,升温至60~90℃,反应时间为3~7小时;反应后,降温至室温,即得B组分,备用;
将A,B两组分混合均匀,搅拌脱气后硫化,即得医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂,其中,硫化温度为100~150℃,硫化时间为3~10min。
10.权利要求1-8任一项所述的医用高附着力有机硅胶黏剂在医用敷料中的应用。
