技术领域
本发明涉及口腔清洁产品,具体地,涉及一种具有抑菌止痛效果的果冻状漱口水及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对口腔的关注度越来越高,不少青少年和都市群体都加入了正畸行列,通常正畸人群在使用金属牙套和陶瓷牙套的过程中都会更容易出现口腔溃疡、牙龈肿痛等口腔问题,同时由于牙菌斑的不易清洁逐渐累积导致更多口腔炎症。为此他们通常会通过经常刷牙或使用冲牙器、牙线棒、漱口水等辅助方式进行缓解,其中漱口水在日常口腔护理中扮演越来越重要的角色,而果冻状漱口水不仅使用起来卫生便捷,且能够有效形成长期稳定性使用的产品。
据调研,尽管CN113855580A和CN108210385A均有提到开发一款果冻状漱口水,但CN113855580A的果冻漱口水特性是入口即化,无法以稳定的果冻状形式在口腔存在一段时间;同时上述两项报道使用的防腐剂成分均为单一苯甲酸钠,故此体系难以实现优异的抑菌性能和符合市售需求的保质期。因为苯甲酸钠在法规允许的最大使用范围内,pH值需在4.5以下 (防腐最佳pH值2.5~4.0),才对各种菌类有较好的抑制效果,而适用于口腔环境的产品pH大多在6.6~7.1为宜,过低容易形成龋齿,过高则易引发口臭。
考虑到目前大部分漱口水产品都是通过添加苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、尼泊金酯类等防腐剂实现体系的基础防腐,而宣称抑菌的漱口水则需添加西吡氯铵、度米芬、氯己定二葡糖酸盐(葡萄糖酸氯己定)等抑菌剂来实现,而上述防腐抑菌剂可能导致口腔刺激等问题。为此,国内外近年来也逐渐出现了一种以椰子油、葵花籽油、橄榄油等为基础油,复配薄荷精油、百里香精油、留兰精油、茶树精油等具有天然抗菌活性的精油成分组成的漱口油。这类产品一般无需额外添加防腐或抑菌剂即可达到一定抑菌效果,且较传统漱口水来说更加安全温和,受体系影响留香时间更为持久。但同时也存在一些缺点,例如口感比较厚重,不够清爽,漱口后残留较多,且成本较高,因此限制了此类产品的应用和普及性。
市售漱口水大多宣称清新口气、抗龋防蛀、减少细菌等功效,鲜见兼具有优异抑菌和抗炎止痛效果,同时又安全温和、口感清爽的便携产品,而这正是正畸植牙或存在一些牙周问题人群所需要的,因此存在巨大市场空间。
发明内容
针对市售漱口水鲜见兼具有优异抑菌和抗炎止痛效果,同时又安全温和、口感清爽的问题,本发明提供了一种具有抑菌止痛效果的果冻状漱口水及其制备方法,该果冻状漱口水产品入口30s内可以以果冻状形式存在,先与牙周充分接触并缓释功效物质,随后咀嚼或者用力来回漱口即可瞬间化成液体吐出,无残留,口感清爽,不仅具有抑菌舒缓的效果,同时可以抗炎止痛,为正畸人群和其他有口腔问题的人群解决了不少口腔问题的困扰。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一方面提供一种具有抑菌止痛效果的果冻状漱口水,该漱口水按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:保湿剂5~15%,凝胶0.15~0.35%,增溶剂0.2~4.0%,香味剂0.001~0.5%,凉感剂0.05~0.5%,调味剂0.01~5.0%,抑菌剂0.01~2.0%,抗炎止痛剂0.1~2.0%,天然着色剂0.00002~0.01%,余量为溶剂;其中,所述凝胶为质量比为(1.2~4):1的Kappa型卡拉胶和刺槐豆胶。
上述技术方案中,保湿剂可以改善和调节漱口水的口感;增溶剂可以利用表面活性剂的增溶、去污等性能,去除牙齿表面及齿缝间的残留物;
调味剂、香味剂和凉感剂在提升口感的同时清新口气;
抑菌剂主要起到抑制口腔微生物滋生的作用,且不用于传统的防腐剂或抑菌剂,具有刺激性小,安全性高的特点;
抗炎止痛剂具有抗炎止痛效果,满足正畸植牙或存在一些牙周问题人群抗炎止痛需求;
天然着色剂主要是一些植物来源或具有口腔护理功效的安全温和的成分,使得漱口水具有清新的颜色的同时还具有一定功效,提升用户体验;
凝胶为质量比为(1.2~4):1的Kappa型卡拉胶和刺槐豆胶,该比例下的果冻漱口水成胶后可在-10℃~50℃范围内稳定性良好,加速老化测试结果显示保存期可达两年以上;还能能保证产品入口30秒内含而不化,与牙周充分接触后缓释抗炎止痛成分,同时可通过咀嚼或漱口瞬间化成液体充分接触口腔黏膜,缓解口腔溃疡。
本发明的果冻状漱口水不仅可以以果冻状在口腔环境下稳定存在30秒并和牙周充分接触后缓释抗炎止痛成分,同时可通过咀嚼或漱口瞬间化成液体充分接触口腔黏膜,针对患有口腔溃疡和牙龈肿痛的正畸患者提供了便捷有趣的解决方案,90%受访人群反馈止痛效果显著,持续使用一周口腔炎症有效缓解。产品不添加任何防腐剂成分,通过温和的抑菌组合物即可兼具优异的抑菌和舒缓效果,30秒抑菌率即可达到90%以上,通过菌斑显色剂显示使用前后牙菌斑含量显著降低,且产品通过了经口毒性测试和口腔黏膜刺激性测试。
优选地,所述凝胶为质量比为(2~4):1的Kappa型卡拉胶和刺槐豆胶。进一步优选地,所述凝胶为质量比为3:1的Kappa型卡拉胶和刺槐豆胶。以确保果冻状漱口水不仅稳定性良好,还能快速化水。
优选地,所述保湿剂选自甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述香味剂选自玫瑰精油、甜橙精油、晚香玉提取物中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述凉感剂为薄荷醇、天然薄荷脑或薄荷精油。
优选地,所述抑菌剂为覆盆子酮或对羟基苯乙酮等植物抑菌剂与多元醇的组合物,其中,所述覆盆子酮或对羟基苯乙酮与多元醇的质量比为1:(2~3)。
所述多元醇为1,2-己二醇、辛甘醇、戊二醇、甲基丙二醇、1,2-癸二醇、乙基己基甘油中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述抗炎止痛剂包括齿瓣延胡索根提取物,还包括花椒果提取物和卡瓦胡椒根提取物中的一种或两种。
优选地,所述天然着色剂为水解原花青素、茶儿茶素类、β-胡萝卜素、维生素B12或愈创木薁磺酸钠。增溶剂为PEG-40 氢化蓖麻油或PEG-60 氢化蓖麻油或泊洛沙姆 407。
调味剂为木糖醇、赤藓醇、三氯半乳糖、糖精钠等甜味剂。
本发明第二方面提供一种上述的果冻状漱口水的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:常温下将所述增溶剂、香味剂、凉感剂混合均匀,随后加入配方1/3~2/3的溶剂中,溶解后再加入所述调味剂、抑菌剂、抗炎止痛剂、天然着色剂混合得到A组分;将所述Kappa型卡拉胶和刺槐豆胶混合后均匀分散在所述保湿剂中,随后加入80℃以上的剩余溶剂,热溶解后混合至无明显颗粒状凝胶,得到B组分,保温在60℃以上备用;将A组合B组混合,混合过程混合液温度控制在40℃以上,随后在此温度下进行包装。为了使用和携带均便捷,最终果冻状漱口水可以条包或果冻杯等形式出具成品。
通过上述技术方案,本发明实现了以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过配方设计,得到的果冻状漱口水状态稳定,入口在不咀嚼的情况下可保持果冻状态30秒以上,并通过与牙周充分接触逐步缓释功效物质,缓解牙龈肿痛的问题,随后通过漱口或咀嚼动作,果冻状瞬间化成水并与口腔黏膜充分接触,从而缓解口腔溃疡;
2、本发明的漱口水不添加防腐剂成分,通过抑菌组合物更加安全温和的达到抑制口腔致病菌,辅助分解牙菌斑的功效;
3、本发明口感清爽,成分温和,吐出后持久清新,未添加任何香精或色素即可达到色、香、味俱全的效果,特别适用于正畸植牙或存在一些口腔问题的人群乃至青少年儿童。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
实施例1
果冻状漱口水的制备方法如下:
常温下将2g PEG-60 氢化蓖麻油、0.04g甜橙精油、0.5g天然薄荷脑混合均匀,随后加入420.4598g水中,溶解后再加入50g木糖醇、5g覆盆子酮、6g 戊二醇、8g辛甘醇、5g卡瓦胡椒根提取物5g齿瓣延胡索根提取物、0.0002gβ-胡萝卜素混合得到A组分;将1.0gKappa型卡拉胶和0.5g刺槐豆胶混合后均匀分散在50g甘油和30g丙二醇中,随后加入418g加热至80℃以上的热水,热溶解后混合至无明显颗粒状凝胶,得到B组分,保温在60℃以上备用;将A组合B组混合,混合过程需控制混合液温度稳定在40℃以上,随后在此温度下进行分包灌装。
实施例2
果冻状漱口水的制备方法如下:
常温下将4g PEG-40 氢化蓖麻油、5g玫瑰精油、1g薄荷精油混合均匀,随后加入配方272.35g水中,溶解后再加入0.1g三氯半乳糖、0.04g对羟基苯乙酮、0.06g1,2-己二醇、8g花椒果提取物、6g卡瓦胡椒根提取物、6g齿瓣延胡索根提取物、0.01g维生素B12混合得到A组分;将1.5g Kappa型卡拉胶和1.25g刺槐豆胶混合后均匀分散在100g山梨醇和50g丙二醇中,随后加入544.69g加热至80℃以上的热水,热溶解后混合至无明显颗粒状凝胶,得到B组分,保温在60℃以上备用;将A组合B组混合,混合过程需控制混合液温度稳定在40℃以上,随后在此温度下进行分包灌装。
实施例3
果冻状漱口水的制备方法如下:
常温下将20g泊洛沙姆 407、0.01g晚香玉提取物、1.2g天然薄荷脑混合均匀,随后加入配方542.84水中,溶解后再加入40g赤藓醇、5g覆盆子酮、10g甲基丙二醇、5g辛甘醇、0.3g花椒果提取物、0.3g卡瓦胡椒根提取物、0.4g齿瓣延胡索根提取物、0.03g愈创木薁磺酸钠混合得到A组分;将2.8g Kappa型卡拉胶和0.7g刺槐豆胶混合后均匀分散在25g甘油和25g山梨醇中,随后将271.42g溶剂加热至80℃以上并加入,热溶解后混合至无明显颗粒状凝胶,得到B组分,保温在60℃以上备用;将A组合B组混合,混合过程需控制混合液温度稳定在40℃以上,随后在此温度下进行分包灌装。
实施例4
果冻状漱口水的制备方法如下:
常温下将40g PEG-40 氢化蓖麻油、0.1g甜橙精油、5g薄荷精油混合均匀,随后加入配方391.85g水中,溶解后再加入40g木糖醇、5g对羟基苯乙酮、5g辛甘醇、5g1,2-己二醇、2g花椒果提取物、2g卡瓦胡椒根提取物、4g齿瓣延胡索根提取物、0.05g1gβ-胡萝卜素混合得到A组分;将1.8g Kappa型卡拉胶和0.6g刺槐豆胶混合后均匀分散在30g山梨醇和20g丙二醇中,随后加入447.55g加热至80℃以上的热水,热溶解后混合至无明显颗粒状凝胶,得到B组分,保温在60℃以上备用;将A组合B组混合,混合过程需控制混合液温度稳定在40℃以上,随后在此温度下进行分包灌装。

性能测试
将实施例和对比例制得的漱口水按以下方法进行性能测试:
感官试验:目测、嗅闻
稳定性试验:参照T/SHFCA 002-2021《化妆品稳定性试验指导原则》进行测试评估。
抑菌试验:参照QB/T 2738-2023《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》进行测试验证。
消炎止痛试验:招募正畸初期和经常患有牙龈肿痛、口腔溃疡的志愿患者共计50人,2个月后收集试用反馈,1-5☆评级。
化水试验:招募志愿者20人,试用反馈。
性能测试结果如表1所示。

表中*指参照T/SHFCA 002-2021《化妆品稳定性试验指导原则》进行测试评估高低温稳定性并判定是否合格;**指参照QB/T 2738-2023《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》进行测试验证,作用时间30秒,面向三种主要的口腔致病菌牙龈卟啉单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率测试,根据标准判定抑菌率达50%以上为具有抑菌作用,90%以上为具有强抑菌作用。
以上结合实施例详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种具有抑菌止痛效果的果冻状漱口水,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:保湿剂5~15%,凝胶0.15~0.35%,增溶剂0.2~4.0%,香味剂0.001~0.5%,凉感剂0.05~0.5%,调味剂0.01~5.0%,抑菌剂0.01~2.0%,抗炎止痛剂0.1~2.0%,天然着色剂0.00002~0.01%,余量溶剂补足;其中,所述凝胶包括质量比为(1.2~4):1的Kappa型卡拉胶和刺槐豆胶。

5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的果冻状漱口水,其特征在于,所述香味剂选自玫瑰精油、甜橙精油、晚香玉提取物中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的果冻状漱口水,其特征在于,所述凉感剂为薄荷醇、天然薄荷脑或薄荷精油。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的果冻状漱口水,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂为覆盆子酮或对羟基苯乙酮与多元醇的组合物,其中,所述覆盆子酮或对羟基苯乙酮与多元醇的质量比为1:(2~3)。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的果冻状漱口水,其特征在于,所述抗炎止痛剂包括齿瓣延胡索根提取物,还包括花椒果提取物和卡瓦胡椒根提取物中的一种或两种。
9.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的果冻状漱口水,其特征在于,所述天然着色剂为水解原花青素、茶儿茶素类、β-胡萝卜素、维生素B12或愈创木薁磺酸钠。
10.权利要求1至9中任一项所述的果冻状漱口水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:常温下将所述增溶剂、香味剂、凉感剂混合均匀,随后加入配方1/3~2/3的溶剂中,溶解后再加入所述调味剂、抑菌剂、抗炎止痛剂、天然着色剂混合得到A组分;将所述Kappa型卡拉胶和刺槐豆胶混合后均匀分散在所述保湿剂中,随后加入80℃以上的剩余溶剂,热溶解后混合至无明显颗粒状凝胶,得到B组分,保温在60℃以上备用;将A组合B组混合,混合过程混合液温度控制在40℃以上,随后在此温度下进行包装。
