step 2, preparing 100 parts of pesticide base solution, uniformly mixing 200-400 parts of organic sulfur oil and the pesticide base solution, and curing to prepare a mixture;
step 3, preparing pyrethrum extract, ginkgo fruit extract and kuh-seng extract;
step 4, mixing 30-50 parts of pyrethrum extract, 30-50 parts of ginkgo nut extract and 10-30 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, and stirring and dissolving the mixed extracts with water to prepare a mixed solution;
and 5, mixing and stirring 30-40 parts of the mixture and 60-70 parts of the mixed solution, and curing after mixing to obtain the biopesticide.
2. The method for manufacturing biopesticide by using sulfur oil and plant extracts according to claim 1, wherein: the base solution in the step 1 is mixed for 5-15min at 20-25 ℃ to completely dissolve the potassium hydroxide.
