Abstract

Description

生理用卫生巾
本发明涉及吸收保持经血的生理用卫生巾。
日本实用新型第2527597号公报记载的生理用卫生巾中，在沿着生理用卫生巾长度方向的中央部、并在生理用卫生巾表层部内安装着朝长度方向伸缩的弹性部件。在生理用卫生巾的使用中当弹性部件收缩时，在其收缩力的作用下，弹性部件所在的表面层部分进行隆起，该隆起部分与女性的阴部密切接触。
上述公知的生理用卫生巾中，经血除了透过隆起的表面层部分被吸收外，还经过隆起的表面层部分的倾斜面向宽度方向流动，成为侧漏的原因。
本发明的课题是在宽度方向中央部可隆起的、上述公知生理用卫生巾中，防止经血的侧漏。
为了解决上述问题，本发明的生理用卫生巾，呈纵长形，由透液性表面层、不透液性里面层和夹在该两层之间的吸液性芯构成；
在上述表里面层之间，以伸长状态朝纵方向延伸着至少一条弹性部件，该弹性部件的两端部固定在上述表里面层中的任一方上，该弹性部件可在其两端部间伸缩；
在上述生理用卫生巾的两侧缘部，通过将表面层和芯朝着里面层凹入而分别形成着朝生理用卫生巾的纵方向延伸的挤压凹槽，在该凹槽内表里面层和芯不会分离地成为一体，并且，在该凹槽处的上述芯的密度比该凹槽附近的部位的密度高；
在上述凹槽彼此之间，位于弹性部件上方的部分可与位于弹性部件下方的部分分离，以便当生理用卫生巾以表面层作为内侧朝纵方向弯曲时，在生理用卫生巾的厚度方向，位于上述弹性部件上方的部分可随着弹性部件的收缩而朝上方移动；
其特征在于，上述弹性部件位于上述表面层与芯之间。
在本发明的一实施形态中，其特征在于，上述芯由上层部分和下层部分构成，上述弹性部件位于该两部分之间。

图2是图1中的II-II线断面图。
图3是与图2同样的图，表示一实施例。
下面，参照附图详细说明本发明的生理用卫生巾。
图1、图2是生理用卫生巾1的局部剖切立体图和其II-II线断面图。生理用卫生巾1呈纵长形，它具有透液性表面层2、不透液性里面层3和夹在该两层2、3之间的吸液性芯4。表里面层2、3在其从芯4的周缘伸出的部分相互重叠并相互接合着。在表面层2与芯4之间沿着将生理用卫生巾1的宽度2等分的中心线C-C延伸着一条伸长状态的弹性部件6，部件6的两端部7用粘接剂8固定在表里面层2、3的至少一方的内面上。
在生理用卫生巾1的两侧部形成着一对朝纵方向延伸的凹槽11，该一对凹槽11是将表面层2和芯4朝向里面层3凹入地挤压而形成的。
在里面层3的下面上通过涂敷粘接剂而形成着3条粘接区12，该粘接区12用剥离纸13覆盖保护着。
该构造的生理用卫生巾1，在剥开剥离纸13，用粘接区12固定在使用者内裤的裆下部分时，该生理用卫生巾1将表面层2作为内侧按照裆下区的弯曲形状朝纵方向弯曲。这时，弹性部件6进行收缩，如图2中双点划线所示，表面层2隆起，与使用者的阴部紧密接触。经血通过紧密接触着的表面层2被生理用卫生巾1迅速吸收，当排泄量多时，有时会沿着表面层2的隆起部分的斜面朝生理用卫生巾侧方流动。
但是，该经血流入凹槽11，被阻止继续向侧方流动，因此，不容易从生理用卫生巾泄漏出。另外，当芯4主要由吸液性纤维构成时，凹槽11中的密度比凹槽11附近部位的密度高，因此，流经斜面而来的经血被凹槽11急速吸收，同时沿着凹槽11朝生理用卫生巾1纵方向急速扩散。借助凹槽11的吸收、扩散作用，也可有效防止经血泄漏。
图3是与图2同样的图，表示一实施例。该生理用卫生巾1中，芯4由上部芯16和下部芯17构成，2条弹性部件6位于上下芯16、17之间。上下芯16、17在凹槽11之下被挤压而成为一体，但在凹槽11与11之间，上下芯16、17可分离。弹性部件6的两端部7从上下芯16、17伸出，固定在表里面层2、3中的至少一方的内面上(图未示)。
当生理用卫生巾1朝纵方向弯曲、弹性部件6进行收缩时，如双点划线所示，表面层2和上部芯16隆起。在该生理用卫生巾1中，上部芯16与隆起的表面层2密接着，所以，经血通过表面层2的吸收比图2所示生理用卫生巾1快。这时的芯4，其上下芯16、17的成分可相同。另外，上下芯16、17的成分也可以不同，即，上部芯16主要由粉碎纸浆制成，下部芯17由粉碎纸浆和高吸水性聚合物的混合物制成。
本发明中，表面层2可采用无纺布或开孔塑料薄膜。里面层3可采用塑料薄膜。芯4除可采用粉碎纸浆等吸液性纤维或该纤维与高吸水性聚合物的混合物等之外，也可采用在上述材料中混合30％重量的非吸液性热可塑合成纤维的材料。该纤维除了可使由纸浆制成的芯的经血的扩散性提高之外，如果对混合了该纤维的芯加热、加压，则纤维之间、纸浆融敷，可提高芯的保形性。受弹性部件6的作用而上下动的上部芯16最好采用该能够提高保形性的材料。
本发明的生理用卫生巾中，生理用卫生巾在形成于两侧部的一对挤压凹槽之间隆起，沿着隆起的斜面朝横方向流动的经血流入凹槽，因此可防止经血的侧漏。在凹槽之下有高密度吸液性纤维，可迅速吸收并扩散流入凹槽的经血，可提高防止经血侧漏的效果。

Claims (2)

1.生理用卫生巾，它呈纵长形，由透液性表面层、不透液性里面层和夹在该两层之间的吸液性芯构成；
在上述表里面层之间以伸长状态朝纵方向延伸着至少一条弹性部件，该弹性部件的两端部固定在表里面层中的任一方上，该弹性部件可在其两端部间伸缩；
在上述生理用卫生巾的两侧缘部，通过将上述表面层和芯朝着上述里面层凹入而分别形成朝生理用卫生巾的纵方向延伸的挤压凹槽，在该凹槽内上述表里面层和芯不会分离地成为一体，并且，在该凹槽内，上述芯的密度比该凹槽附近的部位的密度高；
在上述凹槽之间，位于弹性部件上方的部分可与位于上述弹性部件下方的部分分离，以便当生理用卫生巾以上述表面层作为内侧朝纵方向弯曲时，在生理用卫生巾的厚度方向，位于上述弹性部件上方的部分可随着上述弹性部件的收缩而朝上方移动，
其特征在于，上述弹性部件位于上述表面层与芯之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的生理用卫生巾，其特征在于，上述芯由上层部分和下层部分构成，上述弹性部件位于该两部分之间。
