本发明涉及一种纸尿裤吸收芯体，包括本体及覆盖于本体上表面的上包覆层、覆盖于本体下表面的下包覆层，所述下包覆层由两侧向上延伸形成包折部，所述包折部覆盖于上包覆层上，所述本体包括由上至下依次层叠的复数层木浆纤维层、第一混合层，各木浆纤维层之间设有第二混合层，所述本体上设有贯穿的导流槽，所述包折部、上包覆层于到导流槽的位置上下陷，且包折部与下包覆层粘合。其解决了现有技术中存在的吸收效果不好、容易反渗、容易起坨断棉的技术问题。

Description

一种纸尿裤吸收芯体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸尿裤吸收芯体。
背景技术
目前，随着人民生活水平的提高，例如护理垫、纸尿裤、手术垫和成人失禁垫等一次性卫生用品凭借其方便、卫生等优点，越来越得到人们的认可。这类一次性卫生用品的共同特点就是，利用其吸液材料，将液体从体表吸走，避免弄脏衣物。但目前来说，此类一次性卫生用品在使用过程中仍存在很多问题，例如其吸液材料在吸收液体后，没有被快速顺利导流，而且在外力挤压下会回渗到面层，形成一个局部潮湿的环境。
吸收芯通常由绒毛浆与高吸水性树脂(SAP)均匀混合后，由包裹层材料喷胶包裹成一体。然而，在使用过程中，由于穿着者运动和改变体位时的相对运动，一次性的卫生用品吸收芯内的绒毛浆/高吸水性树脂会与包裹层存在脱层或绒毛浆/高吸水性树脂会在尿湿后会移位，从而引起起坨断棉。
发明内容
因此，针对上述的问题，本发明提出一种纸尿裤吸收芯体，其解决了现有技术中存在的吸收效果不好、容易反渗、容易起坨断棉的技术问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用了以下技术方案：一种纸尿裤吸收芯体，包括本体及覆盖于本体上表面的上包覆层、覆盖于本体下表面的下包覆层，所述下包覆层由两侧向上延伸形成包折部，所述包折部覆盖于上包覆层上，所述本体包括由上至下依次层叠的复数层木浆纤维层、第一混合层，各木浆纤维层之间设有第二混合层，所述本体上设有贯穿的导流槽，所述包折部、上包覆层于到导流槽的位置上下陷，且包折部与下包覆层粘合。
进一步的，所述第一混合层为木浆纤维与SAP混合。
进一步的，所述第二混合层为彭松无纺布与SAP混合。
进一步的，所述导流槽为弧形。
进一步的，所述导流槽的数量为两条，且两导流槽的弧顶相互靠近设置。
进一步的，所述包折部覆盖导流槽的内侧面，所述包折部通过热压粘合或胶粘或超声波压合的方式与下包覆层粘合。
通过采用前述技术方案，本发明的有益效果是：本纸尿裤吸收芯体通过多层粘合的方式，由上下包覆层无纺布或膨化纸包覆木桨纤维、膨松无纺布与高吸水树脂，木桨纤维有分多层并分层覆盖木桨纤维与高吸水树脂混合层及膨松无纺布混合高吸水树脂混合层，使得芯体在使用时尿液横纵向扩散性能超强，做到均匀扩散，使整片芯体充分利用。做到纸尿裤、纸尿片的干爽，舒适、更柔软、更好的防止尿液的反渗。芯体的导流槽是通过特殊加工工艺(热合、胶合、超声波压合)，使无纺布或膨化纸在均匀受热或施胶或者超声波压合的条件下，上下牢固的粘合在一起。使用本芯体的纸尿裤或纸尿片小孩使用时会在分棉线处拗起，能有效避免小孩由于穿纸尿裤引起的O型腿；更能使纸尿裤不侧漏、不起坨、不断层；导流槽还能起到通道的作用，可使尿液均匀迅速扩散，帮助空气流通，使纸尿裤、纸尿片内的湿气、热气迅速排出，带来空调般的舒适，会呼吸的干爽。另外，通过折合部包覆导流槽的侧面，可以实现较好的稳固作用，可以实现较好的导流作用，也使得导流槽底部在热压后不易透水，提高体液的吸收效果。

现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
参考图1、图2，本实施例提供一种纸尿裤吸收芯体，包括本体及覆盖于本体上表面的上包覆层1、覆盖于本体下表面的下包覆层2，所述下包覆层2由两侧向上延伸形成包折部21，所述包折部21覆盖于上包覆层1上，所述本体包括由上至下依次层叠的三层木浆纤维层3、第一混合层4，所述第一混合层4为木浆纤维与SAP混合，其比例可以根据实际需要进行调整，重量份的比例不得小于5:1。各木浆纤维层3之间设有第二混合层5，所述第二混合层5为彭松无纺布与SAP混合，其比例可以根据实际需要进行调整，重量份的比例不得小于5:1。所述本体上设有贯穿的导流槽6，所述包折部21、上包覆层1于到导流槽6的位置上下陷，且包折部21与下包覆层2粘合。所述导流槽6为弧形。所述导流槽6的数量为两条，且两导流槽6的弧顶相互靠近设置。所述包折部21覆盖导流槽6的内侧面，所述包折部21通过热压粘合的方式与下包覆层粘合，其也可以采用胶粘或超声波压合。
上述上包覆层、下包覆层可以为无纺布或膨化纸。上述木浆纤维层的数量可以根据实际需要进行增减，数量不小于两层。上述第一混合层也可以采用其他形式，如彭松无纺布与SAP混合；上述第二混合层也可以采用其他形式，如木浆纤维与SAP混合。
本纸尿裤吸收芯体通过多层粘合的方式，由上下包覆层无纺布或膨化纸包覆木桨纤维、膨松无纺布与高吸水树脂，木桨纤维有分多层并分层覆盖木桨纤维与高吸水树脂混合层及膨松无纺布混合高吸水树脂混合层，使得芯体在使用时尿液横纵向扩散性能超强，做到均匀扩散，使整片芯体充分利用。做到纸尿裤、纸尿片的干爽，舒适、更柔软、更好的防止尿液的反渗。芯体的导流槽是通过特殊加工工艺(热合、胶合、超声波压合)，使无纺布或膨化纸在均匀受热或施胶或者超声波压合的条件下，上下牢固的粘合在一起。使用本芯体的纸尿裤或纸尿片小孩使用时会在分棉线处拗起，能有效避免小孩由于穿纸尿裤引起的O型腿；更能使纸尿裤不侧漏、不起坨、不断层；导流槽还能起到通道的作用，可使尿液均匀迅速扩散，帮助空气流通，使纸尿裤、纸尿片内的湿气、热气迅速排出，带来空调般的舒适，会呼吸的干爽。另外，通过折合部包覆导流槽的侧面，可以实现较好的稳固作用，可以实现较好的导流作用，也使得导流槽底部在热压后不易透水，提高体液的吸收效果。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明，但所属领域的技术人员应该明白，在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内，在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化，均为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种纸尿裤吸收芯体，其特征在于：包括本体及覆盖于本体上表面的上包覆层、覆盖于本体下表面的下包覆层，所述下包覆层由两侧向上延伸形成包折部，所述包折部覆盖于上包覆层上，所述本体包括由上至下依次层叠的复数层木浆纤维层、第一混合层，各木浆纤维层之间设有第二混合层，所述本体上设有贯穿的导流槽，所述包折部、上包覆层于到导流槽的位置上下陷，且包折部与下包覆层粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸尿裤吸收芯体，其特征在于：所述第一混合层为木浆纤维与SAP混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸尿裤吸收芯体，其特征在于：所述第二混合层为彭松无纺布与SAP混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸尿裤吸收芯体，其特征在于：所述导流槽为弧形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种纸尿裤吸收芯体，其特征在于：所述导流槽的数量为两条，且两导流槽的弧顶相互靠近设置。
