Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to an acne-removing composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Sebaceous glands are very active at birth of the infant, such as scab; the sebaceous glands wake up from the dormant period after the age of 7 and start a wild agitation growth mode; the 12-18 years of age are active peak periods. Generally, the activity of sebaceous glands decreases by 20% to 30% every decade, starting around 20 years of age. People are starved for oil in the middle-aged, because sebaceous glands are not active and there is less oil secretion, but why many 30+ people still have acne on their faces. In the past, acnes have been produced due to excessive secretion of grease, which gives propionibacterium acnes too much nutrition, causes excessive multiplication of propionibacterium acnes, and finally produces pimples, acnes, pustules and the like. Since the 30+ group had no sebaceous glands active, less greasy, and the vaccinia had peaked. The reason for this is that there may be other causes of acne, and previously the dermatologist has found that inflammation may be involved in the process of forming acne earlier than we thought to be in the process of diagnosing the acne population. Where no acne is present, a micro-inflammatory condition under the facial skin has begun. It can be explained that why 30+ middle-aged people have high pressure, have acne in physiological period, stay up and the like, and the actions are to continuously stimulate the renin angiotensin system and hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis, so that skin and various accessory organs secrete corticotropin to release hormone, cortisol and the like, and the hair follicle has abnormal keratinization, acne is caused, and oil is discharged. For the 30+ long acne population, grease secretion is the result of long acne and not the cause. Therefore, adult 30+ acne cannot be focused on grease secretion, and is more required to pay attention to the micro-inflammation of the skin and the fragile and broken skin barrier caused by the micro-inflammation.
Most of acne removing products in the market solve the acne problem in all ages from the aspects of controlling oil, diminishing inflammation, promoting sebum exfoliation and killing propionibacterium acnes. The skilled artisan found that these products were not expected to have a 30+ vaccinia effect in adults and frequently relapsed. After the products on the market are used, the acne is eliminated, the trouble of acne marks exists, and the whitening products are needed to restore the skin color.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an acne-removing composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the present disclosure is as follows: in one aspect, an acne-removing composition is provided, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of allantoin, 1-5 parts of trehalose, 20-35 parts of dipropylene glycol, 5-10 parts of butanediol, 0.01-0.1 part of ergothioneine, 0.001-0.005 part of genistein, 1-5 parts of bisabolol, 15-30 parts of a dew grass extract and 1-5 parts of a horse chestnut extract.

Effect example 1
This effect example tests the stability of the anti-acne compositions obtained in example 1, examples 7-19 and comparative examples 27-39.
The test method is as follows: the acne-removing compositions obtained in example 1, examples 7 to 19 and comparative examples 27 to 39 were left at room temperature, 4 ℃, -18 ℃, 45 ℃ and 50 ℃ for 3 months, respectively, and after comparing the colors under other conditions with the color of 4 ℃ as a reference, the appearance was scored, the number of the scores was 10, the color no difference from the color of 4 ℃ was 10, the total discoloration was 0, and the like. Wherein, the dew grass extract is yellow liquid, and the horse chestnut extract is yellow powder, so the acne-removing composition disclosed by the invention is light yellow transparent liquid in appearance. The experimental results are shown in Table 1, wherein the precipitation amount is 1-5% of the liquid volume and is slight precipitation, the precipitation amount is 5-15% of the liquid volume and is moderate precipitation, and the precipitation amount is more than 15% and is severe precipitation.
TABLE 1
From the experimental data in table 1, the acne-removing composition of the present disclosure has good stability. If the ultrasonic treatment is not carried out, the compatibility of each component is reduced, so that the effective components in the acne-removing composition are easy to separate out after the acne-removing composition is kept for a long time, and the stability of the acne-removing composition is reduced; in addition, when the ultrasonic parameters in the process of preparing the acne-removing composition are not in the scope of the invention, allantoin or trehalose cannot form relatively stable hydrogen bonds with dipropylene glycol and butanediol, and the composition is easy to damage at low temperature and easy to generate precipitation after being restored to room temperature.
The pore diameter of the filter membrane used for filtering is another key factor affecting the stability of the acne-removing composition, and the pore diameters of all the filter membranes are too small, so that macromolecular components in the dewdrop grass extract or the horse chestnut extract are filtered and intercepted, the micromolecular pigment in the dewdrop grass is reserved, and the macromolecular components have the function of stabilizing the color appearance in the polyalcohol solution, and are filtered out, so that the appearance of the acne-removing composition is easier to change; the pore size of the filtering membrane is too large, so that the acne-removing composition contains part of undissolved impurities or other molecular components, the undissolved impurities or other molecular components are precipitated at low temperature, and the stability of the acne-removing composition is reduced, and therefore, the appearance stability of the acne-removing composition can be effectively improved by filtering within the pore size range of the acne-removing composition.
The acne-removing composition is of critical importance for the quality of the cosmetics containing the acne-removing composition, for example, the stability of the acne-removing composition is poor, appearance quality problems can be caused to the cosmetics containing the acne-removing composition, and the effect of the cosmetics containing the acne-removing composition can be reduced.
Effect example 2
This effect example shows the effect of the anti-acne compositions obtained in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 18 on inflammatory factors, APQ3 protein and microbial defenses in dermatitis mice. The test method is as follows:
Atopic dermatitis-like mouse model acquisition: 200 BALB/c mice were shaved with an infant shaver for 24 hours before the experiment, the back area of the mice was shaved with about 2cm×4cm hairs, the residual hairs were then shaved cleanly with a razor and divided into 2 groups, a normal group of 8 mice, and a model group of 192 mice, 1% DNCB was applied to the back test area of the model group mice for 100. Mu.L on the first day, 1% DNCB was applied to the back test area for 100. Mu.L every 3 days, and 1% OX was applied to the back test area for 100. Mu.L for 7 days for boosting, and the induction was repeated weekly for 3 weeks as described above to prepare an atopic dermatitis-like mouse model.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: after the atopic dermatitis-like mouse model was made, it was divided into 25 groups, a blank group and examples 1 to 6, comparative examples 1 to 18 groups, each group was given composition intervention (placebo was given to the blank group), 100 μl each time was uniformly smeared on the back test area, 1 time/day, and 15 days of intervention; another normal group was also given placebo as a baseline group for each test index.
The detection method comprises the following steps: after 15 days of intervention of the corresponding test products, the skin lesions of the back test areas of the mice are collected, the expression levels of IL-6, IL-8 and APQ3 in the skin lesions are detected by using an ELISA kit, and the expression levels of cathelicidin and beta-defensin (MBD 1) proteins are detected by using a Westernblot method after protein extraction.
The test results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
Inflammatory factors are closely related to the immune system of mice, and the immune system participates in regulating the release of inflammatory factors, wherein inflammatory factors 1L-6 and 1L-8 are regulated by the immune system; the epidermis APQ3 protein is epidermis aquaporin, which can promote epidermis to obtain water from dermis, and is one of moisture-keeping barrier indexes of skin; both Cathelicidin and beta-defensin (MBD 1) are closely related to the expression of epidermoid antimicrobial peptides which inhibit the colonization of the skin surface by harmful flora and increase the microbial barrier of the skin. As can be seen from table 2, the anti-acne compositions of examples 1 to 6 have good repairing effects on skin immune barrier, moisture barrier (water barrier) and microbial barrier, which indicates that the collocation and the proportion of the repairing component and the soothing component in the anti-acne composition have great influence on the protecting and repairing effects of the anti-acne composition.
Effect example 3
This effect example tests the anti-acne effect of the essences and creams obtained in example 1 and comparative examples 19-26.
The test method is as follows: 100 volunteers with 1-2 grade acnes on the face were recruited, 10 people in each group, the essence and the face cream of the blank group did not contain any acne removing composition, and the composition and content of the other components were the same as those of the essence and the face cream of example 1. The test group used the essence and the face cream obtained in example 1 and comparative examples 19 to 26, respectively, for 14 days, and used a VISA instrument to test the decrease in the acne area and the skin a value (a value, which is the red skin content, representing the erythema of the dermis layer of the skin, representing the inflammatory condition of the skin) in the long acne area at 0 day, 7 day and 14 day, respectively, and calculated the improvement rate with the data of 0 day; feeding back whether allergy or other skin problems occurred or not when the product was used at 14 days; the volunteers were asked whether or not to again develop vaccinia 28 days after the end of use of the product and a 56 day return visit. The test results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 Table 3
The skin a value around the acne can reflect the condition of skin recovery, the peeling speed of the cutin is increased, and the barrier repairing effect can promote the skin a value around the acne to be reduced; from the comparison of the example 1, the comparative examples 19-36 and the blank group, the essence and the face cream prepared by the invention can quickly eliminate the acnes, and can reduce pigmentation while eliminating the acnes due to good and mild effects of promoting the exfoliating of cutin and repairing damaged skin; the probability of reoccurrence of the vaccinia is low within 2 months after use.
